拥抱生活,接纳命运赋予的每一次起伏,在岁月的长河中,我愿以一颗宁静的心,探寻生命的真谛。

Embrace life, accept each ups and downs bestowed by destiny, and in the long river of time, I wish to seek the truth of life with a tranquil heart.

1. 遇到事情,不要从别人身上找原因,多从自己身上找错误。不要妄图改变别人,只用改变自己。

1. When faced with issues, do not seek reasons from others; instead, look for mistakes within yourself. Do not try to change others; only change yourself.

2. 学会拥抱自己的每一个样子,改变自己能改变的,接受自己改变不了的。

2. Learn to embrace every aspect of yourself, change what you can change, and accept what you cannot change.

3. 你会喜欢友好,喜欢微笑,喜欢拥抱,喜欢对你的宽容。你想拒绝对你的苛刻,对你的敌意,对你的挑剔。人都是这样向往温暖的,但你要允许一切的发生。让你成为一个温柔且不软弱的人。——吴越

3. You will like being friendly, liking smiles, liking embraces, liking your tolerance. You want to reject harshness towards you, enmity towards you, and your nitpicking. People all long for warmth, but you should allow everything to happen. Let you become a gentle yet not weak person. — Wu Yue

4. 松弛感就是允许一切如其所是内心从容淡定,处事波澜不惊,允许一切的发生,允许自己失败,也允许人生中的不完美,更允许有些人的忽然离开。没有关系,真正的强大不是忘记,而是学会接受人生中的遗憾,接受人生的孤独也接受那个不够完美的自己。

4. The sense of relaxation is about allowing everything to be as it is, maintaining inner calm and composure, handling matters without disturbance, allowing everything to happen, allowing oneself to fail, and also allowing the imperfections in life, and even the sudden departure of some people. It's all right; true strength is not about forgetting, but about learning to accept the regrets in life, accepting the loneliness of life, and also accepting the not-so-perfect version of oneself.

5. 我们用最美好的心情,允许一切的发生,所有的种子,破土而出的时候,不会去想,遇到的是风雨,还是阳光。一切注定要发生的事,本身你就不可能去阻挡他。你焦虑本是这样,从容面对也是这样,所以我选择让他过去,不去和他计较。

5. With the most beautiful mood, we allow everything to happen. When all the seeds break through the soil, we don't think about whether we encounter wind and rain or sunshine. All that is destined to happen, you cannot stop it in itself. Whether you are anxious or composed, it is the same. So, I choose to let it pass and not to argue with it.

6. 改革失败,王叔文被杀,刘禹锡和柳宗元同时被贬官。

10. 人虽然渺小,人生虽然短暂,但人能修身,能自我完善,人的可贵之处在于人自身。

10. Although human beings are small and life is fleeting, people can cultivate themselves and perfect themselves. The value of humans lies in themselves.

11. 你遇到的所有问题,都是因为你不强大。命运对你不好,也是因为你不强大。改变自己,沉淀自己,强大自己,当你变强大了,整个世界都会对你和颜悦色。

11. All the problems you encounter are because you are not strong. Fate is not kind to you as well because you are not strong. Change yourself, settle yourself, become stronger. When you become strong, the entire world will treat you with a smiling face.

12. 不再评判,提升自己的承载力,每个人一生都要练就两大本领:一是化解能力,二是承载能力!

12. Stop judging, enhance your carrying capacity! Everyone in their lifetime should cultivate two essential skills: one is the ability to resolve conflicts, and the other is the ability to bear burdens!

13. 真正的强大不是忘记,而是接受世事无常,接受孤独挫败,接受突如其来的无力感,接受自己的不完美,接受困惑不安焦虑和遗憾,调整好自己的状态,找到继续前行的力量,成为更好的自己。

13. True strength lies not in forgetting, but in accepting the impermanence of things, accepting solitude and setbacks, accepting the sudden feeling of powerlessness, accepting one's own imperfections, accepting confusion, unease, anxiety, and regrets. Adjust your state well, find the strength to continue moving forward, and become a better version of yourself.

14. 其中,可以把任何对立面转换成助力,没有敌手,只有助手。允许自己做自己,允许别人做别人。

14. Among them, any contradiction can be transformed into a driving force; there are no opponents, only helpers. Allow oneself to be oneself, and allow others to be others.

16. 他的生活很自在,心态也很好。而柳宗元截然相反,他接受不了命运的重锤,以泪洗面,郁郁寡欢,写得诗歌也多是愤愤不平,悲伤抑塞。

16. He lives a carefree life with a positive mindset. In contrast, Liu Zongyuan's life was quite the opposite; he couldn't bear the heavy blows of fate, washing his face with tears, melancholic and desolate, and the poems he wrote were mostly filled with anger and sorrow, oppressed and repressed.

17. 曾国藩是晚清名臣,官至直隶总督,北洋大臣,一等勇毅侯,可谓出将入相,位极人臣。然而在早年,他也经历过一段很不顺利,孤独无助的时期。

19. 唐朝有两个大诗人,刘禹锡和柳宗元,他们是好朋友,一起入朝为官,又一起加入王叔文领导的改革集团。

19. During the Tang Dynasty, there were two great poets, Liu Yuxi and Liu Zongyuan, who were good friends. They both entered the court to serve as officials and also joined the reform group led by Wang Shuwen.

