1. 和家人谈谈。如果一家人在失去挚爱时一直相守相助，他们就更容易处理因失去挚爱而产生的各种难过的情绪。要是你想和家人或朋友谈谈，那就不妨请他们听听你的心声吧。也许你并不是唯一一个需要安慰的人。

1. Talk to your family. If a family sticks together and supports each other during the loss of a beloved one, they are more likely to handle the various sad emotions that come with the loss. If you want to talk to your family or friends, why not let them hear your voice? Perhaps you are not the only one who needs comfort.

2. 借助更高级的力量。更高级的力量指的是任何比你自己更强大的力量。与这种力量建立联系，或者思考自己在宗教、精神方面的信仰或世界观，这么做可以帮助一个人应对与死亡有关的问题。如果你没有宗教信仰，或不相信宇宙有一位神圣的造物主，那么你不妨专注于其他更高级的力量，比如在大自然中，月亮和海洋都蕴藏着非常强大的力量。更高级的力量也可以是一群人，因为集体的力量比个体的力量更大。

2. Utilize more advanced forces. More advanced forces refer to any power stronger than your own. Establishing a connection with such power or contemplating your beliefs or worldview in terms of religion or spirituality can help an individual cope with issues related to death. If you do not have religious beliefs or do not believe in a divine creator of the universe, then you might focus on other more advanced forces, such as the immense power found in nature, where the moon and the ocean both hold very strong forces. More advanced forces can also be a group of people, as collective power is greater than individual power.

3. 苦行和极简让人更加敏锐，匮乏即是富足，自律产生喜悦！要明白一个真相：大多数人都不知道太多！

3. Asceticism and minimalism make people more acute; scarcity is abundance, and self-discipline brings joy! It is important to understand a truth: most people do not know enough!

27. 为什么只有心产生的神明能够主宰人的意识呢？就是因为心阳最强盛。最强盛的阳气所产生的神气，就具有最高统帅权。阳气在人体表现为体温，我们摸一下自己的身体，是不是心脏的部位和头部温度最高呢？西医认为，热量是人体消耗氧气产生的，大脑的耗氧量占了人体全部耗氧量的一半以上。这就从另一个方面证明了，中医的心确实包含了西医的心脏和大脑的功能。有些换了心脏的病人，他的生活习惯变得与心脏提供者有些相似了。甚至有报道说，移植了猪心的人，变得象猪一样喜欢拱垃圾了。这又从另一个方面证明了，心脏确实也是人的意识产生的来源之一。

27. Why is it that the divine beings produced by the heart alone can dominate human consciousness? It is because the heart's Yang energy is the most powerful. The divine Qi produced by the strongest Yang energy possesses the highest commanding power. In the human body, Yang energy manifests as body temperature. If we touch our own bodies, isn't it true that the area of the heart and the head are the hottest? Western medicine believes that heat is produced by the body's consumption of oxygen, and the brain's oxygen consumption accounts for more than half of the body's total oxygen consumption. This proves from another perspective that the heart in traditional Chinese medicine indeed encompasses the functions of the heart and brain in Western medicine. Some patients who have had heart transplants have developed lifestyles that are somewhat similar to those of the heart donors. There have even been reports that people who have received pig hearts have developed a liking for foraging for garbage like pigs. This again proves from another perspective that the heart is indeed one of the sources of human consciousness.

36. 病毒是没有细胞结构但有遗传和自我复制等生命特征的微生物，它们是最微小的生命体，大多数要用电子显微镜才能看得到。病毒由遗传物质核酸及外面的蛋白质壳构成。有人曾剥去某种病毒的外壳而换上另一种蛋白质，经繁殖后的病毒却和原来的一模一样。这说明蛋白质外壳不是病毒的决定性因素，但它可以防止里面的核酸不受外界化学或物理作用的损害。也就是说，病毒的外壳虽然是蛋白质，而它们本身其实是一种核酸。当然也有例外，如一种马铃薯病毒就没有外壳。更极端的是羊的蹭痒病毒，干脆连核酸也没有，只有一个可把其它细胞体内的物质包括基因变成自己样子的“抑制物”，它大概是世界上最小的病毒。

They are the most minute life forms, and most of them can only be seen with an electron microscope. Viruses are composed of genetic material (nucleic acids) and an outer protein coat. Some researchers have peeled off the coat of a certain virus and replaced it with another protein, and the virus that reproduces after this still looks exactly the same as the original. This shows that the protein coat is not the decisive factor in viruses, but it can prevent the internal nucleic acids from being damaged by external chemical or physical forces. That is to say, although the coat of the virus is made of protein, they themselves are actually nucleic acids. Of course, there are exceptions, such as a potato virus that does not have a coat. More extreme is the sheep's itchy virus, which does not even have nucleic acids; it only has an "inhibitor" that can change the substances within other cells, including genes, into its own form. It is probably the smallest virus in the world.

What is this instrument used for? It was used by the ancients to express their reverence for the sun. The sun brings heat to the Earth, thus bringing vitality to the land. It is a very important and joyous event, so people beat drums and gongs to celebrate with great fanfare, expressing their inner joy.

45. 积聚能量是生物的本能，所以任何生物都会去想方设法获取能量，也就是获得食物，所以才会有自然界的弱肉强食。人类作为最高级的动物，也不能例外。从这个意义上来说，人的本性是自私的，所以人才有贪婪的一面。由人组成的企业，民族，国家，从道理上来说，也是一样的，其行为都是为了让自己的这个团体获得更多的能量积聚。对一个企业，这主要表现为追求利润最大化。做企业的最高境界就是做人气，优秀的人才多了，积聚的能量就多，获得的利润自然就多。我们上一章说过水为财，利润本来是水，是阴，而能量是阳，是火，这也正体现了阴阳之间是以相互协调为主要关系的。就像夏天最热的时候，雨水也最多。阴阳协调，就是正常的表现，对生命如此，对企业、社会和国家也同样适用。

45. Accumulating energy is an instinct of all living beings, so any living being will try to obtain energy, that is, to obtain food, which is why there is the survival of the fittest in nature. As the most advanced animal, humans are no exception. In this sense, human nature is selfish, which is why humans also have a greedy side. Organizations composed of humans, such as enterprises, ethnic groups, and countries, are also the same in theory; their actions are all aimed at accumulating more energy for their own groups. For a business, this mainly manifests as the pursuit of maximum profit. The highest境界 of doing business is to create popularity, because with a lot of excellent talents, more energy is accumulated, and naturally, more profit is obtained. As we mentioned in the previous chapter, water is wealth, and profit is like water, which is Yin, while energy is like fire, which is Yang. This also reflects that the coordination between Yin and Yang is mainly a relationship of mutual harmony. Just like during the hottest summer, there is also the most rain. When Yin and Yang are in harmony, it is a normal phenomenon, and this also applies to life, businesses, society, and countries.

46. 生命的本质是什么呢？是复制与繁殖？是蛋白质与核酸的存在形式？我们有幸为人能够体验一次生命的旅程，如果连生命的本质是什么都不知道，那真可以用得上一个词——醉生梦死。

46. What is the essence of life? Is it replication and reproduction? Is it the form of existence for proteins and nucleic acids? It is fortunate that as humans, we are able to embark on a journey of life. If we do not even know what the essence of life is, then there truly is a word that fits perfectly – a life lived in a dreamlike state, without awareness or reality.
