1. 15要想成为强者，就不要回避心里的恐惧，恐惧并不是弱点。强者，是要让你的敌人比你更恐惧。

1. To become strong, do not shy away from the fear in your heart; fear is not weakness. A strong person is one who makes their enemies more afraid than they are.

2. 23顺其自然，该遇见的遇见，该分开的分开，不要执着于为什么，学会好好爱自己，也要学会面对其实我没那么爱你。

Indifferently watching the flowers bloom and wither in the courtyard; with no intention of going or staying, carelessly following the clouds as they roll in and out beyond the sky. 9. Master Hongyi said, "Life is merely about thirty thousand days, just borrowing a physical body. Life is not eternal; when the time comes, some must grow old and some must depart. In the end, there is nothing but emptiness, neither you nor I, nothing to take away. We are all merely visitors of time; why be so attached? After trying our best, gains and losses come with fate, and live freely with one's heart."

10. 12人总要学会长大，学会原谅，学会倾听，学会包容，学会坚强。这段路，是逼自己撑过来的。

13. 然而，他内心一点都不高兴。他根本就不喜欢官场，不喜欢觥筹交错迎来送往，不喜欢虚伪的笑容和应景的言辞，他渴望找回真实的自己。

13. However, he was not at all happy in his heart. He had absolutely no liking for the officialdom, for the to-and-fro of social gatherings, for the insincere smiles and appropriate words; he yearned to find his true self again.

14. 8当你知道了许多真实虚假的东西，就没有那么多酸情了。你越来越沉默，越来越不想说。

14. 8 When you know a lot of true and false things, there is less sourness. You become more silent and less willing to speak.

15. 1在激烈的竞争中多付出1点，便可多赢1点。因为，有时候你只能以很小的优势胜出。

15.1 In fierce competition, giving an extra bit of effort can lead to an extra win. Because sometimes, you can only win by a very small margin.

16. 凡是你遇到的人，都是你生命中该出现的，他们要么来滋养你，要么来考验你。该来的，你挡不住。该走的，你留不住。

16. Everyone you meet is meant to be in your life, either to nourish you or to test you. What is destined to come cannot be stopped. What is meant to leave cannot be held back.

17. 不要活在世俗的眼光里，勇敢去做自己喜欢的事。怎么高兴怎么来，怎么欢喜怎么做，才是对自己最好的善待。

19. 陶渊明为了光宗耀祖，活出世俗意义上成功的样子，曾出仕做官，在黑暗的官场处处挣扎。他先后做过主簿、江州祭酒、彭泽县令，也算有权有势，俸禄也不少。

19. Tao Yuanming, in order to bring honor to his ancestors and live up to the世俗 understanding of success, once served as an official, struggling in the dark world of politics. He successively held positions as the chief clerk, the sacrificial wine master of Jiangzhou, and the magistrate of Pengze County, and he was indeed powerful and influential, with a decent salary.

20. 从不自我设限封闭，一切都顺其自然。随遇而安，随缘生活；随心自在，随喜而作。

20. Never limit myself or shut myself off. Everything happens as it should. Adapt to circumstances, live with缘分; be at ease with my heart, and act with joy.

21. 最好的活法，就是随缘自在，随喜而作。

21. The best way to live is to be spontaneous and at ease, acting with joy and contentment.

22. 路遥在《平凡的世界》中写道：“人之所以痛苦，在于追求错误的东西。如果你不给自己烦恼，别人也永远不可能给你烦恼。因为你自己的内心，你放不下。”

22. Lu You wrote in "The World of Ordinary People": "The reason why people suffer is that they pursue the wrong things. If you don't give yourself trouble, no one else can trouble you forever. Because it is your own heart that you cannot let go of."

23. 我亲爱的朋友们，珍惜这美好的时间吧！余生真的很短。

23. My dear friends, cherish this beautiful time! The rest of our lives is truly short.

24. 凡是让你感到内心痛苦的，都不值得你去追求，因为那不是你真正需要的东西。

24. Anything that causes inner pain in you is not worth pursuing, because it is not what you truly need.

25. 28不是每一次努力都会有收获，但是，每一次收获都必须努力，这是一个不公平的不可逆转的命题。

25. Not every effort will yield a harvest, but every harvest requires effort. This is an unfair and irreversible proposition.

