In the ocean of knowledge, wisdom is like refined gold. Only by leveraging its power can one set sail and voyage afar.

1. 天下大势，浩浩荡荡，顺之则昌，逆之则亡。只有借助形势，我们才能“大鹏一日同风起，扶摇直上九万里”。

1. The general trend of the world is vast and mighty, and following it leads to prosperity while opposing it results in ruin. Only by leveraging the situation can we achieve the poetic vision of a "great鹏 bird rising with the wind in a single day, soaring directly up nine thousand miles."

2. 一个人只有审时度势，跟着形势走，才能迸发出巨大的能量，促进自己的成功。

2. Only by adjusting to the situation and following the trend can one unleash tremendous energy and promote their own success.

3. 学会借助别人的力量，才能转弱为强，转败为胜。

3. Only by learning to harness the power of others can one turn weakness into strength and defeat into victory.

4. 懂得“借”的道理，我们俩可以最大限度整合资源，集中智慧，强大力量，在复杂多变的形势中抓住机遇，逆风翻盘，逆天改命。

4. Understanding the principle of "borrowing," we two can maximize the integration of resources, concentrate our wisdom, strengthen our power, seize opportunities in the complex and ever-changing situation, turn the tide against the wind, and alter our destiny against the heavens.

5. 站在风口上，猪都会飞起来。

5. When standing at the风口 (windward), even a pig can fly.

6. 把大家的力量汇聚起来，为己所用，才是最聪明的做法。

6. The most intelligent approach is to gather everyone's strength and use it for your own purposes.

7. 每个人的力量都十分有限，想要取得成功，就必须借助别人的力量。

7. Everyone's strength is very limited; in order to achieve success, one must rely on the help of others.

8. 他们听后放弃了别处投军的想法，同意和刘备一起创业，并进行桃园三结义，从此凝心聚力，荣辱与共。

8. After hearing this, they abandoned the idea of joining the army elsewhere, agreed to start a business with Liu Bei, and performed the Three Brothers' Oath at the Peach Garden. From then on, they united their hearts and efforts, sharing both honor and disgrace together.

9. 在水镜先生指点下，刘备见到诸葛亮，一番“隆中对”的战略分析，让他如醍醐灌顶，看到了希望的曙光。

11. 刘备想要自己树立大旗，但是没有人手，于是就对关羽和张飞说：

12. 借助别人的智慧，集思广益，站在智慧和谋略的制高点上，我们才能看清事物的本质，找到破局的关键。

13. 刘邦虽无项羽的勇猛，但“夫运筹帷帐之中，决胜于千里之外，吾不如子房。镇国家，抚百姓，给馈饷，不绝粮道，吾不如萧何。连百万之军，战必胜，攻必取，吾不如韩信。此三者，皆人杰也，吾能用之，此吾所以取天下也。”

13. Liu Bang, though not as brave as Xiang Yu, said, "In terms of strategizing within the tent, and deciding the outcome from a distance of a thousand miles, I am not as good as Zhang Liang. In terms of governing the state and soothing the people, providing supplies and ensuring an unbroken food supply, I am not as good as Xiao He. In terms of commanding an army of a million, being sure to win battles and capture territories, I am not as good as Han Xin. These three are all outstanding individuals. I am able to make use of them, and this is why I have been able to gain the whole world."

14. 刘备二十八岁起兵创业，一直到四十多岁，仍然寄人篱下，一事无成。一次偶然机会，遇到隐居世外的水镜先生，对方告诉他，之所以一蹶不振，是因为没有高人指点。如果能够得到卧龙辅佐，必然战无不胜。

14. Liu Bei started his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 28 and until his forties, he was still living under someone else's roof and had not achieved anything. One time by chance, he met the hermit, Master Shuijing, who told him that the reason for his constant setbacks was because he lacked guidance from a wise master. If he could receive the assistance of the Dragon in Rest, he would undoubtedly be invincible in battle.

