In a complex and chaotic world, the meaning of life remains an eternal question in everyone's heart. Health and emotions are like the roots and leaves of the tree of life, indispensable to each other. Protecting them is to protect the dual treasure of life.

1. Maybe our lives are not as we wish, maybe we often face rejection and harassment from others, maybe we are lacking in resources, constantly bumping into obstacles in this world. We must maintain a generous mindset, always keep a positive and optimistic attitude, never get trapped in the quagmire of negative emotions, and be unable to pull ourselves out.

2. If you are a wealthy person, with health you can enjoy the beauty of life to the fullest. Without health, all wealth is meaningless. Lying in an intensive care unit, unable to eat or drink, suffering from pain, exhausted both physically and mentally, what else is there to look forward to?

3. Therefore, we value health, strive to avoid physical pain as much as possible, construct positive emotions, and try to avoid the pain caused by values.

4. A healthy beggar is happier than a sick king. Regardless of what state we are currently in, the most urgent task is to keep our bodies in good shape, take good care of them, and pay attention to them, eliminating all factors that harm health, and treating health and longevity as the top priority in life.

5. Do not listen to the sounds of leaves rustling through the forest, why not sing and howl leisurely as you walk. With a bamboo staff and straw sandals, you are lighter than a horse, who fears? Let a raincoat and mist guide my life as I journey through the world.

6. As long as we maintain a good body, everything is possible.

7. Mr. Yang Jiang said:

8. All the sufferings in life, except for physical pain, are brought about by values.

9. Life belongs only to each individual's inner feelings, not to the opinions of anyone else. If one is delicate and sensitive, even if given mountains of gold and silver and immense power, they would still feel depressed and sad, unable to bear the suffering. If one possesses a very strong inner self, even when at the lowest point in life, they can still be confident and sunny, fearlessly moving forward.

11. No one's life is easy; we all come into this world crying. We cannot return to it crying anymore. We need to learn to laugh, a laugh that comes from the inside out, a laugh from the heart, a sincere laugh, and let ourselves live comfortably and happily for a lifetime, which is the best way to treat and nourish life.

12. People, when they have an open mind, are happy; when they don't, they are in pain. Often, it's not the things that we can't get over, but rather the conflicts within our own hearts.

15. Emotions are an essential part of experiential memory. In the process of storing the information that the brain takes in as memory, determining the meaning of these data is an important step, which is referred to as the "encoding" process. 18.

18. Emotions should serve us, rather than be our masters. If properly utilized, emotions can make life better. Unfortunately, in today's society, many people are trapped in confusion and distress, unable to free themselves, and have become slaves to their own emotions, rather than being the masters of them.

The more experiences a person has, the less likely they are to easily express their inner thoughts."
