1. 33愿你有深夜的酒，也有清晨的吻和粥，愿你想念时可以拥抱，深爱时不必躲藏。

1. May you have wine in the deep of night, and kisses and congee in the morning, may you be able to hug when you miss, and not have to hide when you deeply love.

2. 11我想再醉一次至少可以毫无保留的喊你的名字

2. 11 I want to get drunk again, at least I can call your name without reservation.

3. 37心若不动，风又奈何？你若不伤，岁月无恙。

3. If the heart remains un moved, what can the wind do? If you do not get hurt, time will pass without harm.

4. 31不管你曾经被伤害得有多深，总会有一个人的出现，让你原谅之前生活对你所有的刁难

4. 31 No matter how deeply you have been hurt before, there will always be someone who appears to make you forgive all the hardships life has imposed on you.

5. 48万发缘生，皆系缘分！偶然的相遇，蓦然回首，注定了彼此的一生，只为了眼光交会的刹那。

5. 480,000 reasons for origin, all are due to fate! The accidental encounter, looking back suddenly, has predetermined each other's life, just for the fleeting moment when our eyes meet.

6. 43现在付出更多的努力，未来才会有更多的选择。

6. More effort now will lead to more choices in the future.

7. 11当有人突然从你的生命中消失，不用问为什么，只是他或她到了该走的时候了，你只需要接受就好，不论朋友，还是恋人。所谓成熟，就是知道有些事情终究无能为力。

7.11 When someone suddenly disappears from your life, don't ask why, for it's just the time for them to leave. You just need to accept it, whether it's a friend or a lover. What maturity is, is knowing that there are some things that you are ultimately unable to change.

8. 13所谓无上正等正觉者非他，即是真如本性，亦名自性清静心是也。

8.13 What is called the "Supreme, Equal, and Perfect Enlightenment" is not another entity; it is the true nature, also known as the inherent, serene mind.

9. 患癌以前，他曾是一个稀里糊涂，昏昏噩噩的人，经常跟着一帮朋友胡吃海塞，熬夜唱K，为了一时的快感放纵自己的欲望，找不到生活的方向。

9. Before he was diagnosed with cancer, he was a confused and aimless person, often following a group of friends in overeating and staying up late to sing karaoke, indulging in his desires for momentary pleasure and struggling to find a direction in life.

10. 16存储阳光，必有远芳；心中有暖，又何惧人生荒凉。

10. Store sunlight in storage, there will be distant fragrance; with warmth in the heart, what fear is there of the desolation of life?

11. 50不要在你的智慧中夹杂着傲慢，不要使你的谦虚心缺乏智慧。

11. Do not let pride mingle with your wisdom, and do not let your humility lack wisdom.

12. 51白白的过一天，无所事事，就像犯了窃盗罪一样。

12. Wasting a day without doing anything is as if one has committed the crime of theft.

13. 59所有的相遇，相处，都是一种既定的缘分，离开就是缘尽，失去就是缘去，人生聚散离合，就是缘来缘尽，情淡情浓。

13. All encounters and interactions are a predetermined destiny. Leaving signifies the end of the relationship, and loss means the relationship has come to an end. The comings and goings in life, the gatherings and partings, are all about the arrival and end of relationships, the ebb and flow of emotions.

14. 在帮助别人的过程中，米大叔走出了原本狭隘的自我，打开了格局，提升了人生的境界。没有看不顺眼的人，没有烦闷不堪的事，眼里只有慈悲，心中只有爱，脸上只有平静的祥和。

14. In the process of helping others, Uncle Mi stepped out of his originally narrow self, expanded his horizons, and elevated the level of his life. There were no people he couldn't stand, no matters that were unbearable, in his eyes there was only compassion, in his heart there was only love, and on his face there was only a peaceful tranquility.

15. 每一个发愿，他都身体力行，排除万难，直到实现。

15. For every vow he made, he personally carried it out, overcoming all difficulties until it was fulfilled.

16. 19人在世间，爱欲之中，独生独死，独去独来。当行至趣，苦乐之地，身自当之，无有代者。

16. Among the 19 in the world, in the midst of love and desire, one is born alone and dies alone, goes alone and comes alone. When it comes to the destinations of joy and suffering, the body must bear it alone, with no one to take its place.

17. 11听山河把春风酿成千言万语吹过旧人故里。

17. 11 Listen as the mountains and rivers turn the spring breeze into a thousand words and whispers, blowing over the hometown of the old days.

