3. 正在所有人欢欣鼓舞的时候，我的检查报告显示，我的双眼突出更严重了，是操心、劳累、用眼过度引起的。医生警告我，如果想手术一切顺利，必须暂停所有用眼过度的工作。 人生就是不断选择的过程！不得不离开训练营的我，又面临重新选择、重新定位。 在带训练营的过程中我发现，我自己的演讲能力不是很强，但培养冠军的能力并不比很多高级演讲教练差。我不仅能把一篇很烂的演讲稿改成冠军演讲稿，也有很强的辅导能力。截止目前，从线上37期我开始做导师起，已带出七个班级冠军，四个12强，两个总决赛季军，一个总决赛冠军。就在十月底，演说生产力襄阳站，我第一次做线下助教时，又带出一个总决赛冠军。“冠军教练”，这是我新的标签新的定位。

I had to leave the training camp and faced the need to make new choices and redefine my position. In the process of leading the training camp, I found that my own public speaking skills were not very strong, but my ability to cultivate champions was not inferior to many senior speech coaches. I was not only able to transform a terrible speech script into a champion speech, but also had strong mentoring skills. Up to now, starting from the 37th online class, I have trained seven class champions, four 12 strong competitors, two finalists in the grand finals, and one grand final champion. Just at the end of October, during the speech productivity event in Xiangyang, where I was doing my first offline teaching assistant role, I brought out another grand final champion. "Champion Coach" is my new label and new position.

It was the domineering and goddess-like CEO, Ms. Jin, on the line: "Jinghe, Sister, you must return to Class 8 as an executive coach in April, this is an order. How can you not think about how I feel when the people I train go to other classes to be executive coaches?" "I... I...", just as I was about to explain, the other end of the line said, "What do you have to say? You must come back." I helplessly and happily burst into a silly laugh, okay! I'll go back, who else would I be under except my big shot? When did I become a hot potato that everyone wants to fight over?

5. 疫情期间，偶然在朋友圈看到有人发三天体验营的海报，出于好奇就报了名。第一天是微信群学习自我介绍，完成视频拍摄。新鲜又好奇的我，对着镜头像念悼词似的录了一遍又一遍，却浑然不觉自己的能量有多低。导师的赞美鼓励和专业指导，让我对星球有了最初的好印象。第二天是龙兄老师线上直播，看着镜头里的他，莫名有一种似曾相识的感觉。虽然没有雕刻般的面部轮廓，但却能从他的言语和神态中感受到，他是一个温润如玉的谦谦君子。当他讲完坚持星球核心价值观时，我瞬间被他圈了粉。这么年轻，就有如此格局与胸怀，真是少见！

5. During the pandemic, I accidentally saw a poster for a three-day experience camp shared by someone in my circle of friends. Out of curiosity, I decided to sign up. On the first day, we learned about self-introductions in a WeChat group and completed video recordings. The fresh and curious me kept recording over and over again in front of the camera, as if reading an elegy, yet I was completely unaware of how low my energy was. The mentor's praise and encouragement, along with professional guidance, gave me an initial good impression of the planet. On the second day, it was a live broadcast by Teacher Long Xiong. Watching him on the screen, I had a strange sense of familiarity. Although he didn't have chiseled facial features, I could feel from his words and expressions that he was a gentle and modest gentleman. When he finished speaking about upholding the core values of the planet, I was instantly captivated by him. So young and yet with such a broad perspective and character, it's truly rare!
