In the complex journey of life, seeking the art of balance is like climbing a peak without losing stability, or wandering in a valley without losing perseverance. On this path of self-cultivation, only by maintaining inner self-reflection and self-discipline can one reach the tranquil place of the soul.

1. 这种豁达乐观的态度，让苏轼熬过漫漫低谷，终于守得云开见月明。后来，政敌失势，苏轼奉调回京。

1. This open and optimistic attitude allowed Su Dongpo to endure the long period of low ebb and finally see the moon shining through the clouds. Later, his political enemies lost power, and Su Dongpo was called back to the capital.

2. 虽然他最终没有得到朝廷重用，但他的追求，他的心气，他的精神，熔铸在诗歌里面，成就了一个豪情万丈，文采风流的李太白：

Without friends and relatives, he discussed planting techniques with the elderly farmers in the countryside or told ghost stories. Unable to afford expensive beef and mutton, he bought cheaper pork and cooked it in various ways. He even created his own dishes like "Dongpo Braised Pork Leg" and "Braised Pork Belly."

6. 一个人不安于现状，不偷懒，不懈怠，以持续不断的努力，去追求心中所想，一定是生活的强者。

7. 家人得到消息，张灯结彩，箫鼓齐奏，排场十足地迎接宰相归来。

8. 高处不拽，既是一种修养，更是一种明哲保身的智慧。

9. 这就是历史上“唾面自干”的典故。

10. 最好的活法，是高处不拽，低谷不丧，平处不懒。以正确的心态打量世界，以积极的面貌勇毅前行。

11. 娄师德到家后，非常生气，叫来管家的弟弟说：人在高处，更要步步小心。否则一旦踩空，万劫不复。
