1. 看开名利，就是给自己松绑，让人生轻盈自在。

2. 此后，他吟诗作画，饮酒泛舟，烹美食，吃荔枝，寻僧访道，惬意悠然。硬是把枯燥艰难的日子，经营得有滋有味，活色生香。

2. After that, he composed poems and painted, drank wine while boating, cooked delicious food, ate lychees, sought out monks and Taoists, leading a carefree and leisurely life. He turned the boring and arduous days into something full of flavor and rich in color.

3. 但他没有任何科举为官的意思，而是发愿“朝碧海而暮苍梧”。一定要从大海之滨，一路向西，跋山涉水，用双脚丈量祖国的壮阔河山，有文字书写江山的风景如画。

17. 大病自我了断，小病自我诊断。在这个纷繁复杂的人世间，请让我们全身而退。生亦何欢，死亦何苦！这个世界再好，下辈子不来了！

19. 徐霞客出生于江南富贵之家，诗文双绝，文思泉涌，别人认为他一定会金榜题名，前途无量。
