The highest境界 of life: Avoid wasteful consumption and cherish one's own value.

1. 对于任何自以为是的人，无视和遗忘，就是最高等级的轻蔑。

1. For anyone who is self-righteous, ignoring and forgetting is the highest form of disdain.

2. 自己哪怕是一个小职员，只要行得正，坐得直，坦坦荡荡，静而不争，就不必把这些势利小人放在眼里，就把他们当成苍蝇就可以。

12. Our unit has several small leaders who, upon meeting them, I feel like wanting to slap them a few times. When they meet their superiors, they nod and bow, fawning and flattering, as if they would like to serve as a urinal for others. When they encounter colleagues without positions or power, they look at them with a斜 eye, sniff, tilt their heads, acting as if they are self-righteous and indifferent to others. They might want to create a sense of distinction with their colleagues, but in everyone's eyes, they are indeed different. Everyone considers them to be a typical toady.
