1. 心不动,世界奈何不了你。
1. If your heart does not move, the world cannot harm you.
2. 自己定义自己的人生,自己经营自己的世界,努力活出自己期待的样子。不用受外界的干扰,不要被世俗社会束缚,不要因为别人的肯定或否定,而桎梏你生活的勇气。
2. Define your own life, manage your own world, and strive to live out the image you aspire to. Do not let external interference distract you, do not let the mundane society束缚 you, and do not let others' affirmations or denials constrain the courage in your life.
3. 陶渊明曾投身官场,在各种各样的圈子里曲意逢迎,为了碎银几两而蒙蔽自己的本心。他很痛苦,他不喜欢那些圈子里的人,所以他决绝地转身,挂印辞官,走向一个人的孤独。

4. 美学家蒋勋说:“那匹走向旷野的孤独的狼,就是人类最后的高贵品质,那种不被环保、不被豢养、不被驯服的孤独──狼驯服了就是狗,都变成狗以后,只有宠物,自我的征服性和自我的挑战性不存在生命里面。”

The aesthete Jiang Xun said, "That solitary wolf walking into the wilderness is the last noble quality of humans, that kind of loneliness that is not influenced by environmental protection, not domesticated, not tamed—when the wolf is tamed, it becomes a dog; after all wolves have become dogs, there are only pets left, and the self-conquering and self-challenging nature does not exist in life."
5. 敢独处,别人束缚不了你。
5. Be brave enough to be alone; others cannot束缚 you.
6. 人到中年,要活得通透,不做消耗自己的事,多做有益于身心健康的事,这样才能活得轻松自在,淡定从容。

10. 明代哲学家王阳明说过:“人人自有定盘针,万化根源总在心。却笑从前颠倒见,枝枝叶叶外头寻。”

14. 惠能流浪到广州法性寺,当时有风吹幡动。一僧说风动,一僧说幡动。争论不已。惠能上前说:你们辩论不休的原因不是风动、幡动,而是你们作为修行人的心在躁动,心不清净啊!
14. Huineng wandered to the Fashing Temple in Guangzhou, where the wind was blowing and the flags were fluttering. One monk said it was the wind that was moving, while another monk said it was the flags. They argued back and forth without ceasing. Huineng stepped forward and said: The reason you are unable to stop arguing is not because the wind is moving or the flags are fluttering, but because your hearts as practitioners are restless, and your minds are not pure!
15. 他每天粗茶淡饭,不吃高盐、高脂、高糖的食物,饭后喝一碗肉粥,补充营养。工作闲暇之时,他就坚持快走,“每天疾走八千步”。除此,他还常常射箭,骑马,登山。长期的坚持,让他的身体状况有了很大改观,生命力也趋于旺盛。
15. He lives a simple life, eating simple, low-salt, low-fat, and low-sugar foods every day. After meals, he drinks a bowl of meat porridge to supplement his nutrition. During his leisure time at work, he insists on brisk walking, aiming for "eight thousand steps a day". In addition, he often practices archery, rides horses, and climbs mountains.
