In the era of information explosion, protecting privacy is particularly important. Your plans do not necessarily need to be known to everyone.

1. Start with difficult courses. You can start with either the more challenging courses or those that you find boring. After all, when you start your day with a clear mind and full of energy, it's the perfect time to tackle these issues! I know that many people prefer to spend their time on courses they enjoy, but these difficult or less favorite courses require more of your time to complete.

2.5 Find the time of the day when you are in your best state. Some people prefer to stay up late studying at night because it is quiet, while others prefer to read books when they wake up in the morning because they feel alert. Regardless, find your most effective study time and use it to tackle those difficult or important courses. After all, we all hope to maximize the ratio of input to output.

3. The true wise person knows to toil silently, waiting for the flowers to bloom. Genuine effort does not require the witness of others, only one's own perseverance and sweat. Secretive effort is both a tempering of oneself and an expectation for the future.

4. I once told my classmates: "If we could maintain half the state we were in during high school to study, we wouldn't be the way we are today." But we are no longer high school students, and studying is not the whole of our lives; we need to participate in extracurricular activities, part-time jobs, and so on. It was from that time on that I started to try to intentionally arrange my own study and life. We have a lot of time, but we cannot squander it as we please. We can no longer study whenever we want to and learn whatever we want to. Although we study voluntarily, it has been proven that after entering university, this way is no longer suitable.

5. When we announce a goal or plan, external expectations, praise, or skepticism may become burdens on our path forward. These voices are a mix of good and bad, and they may unconsciously occupy our thoughts, forcing us to be influenced by them, and causing us to be distracted in the pursuit of our goals.

6. Want to do what, have what arrangements, intentions, or plans, just work hard on your own in silence. Stick to what you want to stick to, and you will surely see the light at the end of the tunnel.

7. Have you ever observed the successful people around you? Most capable individuals who have achieved great things are as reserved as they are secretive. The saying "Success is achieved through secrecy, and failure through talking" perfectly illustrates this. As a child, I often heard the elderly say, "A jar that is not full will rattle when tilted." Those who have less ability tend to boast more. So, if you have any plans in mind, remember never to tell anyone about them before they are realized.

8. Things gather according to their kind, and people separate into groups. In today's society, social connections are one of the greatest wealths. More importantly, you can effectively expand your social circle, optimize your existing network, and elevate the level of your social circle. As the saying goes, at home, you rely on your parents, and when you go out, you rely on your friends. As your social circle expands, so do your opportunities. Therefore, it is really necessary to enhance your own abilities! People in today's workplace are very "practical." If your work ability is good enough to help the company win over competitors in the same industry, leaders will naturally be willing to help you. Perhaps your colleagues may be envious of you, so at this time, show everyone the good relationship between you and your leader. Once they know that you are of special importance to the leader, they will naturally be不敢 too harsh on you. After all, everyone is afraid of offending the leader, and naturally, they will not dare to惹 trouble for the favorites around the leader.

9. To succeed in doing something, one must have a sense of confidentiality. The benefit is that if it is successful, it will bring people a surprise, and if it is not, no one will know, and it won't be a disappointment. In fact, if you have a strong sense of confidentiality, the second situation almost never occurs, because if no one knows about it, and no one tries to disrupt it, as long as you work hard, there is nothing that cannot be achieved.

10. When the plan is made public, this intrinsic motivation may be weakened due to external interference. By contrast, those who work quietly, self-motivated individuals often persist longer in adversity because they know that true success comes from their relentless efforts and perseverance.

11. In the workplace, never be a stingy person; such individuals are very likely to elicit others' aversion. For example, when you first join the company, you can find a reason to treat everyone to a meal and ask for their assistance in looking after things. As long as you do this, most people will not make it difficult for you. On the contrary, if you are very stingy, your old colleagues will look at you with disfavor, and they will have more than a hundred ways to torment you. So, it's better not to be stingy and spend money where it's needed; otherwise, it's really not worth it to do things that cause you to lose both the melon and the sesame seeds.