15. 刘震云说：“蜘蛛能坐享其成，靠的是关系网。瀑布能口若悬河，靠的是居高临下。锯子能挑拨离间，靠的是伶牙俐齿，大山高耸巍峨，靠的是相互挤压。

15. Liu Zhenyun said, "Spiders can enjoy the fruits of their labor by relying on their web of connections. Waterfalls can talk tirelessly by virtue of their elevated position.锯子 can sow discord by relying on their sharp tongues. Mountains stand tall and majestic by exerting pressure on each other."

16. 东汉末年，天下大乱。刘备，关羽，张飞在涿郡桃花园相会，结拜为异性兄弟。关羽，张飞想通过投军报国，获得更好的发展。刘备却说：

16. At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the country was in great chaos. Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei met in the Peach Garden of Zhوجǔn, where they swore brotherhood as unrelated men. Guan Yu and Zhang Fei wanted to join the army and serve the country to seek better development. Liu Bei, however, said:

17. ​一个人最大的本事，就是找到自己的优势。战略的本质，就是扬长避短。脱颖而出的关键，是发挥优势。因为，从无能提升到平庸，远不如从一流提升到卓越更容易。”

17. The greatest skill a person can possess is to find their own strengths. The essence of strategy is to capitalize on strengths and avoid weaknesses. The key to standing out is to leverage your advantages. Because, it is far easier to elevate oneself from average to excellent than it is from incompetence to mediocrity.

18. 当今正值乱世，乱世必出英雄。现在朝廷号召各地，自行募兵讨伐贼寇，说明朝廷已经外强中干，等贼寇平定之日，就是各地诸侯崛起之时。我们与其投军去做别人的手下，不如自己招兵买马，做一番事业。

18. In these turbulent times, heroes are sure to emerge. Now that the court is calling on all regions to independently recruit soldiers to fight against rebels, it shows that the court is outwardly strong but inwardly weak. The day when the rebels are pacified will be the time for the rise of regional lords. Instead of joining the army as someone else's subordinate, we might as well recruit soldiers and horses and make a name for ourselves.

19. 刘备又一路上笼络了赵云，魏延，黄忠，马超等勇将，借助他们的力量东拼西杀，冲锋陷阵，一路凯歌。

19. Liu Bei also won the loyalty of brave generals like Zhao Yun, Wei Yan, Huang Zhong, Ma Chao, and others along the way. He utilized their strength to fight fiercely, charge into the thick of battle, and marched on with victories all along the route.

20. 关羽，张飞恍然大悟，佩服刘备有见识，从此聚集在刘备的大旗下，南征北战，利用天下混乱的形势，创造了三分天下有其一的霸业。

20. Guan Yu and Zhang Fei suddenly realized, admiring Liu Bei's insight, and from then on gathered under Liu Bei's banner, fighting south and north, taking advantage of the chaotic situation in the world, and creating a realm that accounted for one-third of the天下, establishing a powerful empire.

21. 每一个人都会有各种各样的短板，而人生的机遇转瞬即逝，如果靠自己的力量去补足短板，不是难于登天，就是错失机遇。我们要懂得“借”的智慧，用别人的资源弥补自己的不足，才能迅速成就自己。

21. Everyone has various shortcomings, and opportunities in life are fleeting. Relying on one's own strength to fill in the gaps is not easy as climbing to heaven, or else it's a missed opportunity. We should understand the wisdom of "borrowing," using others' resources to make up for our own deficiencies, so that we can quickly achieve success.

22. 从此，刘备按照“隆中对”的战略规划，一改颓势，步步为营。

22. From then on, Liu Bei, following the strategic plan of the "Long Zhong" strategy, reversed the declining trend and advanced step by step.

23. 每个人都有着自我认知的局限性。即便你非常有智慧，但有时候也会“当局者迷，旁观者清”，因为深陷局中，而做出错误的判断。

23. Everyone has limitations in self-perception. Even if you are very wise, there are times when you may find yourself "a blind man in a dark room," because being deeply involved in the situation can lead to making incorrect judgments.