26. 26站在顶峰，有多少人仰望你；落在谷底，就有多少人贬低你；利益吸引，有多少人追随你；好处断尽，就有多少人抛弃你。

26. When standing on the peak, how many look up to you; when falling into the valley, how many belittle you; when attracted by benefits, how many follow you; when the benefits run out, how many abandon you.

27. 4总有做不完的事，吐不完的怨气，减不完的肥，这就叫生活。

27.4 There's always something to do, complaints to vent, and weight to lose that never seems to end; this is what life is called.

28. 13时光流转消逝，我回头看看自己，才发现我是个行走在路上，寻找路的人。

28. 13 The passage of time has slipped away, and only by looking back at myself did I realize that I am a person walking on the road, seeking a path.

29. In fact, there is only one kind of success in the world, and that is to live your life in the way you like.

30. 如果有人要走向你，就欣然接纳，如果有人要离开你，就坦然放手。一切都是命中注定，一切都是最好的安排。

30. If someone approaches you, embrace them joyfully; if someone wants to leave you, let go with ease. Everything is predetermined by fate, and everything is the best arrangement.

31. 也就是说，尽人事，听天命。

31. That is to say, do one's best and leave the rest to fate.

32. 9好心情才会有好风景，好眼光才会有好发现，好思考才会有好主意。

33. 3这个世界上没有超人，有的人并不是天生就是优秀的商人。他们都是在经历了很多挫折之后，才学会了一些经营的诀窍。

36. 27改变自己这件事，光有愿望是不够的，还要有力量，把自己从过去中连根拔起，即使血肉模糊也在所不惜。

36. Changing oneself is not enough with just a wish; one also needs strength to uproot oneself from the past, even if it means being bloody and torn apart.

37. 一切痛苦，都是因为执念太深。一念起，翻波涌浪，一念落，海阔天空。

37. All suffering is due to deep attachments. A thought arises, and waves and surges are stirred; a thought subsides, and the sea becomes vast and the sky boundless.

38. “天行健，君子以自强不息。”是天道，是道法自然。而“一切都是最好的安排”也是天意，是道法自然。

38. "Heaven moves forward with strength, and the gentleman never stops self-improvement." This is the way of heaven, the way of the Tao that follows nature. And "everything is the best arrangement" is also the will of heaven, the way of the Tao that follows nature.

39. 5做人要能随遇而安随缘生活随心自在随喜而做；处事要从澹处着眼疑处用心无处下手拙处力行。

39. 5 In life, one should be able to adapt to any situation, live in accordance with fate, be free and easy in one's actions, and do what brings joy. In dealing with matters, one should look at them from a calm perspective, put effort into the uncertain, act without hesitation, and strive in the face of difficulty.

40. 24要跟成功者有同样的结果，就必须采取同样的行动。

40. To achieve the same results as successful people, one must take the same actions.

41. 辞官回家后，他耕田种地，修篱种菊，酿酒自饮，活成了世人眼中平庸无能的样子，但他不在乎，他很满足。

41. After resigning from his post and returning home, he turned to farming and planting, repairing fences and growing chrysanthemums, brewing his own wine to drink, living out a life that appeared ordinary and incapable to the world. But he didn't care, for he was very content.

42. 人生最好的状态，是放下执念，坚守我心，奔赴向往的星辰大海。

42. The best state of life is to let go of attachments, stay true to my heart, and set out towards the starry cosmos I long for.

43. 余生，随缘自在，随喜而作，道法自然，顺其自然。

43. In the remainder of my life, I will live with ease according to the circumstances, act with joy, follow the Tao and its natural laws, and yield to the natural flow.

44. 6拥有梦想只是一种智力，实现梦想才是一种能力。

44.6 Having dreams is a form of intelligence, but realizing dreams is a form of ability.

45. 既然一拍两散，那就一别两宽。不必羞羞答答，躲躲闪闪；你走阳关道，我就走独木桥；各就各位，各自安好。曾经的“恩怨情仇"，罢了罢了！

45. Since we are to part ways, let us do so with a wide margin. There's no need to be bashful or evasive; you take the sunny path, and I'll take the solitary bridge; each to their own place, and to their own peace. The past "affairs of love, grudge, and enmity" are all over!

