5. 静谧的夜晚，独坐在窗前，望着窗外满目的星空，打开那些尘封的记忆，在记忆深处找寻那些往昔的印记，捕捉那些曾经过眼的影子。流年阡陌，岁月沉沦，曾经的一瞥一笑，一点一滴，命里注定，只是过往。逝去的时光，留下的忧伤，在生命中一个又一个驿站留存，我们也许早已习惯了忘却。

In the tranquil night, sitting alone in front of the window, gazing at the starry sky outside, I open up those dusty memories, searching for those past imprints deep within my memory, capturing those shadows that have passed before my eyes. 9. Life is a journey. Some paths, once walked, should not be looked back upon, even though they were once full of thorns that caused you pain. Some experiences, once undergone, should not be dwelled upon, even though they once tortured your body and soul. Some people, once met, should not be held in resentment, even though they might be the villain in your destiny.

Everything that was once has already changed its form. The misty clouds behind the glittering world, gathered and dispersed, dependent on each other. The fleeting moments of soft murmuring and singing, like the illusion of mirror flowers and moonlit water, are just a fleeting glance, a brief moment, and then gone.

12. 全世界的人都赞美我，我也不会沾沾自喜。全世界的人都非议我，我也不会因此沮丧。

12. The whole world praises me, and I will not be conceited. The whole world criticizes me, and I will not be discouraged by that.

13. 逝去的岁月里，有多少次相遇，无从记起。惆怅的人生里多少次离别，没有结局。我在流年里许一场执着意念，在春花秋落间，期许岁月静好。日月两盏灯，春秋一场梦，红尘看破了只不过是浮沉，生命看破了只不过是无常。情感看破了只不过是聚散。容颜也只不过是苍老了时光。执念只不过是消磨了意志。掬一支衰落的旧笔，写一页凄美的文字，缠绵的往事，惆怅的日子，不舍的牵念，都在记忆深处，温暖着流年，花开是诗，花落是情。

13. In the years that have passed, how many encounters can I recall? In the melancholic journey of life, how many farewells have no ending. I have made a steadfast vow in the flow of time, hoping for a tranquil passage through the years, amidst the blooming of spring flowers and the falling of autumn leaves. The sun and the moon are two lamps, the four seasons a dream, and the hustle and bustle of the world are just the rise and fall. Life, once seen through, is but impermanence. Emotions, once seen through, are just gatherings and partings. The face, too, is just the passage of time. The obsession is but the erosion of willpower. With a withered old pen, I write a page of melancholic words, the lingering past, the melancholic days, the unwilling longing, all deeply etched in memory, warming the passage of time. The blooming of flowers is poetry, and the falling of petals is emotion.

14. 其实人们所有的一切，不是为了取悦别人，而是为了感动自己。读懂自己。繁华背后的凋零，旅途以外的风景，久久依恋的过往，不以为然的痛，犹如万树梨花落。万树落花碎，梦幻的朦胧惊扰了落花的魂，零落的记忆的韵，笼罩了落花的痕。沾满尘埃的落花，历数着沧桑记忆，淡化着忧伤的过往。流水一样失去的时光，来不及行走的脚步，难以抚平的记忆，都伴着岁月的灯盏，泪落花心，年华弹尽了日落。

The lost time flows like water, the footsteps that couldn't be taken, the memories that are hard to smooth out, all accompany the lanterns of the years, tears fall on the heart of the flowers, and the years have been exhausted with the sunset.

17. 陌路的擦肩，倾心的邂逅，倾心的回眸，不管是多么短暂，都是难忘的缘，记住已然足够，失去便是永远。无论结局如何，生活都会依旧，守一份执着的心境，望断巫山。有些人永远只是熟悉的陌生人，可还是会苦苦地追求着，等待着，幻想着。也许简单的复杂了，复杂的反而简单了。落入凡尘的你我，注定在生命的轮回里，相聚，分离，永别。每一次轮回都是一个花开花落的过程。

17. A chance encounter with a stranger, a heartwarming encounter, and a longing glance, no matter how brief, are unforgettable ties. It is enough to remember them; losing them is forever. Regardless of the outcome, life will continue as it is. Hold onto a steadfast heart, and look until the mountains of Wu are in sight. Some people will always be familiar strangers, yet they still苦苦追求， wait, and daydream. Perhaps what is simple becomes complicated, and what is complicated becomes simple. We, who have fallen into the world, are destined to meet, part, and say goodbye in the cycle of life. Each cycle is a process of blooming and wilting of flowers.