18. 45没有人无需重复，无需练习，无需改进，一下子就可以做到极致。人对自己的高估是很可怕：既耽误自己的上进，也妨碍自己的明智。

18. 45 No one can achieve perfection without repetition, practice, and improvement all at once. Overestimating oneself is可怕的：It not only wastes one's own progress but also hinders one's own wisdom.

19. 5相信明天的自己会更好，关上灯跟自己的今天告个别吧。

19. 5 Believe that tomorrow's self will be better, and say goodbye to today's self with the lights turned off.

20. 7我没有生气我只是不知道怎么用不尖锐的方式来表达我的情绪而已。

20. 7 I wasn't angry; I just didn't know how to express my emotions in a non-sharp way.

21. 44铁杵能磨成针，但木杵只能磨成牙签，材料不对，再努力也没用。

21. As the proverb goes, an iron rod can be ground into a needle, but a wooden rod can only be ground into a toothpick. If the material is not suitable, no amount of effort will do any good.

22. 20我用真心待你，但不执着与你，活在缘分中，而非关系里。

22. I treat you with sincerity, but I do not cling to you. I live in the realm of fate, not in the confines of relationships.

23. 47如果你不开口问，那么答案永远是不。如果你不去前进，就永远都是原地踏步。

23. 47 If you don't ask, the answer will always be no. If you don't move forward, you will always be standing still.

24. 1真正能够修持佛法的人身才是暇满人身，这是生生世世修来的，千万不要错过这个机会，错后以后再也没有这样的机会了，不要轻易的放弃。

24.1 The human body that is truly capable of practicing the Dharma is the precious human rebirth, which is achieved through cultivation over countless lifetimes. Do not miss this opportunity, for there will never be another like it. Do not轻易放弃.

25. 6希望以后的每一天你的快乐，是不需要任何理由的。

25. 6 Hope that every day in the future, your happiness doesn't require any reason.

26. 32这世间，人皆有欲，有欲故有求，求不得故生诸多烦恼，烦恼无以排遣故有心结，人就陷入“无明”状态中，从而造下种种惑业。

26. In this world, everyone has desires. Because of desires, there are demands. When one cannot fulfill their desires, various烦恼 arise. Due to the inability to dispel these烦恼, there are heart-knots, and people fall into a state of "ignorance," thus creating various delusions and misdeeds.

27. 每一个不曾起舞的日子，都是对生命的辜负。不管能活多久，只要活得有滋有味，有声有色，积极乐观，就是人间值得。

27. Every day that is not spent dancing is a betrayal of life. No matter how long one may live, as long as it is filled with zest, sound, and color, and maintains a positive and optimistic outlook, it is worth living in the world.

28. 2每天多一点点的努力，不为别的，只为了日后能够多一些选择，选择云卷云舒的小日子，选择自己喜欢的人。

28. 2 Put in a little more effort every day, not for any other reason, just to have more choices in the future, to choose the simple days of clouds rolling in and out, to choose the people you like.

29. 28去做自己想做的事情，去完成自己那不大不小的梦想，生活本应该就是这样积极又美好的，你也是！

29. 28 Do what you want to do, pursue your not too big nor too small dreams. Life should be like this, full of positivity and beauty, and you are too!

30. 我们只有在内心放下对死亡的恐惧，才能走出死亡的阴影，活出自己的轻松和潇洒。

30. Only by letting go of our fear of death in our hearts can we step out of the shadow of death and live our lives with ease and elegance.

31. 6余生很贵，请别浪费。往事不回头，陪伴千帆过，往后不将就。

31.6 Life is precious, please don't waste it. The past does not turn back, having accompanied a thousand ships pass by, from now on I will not compromise.

32. 17我想你想得无数次，我想你想得心发慌，细细碎碎，可以找两张片天空。

32. 17 I've thought of you countless times, my heart racing, in bits and pieces, I could find two pieces of sky.

33. 3有趣的人生，一半是家常里短，一半是山川湖海。

33. 3 An interesting life is half about trivial household matters and half about mountains, rivers, lakes, and seas.

34. 内心有爱的人，才会有温暖，有阳光，有力量，才能战胜生活的艰难险阻，熬过人生的雨雪风霜，也才能得到纯粹的快乐和愉悦的身心。

34. Only those who love from within can have warmth, sunshine, and strength, and only then can they overcome the hardships and obstacles of life, endure the storms, snows, and winds of life, and also attain pure joy and a pleasant mind and body.

35. 2当看破一切的时候，腾空双手就不会患得患失，谁还能从你手中夺走什么，才明白，原来失去比拥有更踏实。

35.2 When one sees through all things, freeing both hands, there is no more fear of losing. Who can take anything from you then? It is only then that one understands that losing is more solid than possessing.