46. 我分明记得，春天的风刚刚拂面而过；可转眼间，瑟瑟的秋风就要款款而来。时间，真的太匆匆，指尖划过竟是一生……

46. I distinctly remember the spring breeze just brushing against my face; yet in a blink of an eye, the crisp autumn wind is about to gently arrive. Time indeed flies by so quickly, and the tip of my finger seems to have traced an entire lifetime...

47. 人与人之间的交往，都是因缘和合的结果。遇到喜欢的人，那是你前辈子种下的善因，今生得到的善缘。遇到不喜欢的人，那是你前辈子种下的恶因，今生得到的孽缘。

47. The interactions between people are all the result of causes and conditions. Meeting someone you like is the good cause you sowed in a previous life, and the good connection you receive in this life. Meeting someone you don't like is the bad cause you sowed in a previous life, and the bad connection you receive in this life.

48. 30每天告诉自己：再难也要坚持，再好也要淡泊，再差也要自信，再多也要节省，再冷也要热情。

48. Tell myself every day: No matter how difficult, I must persevere; no matter how good, I must be indifferent; no matter how bad, I must be confident; no matter how much, I must save; no matter how cold, I must be enthusiastic.

49. 生是偶然，死是必然，尽其当然，顺其自然。

49. Life is accidental, death is inevitable; do what is right and follow nature.

50. 然而，一切随缘，顺其自然，并不是说我们不作为，不努力，佛系躺平，不问红尘烟火。而是在过程上自强不息，在结局上听凭天意。

50. However, "letting things take their course" and "going with the flow" does not mean we should be inactive, lazy, or indifferent to the world, nor does it imply a passive acceptance of fate. Instead, it means to strive continuously and self-improve throughout the process, and to leave the outcome to the will of heaven.

51. 走进官场，在别人眼里光芒熠熠，而对于自己，却是一个错误，一个耽误自己三十年的错误。

51. Entering the political arena may shine brightly in others' eyes, but to oneself, it is a mistake, a mistake that has wasted thirty years of one's life.

52. 2遇见是两个人的事，离开却是一个人的决定，遇见是一个开始，离开却是为了遇见下一个离开。这是一个流行离开的世界，但是我们都不擅长告别。

52.2 Meeting is a matter of two people, while leaving is a decision made by one person. Meeting is a beginning, while leaving is for the sake of meeting the next one to leave. This is a world where leaving is popular, but we are all not good at saying goodbye.

53. 17做一个寡言的人，却心有一片海的人。不伤人害己，于淡泊中，平和自在。

53. To be a reserved person, yet with a vast ocean in one's heart. Not to harm others or oneself, living a peaceful and comfortable life in simplicity.

54. "In youth, I had no taste for the world's ways, my nature was deeply fond of the hills and mountains. By mistake, I fell into the dust and net of the world, and have been there for thirty years."

55. 25有时哭并不代表脆弱，而是因为坚强太久了。

55. Sometimes crying does not mean weakness, but rather because you have been strong for too long.

56. 21若不抽出时间来创造自己想要的生活，你最终将不得不花费大量的时间来应付自己不想要的生活。

59. 29过不去的坎要学会淡放，放不下的人学会慢慢淡忘。不要贪恋没意义的人或事，心里的垃圾定期倒一倒，拎着垃圾的手怎么腾得出来接礼物。新的征途上，往事归零，爱恨

59. Learn to let go of insurmountable obstacles and to gradually forget those who you can't let go of. Don't be infatuated with people or things that have no meaning. Regularly dispose of the garbage in your heart; how can you reach out to receive gifts if you're holding a bag of garbage? On the new journey, put past events to rest, and love and hate...

60. 得到善缘，你要好好珍惜，因为这是上天给你的福报，丢失了实在可惜。得到孽缘，你要认真反思，精进和完善自己，而不是一味怨天尤人。

60. Cherish the good connections you have, for they are blessings bestowed upon you by heaven, and it would be truly regrettable to lose them. When faced with bad connections, you should take them as an opportunity for serious self-reflection, strive to improve and perfect yourself, rather than just blaming others and the heavens.