12. The workplace is残酷 (cruel) and people's hearts are险恶 (treacherous). When you can't discern a person's true nature, the wise know to protect themselves, observe others, understand their personality and goals. Unless you are sure you can trust them, it's best not to discuss personal matters in the workplace to avoid becoming a target for others' cunning schemes.

13.7 Establish a schedule for this semester. Many people are aware of this suggestion. What I want to say is: If you haven't prepared a schedule for your daily life yet, now is the time to create one for this semester. You can include your courses, assignments, papers, exams, and other activities in this schedule, which will help you better understand what needs to be done.

14. Initially, by helping your colleagues, they will trust you. Later, they will thank you and smile at you, and the smile will bring joy to both parties. This is a short-term benefit.

15. Long-term help can build a network of connections, but the help should not be overly purposeful, and the helper's mindset should be right, not to sacrifice oneself for others. Proven fact is that if you can help others more, there will be many people around you who will help you. Once someone harms you, a benefactor will come to your aid, allowing you to turn danger into safety.

16. 4 Avoid long hours of study. Many people like to go to and from self-study early in the morning and late at night when there are no classes, and this is definitely not wrong! However, you must remember to take a break every hour and also avoid studying only one subject at a time; it's appropriate to switch around. These things are all conducive to improving your learning efficiency. Of course, for those friends preparing for the GRE or TOEFL exams, you cannot just switch back and forth. In most cases, you spend the whole day memorizing the red book, so at least do not study continuously for more than 3 hours, or try doing some math problems instead.

17. Be close to leaders who do not directly supervise you. This leader could be from another department or even someone above your direct supervisor. There are two reasons for this. One is that your supervisor or colleagues may have more experience than you and are more likely to show off their seniority in front of you, thinking you are inferior to them, pushing all the responsibilities onto you, and taking credit for achievements while shifting blame to you. In such situations, you can have someone to speak on your behalf, someone with abilities and a position that are not inferior to your supervisor or colleagues, who can come to your aid and speak persuasively. On the other hand, in your direct department, you may not necessarily gain work experience, and you might be watched closely everywhere, with everyone fearing that you might do better than them and take their place!

18. When we make our plans public, we may face doubts and misunderstandings from outside if unexpected situations arise and require adjustments to the plan. However, if we choose to keep our plans to ourselves, we can be more flexible in making adjustments based on actual circumstances, ensuring that we always stay on the right path.

19. In real life as well, often when a task is quietly done successfully, if one boasts about it prematurely, it's sure to fail.

20. 6. Learn to make use of the time wasted while waiting. The time spent waiting for the bus, waiting for the next class, or waiting for someone, when added up, actually amounts to a considerable amount. It's just that since each individual wait is relatively short, it is often overlooked. In fact, you can do a lot with 5 minutes, such as reviewing flashcards, reviewing classroom content, and so on.

21. If you resonate with the things we mentioned above, if you also want to change your current learning state, if you want to better manage your learning time, you can try the following suggestions; they might be helpful to you:

22. 1 Understand your current study habits. Before making any changes, we should know where we stand now; otherwise, how can we know what needs to be changed? Each evening, review what you have done today; you can call this a study diary or something else. If you find your memory is not good, you can also carry a small notebook around to jot down these things. Because university life is relatively more regular, it will take about one to two weeks for you to clearly understand your habits. Next, let's see how to make the changes!

23. Our arrangements, intentions, and plans are often actually personal private behaviors. They may not yet be mature and require the nourishment and沉淀 of time; or they may be too fragile to withstand the criticism of the outside world. Therefore, maintaining a certain sense of mystery and not exposing all the details to the public eye is a form of respect and protection for oneself.

24. 2 If you have had an hour of class, please allocate two hours for review. This may sound simple, but it is very important and often overlooked. Whether you are making plans or actually executing them, you should keep this in mind. University courses no longer consist of the same 40-minute lectures that repeat a little bit of information over and over. An hour of lecture can only give you an understanding, and even if you understand it doesn't mean you have memorized it. Now you need to complete the process of repetition and memorization yourself, so you must spend the time. If you follow what I say and do this, you will see the effect before the exam.