36. 29愿你忠于自己，活得认真，笑得放肆，也走的潇洒。过去那些走过的路，丢掉的人，撕裂的往事，别回头就好。

36. May you be true to yourself, live with seriousness, laugh freely, and walk with elegance. For the paths you've walked, the people you've let go, and the torn-apart past, just don't look back.

37. 46时间游走，岁搁浅，斑驳的影子映着千言万语。

37. 46 moments of wandering, years come to a halt, patchy shadows casting a thousand words.

38. 57有些事，你真别看清，看清，心痛；有些人，你真别看懂，看懂，伤情。人生，就是一种糊涂，一份模糊，说懂不懂，说清不清，糊里糊涂，含含糊糊。人生看不惯的东西太多，看清、看懂，全是自找伤心。给生活罩上一层薄雾，不是自欺，而是对自我的保护。凡事太认真，苦了心，累了自己。

38. 57 There are things you really shouldn't see too clearly; seeing them too clearly will hurt your heart. There are people you really shouldn't understand too well; understanding them too well will hurt your feelings. Life is a kind of confusion, a bit blurred, neither fully understanding nor fully clear, vague and ambiguous. There are too many things in life that you can't stand; seeing and understanding them all are just self-inflicted pain. Covering life with a thin mist is not self-deception, but protection of oneself. Taking everything too seriously will burden your heart and exhaust yourself.

39. 25生命，事业，都在我的手中，拼凑在你身上。

39. 25 Life and career, all in my hands, pieced together on you.

40. 5谁被埋在雪地里？谁知道这种荣耀背后的冷漠。

40. 5 Who was buried in the snow? Who knows the indifference behind this glory?

41. 51你可以要求自己对人好，但不能期待人家对你好。你怎样对人，并不代表人家就会怎样对你，如果看不透这一点，你只会徒添不必要的烦恼。

41. 51 You can choose to be kind to others, but you cannot expect them to be kind to you in return. How you treat others does not necessarily mean they will treat you the same way. If you don't see this, you will only add unnecessary worries to yourself.

42. 生命的意义在于你创造了人生的美好与精彩，生命的价值在于你平静而激动地欣赏人生的美丽和悲壮。

42. The meaning of life lies in the beauty and wonder you create in your life, and the value of life lies in your calm and exhilarated appreciation of the beauty and tragedy of life.

43. 45凡所有相皆是虚妄。虚妄者，言其是假非真，非谓绝对没有。

43. 45 All phenomena are illusionary. "Illusionary" means that they are false and not true, but not that they are completely absent.

44. 21温柔要有，但不是妥协，我们要在安静中不慌不忙的坚强。

44. We need to be gentle, but not compromising; we should be strong and calm in the quiet.

45. 37现定见闻觉知是法，法离见闻觉知，非达法也。

45. The present perception, hearing, cognition, and awareness are all aspects of Dharma. Dharma is not to be understood apart from perception, hearing, cognition, and awareness.

46. 46凡夫取境，道人取心，心境双忘乃是真法。

46. The common people take external environments as their境界, while the Taoist takes the mind as their focus. Forgetting both the external environment and the mind is the true method.

47. 47但愿那些不为人知的你，都有被好好珍藏。

47. May those unknown to others be well treasured.

48. 35眼睛不要老是睁得那么大，我且问你，百年以后，那一样是你的。

48. Don't keep your eyes so wide open all the time. I ask you, a hundred years from now, what will be yours?

49. 3决定放弃了的事，就请放弃得干干净净。那些决定再也不见面的人，就真的不要见面了。请不要让我再做背叛自己的事了。如果要爱别人，就请先好好爱自己。

49.3 When a decision has been made to give up something, please do so cleanly. For those who have decided never to meet again, truly do not meet. Please don't let me do anything that betrays myself again. If you want to love others, please first love yourself well.

50. 43常常使别人过快乐日子的人，自己也必定很快乐。

50. The one who often brings joy to others must certainly be very happy himself.

51. 49这个世界上过得好的人，大部分是该吃吃，该喝喝，该打扮打扮，该读书读书，追求一定基础的物质，再花钱让自己精神愉悦一下的，接地气的，不清新也不脱俗的普通人。

51. Most of the people who are doing well in this world are those who eat when they should, drink when they should, dress up when they should, read when they should, pursue a certain level of material comfort, and then spend money to make themselves mentally happy. They are down-to-earth, neither too fresh nor too mundane, ordinary people.