20. 而真正有智慧的人,真正强大的人,一定不是在对抗命运里那些“不该发生的事”,而是允许一切事情的发生,然后将计就计,顺势而为绽放自己!

20. The truly wise and strong individuals are not those who resist the "unintended" events in life's destiny. Instead, they allow everything to happen as it may, and then they adapt and play along, flourishing in harmony with the flow!

21. 不要指望和期待别人,努力改变自己,成全自己,你终将得到命运的温柔以待。

21. Don't rely on others or expect them; work hard to change yourself and fulfill yourself, and you will eventually receive the gentle treatment from fate.

22. 生命是一条孤独的河流,只有自己才是自己人生的摆渡人。

22. Life is a solitary river, and only oneself can be the ferryman of one's own life.

23. 他那时写下一副对联自勉:

23. At that time, he wrote a couplet to motivate himself:

24. 你接纳命运的无常,就不怕无常。你抗拒命运的刁难,你就会过得越苦。这就是:你接纳什么,什么就消失。你反对什么,什么就存在。

24. When you accept the impermanence of fate, you are not afraid of its changes. When you resist the hardships of fate, your life becomes more bitter. This means: whatever you accept will disappear. Whatever you oppose will persist.

25. “养活一团春意思,撑起两根穷骨头。”

25. "Nurture a spring-like spirit, support two poor bones."

26. “寄蜉蝣于天地,渺沧海之一粟。”在苍茫天地之间,每个人都是卑微的肉体凡胎,不要和命运较劲,因为你赢不了。不要蹉跎岁月,要努力自强,因为天道酬勤,命运喜欢任何一个自强不息的人。

26. "Imbue the mayfly with the vastness of the heavens and the earth, and it becomes but a single grain of sand in the boundless sea." Amidst the boundless expanse of the universe, each person is but a humble and mortal flesh and blood. Do not argue with fate, for you cannot win. Do not waste your time; strive to better yourself, for the natural order rewards diligence, and fate favors anyone who never stops striving.

27. 跟命运较劲,我们会活得很累,很苦,很悲伤,并且无可奈何。学会放下,与命运和解,相信一切都是最好的安排,那你就会很轻松。

27. Struggling against fate will make us live in great fatigue, bitterness, and sadness, and we will feel helpless. Learn to let go, make peace with fate, and believe that everything is the best arrangement; then you will find life much easier.

28. “山不在高,有仙则名。水不在深,有龙则灵。斯是陋室,惟吾德馨。苔痕上阶绿,草色入帘青。谈笑有鸿儒,往来无白丁。可以调素琴,阅金经。无丝竹之乱耳,无案牍之劳形。”

28. "The mountain does not need to be high, for with immortals it is renowned. The water does not need to be deep, for with dragons it is divine. This is a humble abode, yet my virtue is fragrant. Moss stains the steps with green, and the color of grass filters through the curtain to become blue. In conversation, there are scholars of profound learning, and in coming and going, there are no ignoramuses. Here one can play a plain zither, read the golden sutras. There is no noise of silk and bamboo to disturb the ears, nor the labor of scribing to weary the body."

29. 刘禹锡贬到连州,柳宗元贬到永州,都很荒凉且偏远。

29. Liu Yuxi was demoted to Lianzhou, and Liu Zongyuan was demoted to Yongzhou, both places were desolate and remote.

30. 其实生活不过就是见招拆招,给我多少难题就解决多少难题,坦诚的面对和接受,允许挫败,允许遗憾,允许后悔,允许别离,允许我们拥有人生的镇痛,在这趟体验中尽情的感受,反正日子都会越来越好,反正我们最终都会找自己的轨道。

30. In reality, life is just about facing each challenge as it comes, solving as many problems as presented, facing and accepting them honestly, allowing for setbacks, allowing for regrets, allowing for remorse, allowing for parting, and allowing us to experience the pain of life. Enjoy this journey to the fullest, for no matter what, the days will get better, and ultimately, we will all find our own path.

31. 人在低谷,或者过得不如意的时候,要心向阳光,朝气蓬勃,生机盎然,不能露出穷相苦相憋屈相。还要勤奋努力,自强不息,砥砺前行,用能力撑起自己的明天。

31. When one is at a low point or not living up to expectations, one should face the sun with a vibrant and full of life spirit, and not show any signs of poverty, suffering, or being stifled. One should also be diligent and persistent, strive to improve oneself, and move forward with determination, using one's abilities to support and build a brighter future.

32. 刘禹锡不在乎,贬就贬吧,无所谓,他开开心心上路了,后来还在贬所写下著名的《陋室铭》:

32. Liu Yuxi was not bothered about it. He said, "If I am to be demoted, then so be it. It doesn't matter." He happily set out on his journey, and later, while in his place of demotion, he wrote the famous "Bi She Mingle" (The Mark of a Humble Dwelling).

33. 允许一切的发生,不是放纵,更不是不去担当,而是以一颗淡然的心去面对,轻松,平常的心情,是人生智慧思考的最佳状态,更有利秀我们去判断,去解决一切我们无法抗拒的事。

33. Allowing everything to happen is not about indulgence, nor is it about shirking responsibilities. Instead, it is about facing it with a composed mind, maintaining a relaxed and ordinary attitude. This is the best state for wise and thoughtful contemplation in life, and it is also more conducive to our judgment and resolution of all the things we cannot resist.
