1. 城府,本来是褒义,原指人的胸怀像古人的深宅大院一样,后来演变成贬义词,形容某人心机重,不漏声色,难以揣测。职场火锅觉得,城府,应该是一个中性词,形容某人沉稳、藏得住事、有实力、低调、有办法。如果此人是好人,就是褒义词,智慧低调;如果此人最后证明是坏人,就是贬义词,阴险狡诈。城府,应该是一个中性形容词。如何做到呢?主要有三点:

1. "Chengfu," originally a positive term, refers to a person's broadmindedness like ancient people's deep courtyard, but later evolved into a negative term, describing someone with heavy cunning, unexpressive in their emotions, and difficult to fathom. The workplace hotpot believes that "chengfu" should be a neutral word, describing someone who is calm, able to keep secrets, has strength, modest, and resourceful. If this person is good, it is a positive term, wise and modest; if this person is proven to be bad in the end, it is a negative term, cunning and crafty. "Chengfu" should be a neutral adjective. How to achieve this? There are mainly three points:

2. 就象《红楼梦》里的贾家,“贾不假,白玉为堂金作马”说的是当年宁荣二公鼎盛时期,堪称富贵已极。贾家传承到第三代,依然手握正一品将军和正三品将军两个爵位。

3. 真正城府沉的人,是善于控制情绪,知道在什么样的场合使用什么样的表情和情绪的人,甚至他们会为了取得别人的信任,而故意暴露自己的心理弱点。

3. A truly deep and cunning person is skilled at controlling their emotions, knowing which expressions and emotions to use in different situations, and even deliberately exposing their psychological weaknesses to gain others' trust.

4. 不骄傲,是在做人态度上的克制。克制自以为是的傲慢,克制要显示自己能力的冲动。

10. 不轻易笑,不轻易把自己的喜怒哀乐表现在脸上,学会控制自己的情绪,学会控制自己的脾气。