52. 49欲决定得生极乐世界，莫如以信为前导，愿为后鞭。信得决，愿得切，虽散心念佛，亦必往生；信不真，愿不猛，虽一心不乱，亦不得生。

52. 49 To determine the entry into the Pure Land, it is best to lead with faith and follow with determination. With faith that is unwavering and determination that is strong, even if one's mind is scattered while reciting Buddha's name, they will surely be reborn there. However, if faith is not genuine and determination is not fierce, even if one maintains a single-minded focus without distraction, they will not attain rebirth.

53. 14别着急，你看冬天会过去，春天会来，没有什么过不去的。好好爱自己，让该来的来该走的走，一切都是最好的安排。

53. 14 Don't worry, you'll see that winter will pass, spring will come, and there's nothing that can't be overcome. Love yourself well, let what should come come and what should go go, everything is the best arrangement.

54. 11故事还在继续，路还很长，难免会有心酸有皱眉，无论怎么别松手就好，惟愿此生清澈明朗，有能力去做想做的事，爱想爱的人。

54. 11 The story is still ongoing, the road is long, and it's inevitable to have heartaches and frowns along the way. No matter how difficult, don't let go. May I live a clear and bright life, with the ability to do what I want and love who I want.

55. 27坏情绪也不要都说给别人听，不管怎么样，夜晚你就睡觉吧，白天你就出去散散心，阴天你就吃好喝好，雨天你就听听雨。要记得，总有一天，会有一束阳光驱散你所有的阴霾，带给你万丈光芒。

55. Don't always share your bad mood with others, no matter what. At night, just go to sleep, during the day, go out and take a walk, on a cloudy day, enjoy good food and drinks, and when it rains, listen to the rain. Remember, one day, a ray of sunshine will drive away all the gloom and bring you immense brightness.

56. 1我想和你互相浪费，一起虚度短的沉默，长的无意义，一起消磨精致而苍老的宇宙。

56. 1 I want to waste time with you, together, in short silences and long meaningless stretches, together wearing away the delicate and ancient universe.

57. 54不要总以为鹤立鸡群，有本事就离开那群鸡。

57. 54 Don't always think you're like a crane among chickens. If you have the ability, leave that group of chickens.

58. 34希望你能一直拥有温柔，感受风的软，海的凉，清澈的梦想。

58. 34 May you always have gentleness, feel the softness of the wind, the coolness of the sea, and the clarity of your dreams.

59. 31人一生会碰到许多心动的人，可能误以为那是喜欢，其实也不过是某一刻好感，毕竟心动不是答案，心定才是。

59. In a lifetime, 31 people will meet many people who make them feel a flutter in their heart. They might mistakenly think that's love, but it's actually just a moment of liking. After all, a flutter in the heart is not the answer; it's the calmness of the heart that is.

60. 40一个人，一本书，一杯茶，一帘梦。有时候，寂寞是这样叫人心动，也只有此刻，世事才会如此波澜不惊。

60. 40 people, a book, a cup of tea, and a curtain of dreams. Sometimes, loneliness is so heartwarming that it moves one, and only at this moment, the world will be so calm and serene.

61. 24现在付出更多的努力，未来才会有更多的选择。

61. 24 Now put in more effort, and there will be more choices in the future.

62. 15天上天下，唯我独尊，自观自在，守本真心。

62. In the span of 15 days, I reign supreme above and below, observing with ease, guarding the essence of my true heart.

63. 60从此天光大亮，你是我全部的渴望与幻想。

63. Since then, the day has become bright, and you are all my desire and fantasy.

64. 作家史铁生说：“死不足惜，关键是活着，生命之美不在于一副完好的身躯，也不在乎生与死，死是容易的，活着却是难的。”

64. The writer Shi Tiesheng said: "It is not worthy of regret to die, the key is to live. The beauty of life does not lie in a perfect body, nor does it depend on life and death. Death is easy, but living is difficult."

65. “所有病的起因，都是因为紧张，只要全身不紧张，你大概不会得什么病，大家要知道我们生理的疾病，都是因为紧张而来的，可是你放松不了，为什么？因为很多事情老搁在你心里头，老叫你提心吊胆，明明没有事，你一天到晚在那里恐惧。”

65. "The root cause of all diseases is stress. As long as your whole body is not tense, you are unlikely to fall ill. Everyone should know that our physiological diseases all come from stress, but you can't relax. Why? Because many things keep lingering in your mind, making you anxious for no reason, and you are constantly filled with fear."

66. 58因为心中有梦，所以暗里有光，遥遥无期，那又怎样，踮起脚尖，就更接近阳光。

66. Because there's a dream in the heart, there's light in the darkness. It may be distant and uncertain, but what of it? By standing on tiptoe, one comes closer to the sunlight.
