在无尽的岁月长河中,我们追寻着生命的真谛,不争不怒,无求无忧。

In the endless river of time, we seek the essence of life, without contention or anger, without desire or worry.

1. 抱怨,是人生的毒药。

1. Complaining is the poison of life.

2. 心顺了,人生就顺了。

2. When the heart is at ease, life will be smooth.

3. 再要强,争不过命运。再不甘,斗不过苍天。尽其当然,顺其自然,一切都是最好的安排。

3. No matter how strong you may be, you cannot overcome destiny. No matter how discontent you may be, you cannot contend with the heavens. Do what is right, follow nature's course, and everything will be the best arrangement.

4. 不抱怨,积极乐观,砥砺前行,总能走出困局,邂逅美好。

5. 《三国演义》中的周瑜,嫉贤妒能,气量狭小。因为斗不过诸葛亮,经常怨愤填胸,怒气郁结,最后临江而吟:“既生瑜,何生亮”,气闷而死。

35. 抱怨是最强的精神内耗。越抱怨,越被动,越沉沦。而积极的人,不管遭遇什么,始终眼里有光,心中有火,脚下有力量。

54. 时势在我,顺势而为。时势不在我,顺势而隐。随遇而安,顺其自然。尽好本分,就足够了。

54. When the times are favorable, act accordingly. When the times are not in your favor, retreat gracefully. Adapt to your circumstances and let nature take its course. Do your duty well, and that is enough.