18. 岁月悠悠，,时光老去，眨眼间又是一年光景，浮生若梦，人生苦短，生命仿佛只在转瞬之间。落寞的年华，终将老去。抖落昨日的尘埃，匆匆地赶赴下一场离殇，路过的风景，还没有来得及欣赏，擦肩的人，还没有来得及回眸。过往的一切，就像一抹落英，在参悟不透的一季秋风,里，若即若离，飘飘然，随着模糊的背影，辗转成了流年。

18. The years flow slowly, time grows old, and in a blink of an eye, another year has passed. Life is like a dream, short and bitter, as if it exists only in a fleeting moment. The lonely years will eventually come to an end. Brushing off the dust of yesterday, I hasten to the next scene of sorrow, the scenery passed by has not been appreciated yet, and the people passing by have not had time to look back. All the past, like a trace of fallen petal, in the unfathomable autumn wind, seems to be close and distant, fluttering, following the blurred figure, and twists and turns into the passing years.

"A cup of muddy wine, a home a thousand miles away; the Yanran banner is not yet inscribed, and there is no way to return; the Xiang flute plays softly as frost covers the ground." The harsh coldness at the border could not deter him.

21. 长途跋涉后，他看见老子乱糟糟的家，大失所望。他说，我千里迢迢拜访您，脚茧磨破都不曾停止，没想到你是这么邋遢的人，你的仁德在哪里呢！

21. After a long journey, he saw Laozi's disheveled home and was greatly disappointed. He said, "I have traveled thousands of miles to visit you, and have not stopped even though my feet have been worn through with blisters. I never thought you would be such a slovenly person. Where is your benevolence?"

22. 生命绚烂，往事如烟！ 人的一生，漫长而又短暂，相伴一生的其实只有自己，从生的那一刻到死的那一刻，只有那些曾经陪我们走过一程的人，是那么的值得珍惜，因为他们让我经历了世间所有的情感，血浓于水的亲情，志同道合的友情，相携相伴的爱情。无论有过多少的悲欢离合，多少的无奈缱绻，我们都拥有过那份情感。如此丰富的拥有还不足以让我们的生如夏花一般绚烂吗？

22. Life is splendid, and past memories fade away like smoke! A person's life is long yet short, and in fact, it is only oneself that accompanies us throughout our lives. From the moment of birth to the moment of death, only those who have walked with us through a journey are so precious to cherish, because they have allowed me to experience all the emotions in the world, the blood thicker than water of kinship, the friendship of kindred spirits, and the love of hand in hand. No matter how many joys and sorrows, or how much helplessness and longing we have experienced, we have owned that kind of emotion. Isn't such a rich possession enough to make our lives as splendid as summer flowers?

32. 淡泊以明志，宁静以致远。

32. Modesty leads to clarity of purpose, tranquility to distant achievement.

33. 四季更迭，花开的时候尽情的绽放，花谢的时候才会有一地的芬芳。 既然生，就生如夏花之绚烂；淡然死，却死若秋叶之静美 。生命在呼吸与沉寂之间游离，人生在得失之间摇摆，情感在于方寸之间浓郁。所有的一切，都是因为有太多的经历，因为有太多的曾经，才会淡然。于是我们总会在不经意间失去一份本该有的绚烂的心情，秋夜的静谧，稀释了那份剪不断理还乱的愁绪。

33. With the changing seasons, flowers fully bloom when the time is right, and only then do they scatter their fragrance on the ground. If life is to be, let it be as brilliant as the summer flowers; if death is to come, let it come as serene as the autumn leaves. Life flits between breath and silence, and life sways between gain and loss, emotions are intense in the tiniest space. All of this is because of too many experiences, because of too many what-ifs, which leads to a serene attitude. Thus, we often lose a vibrant mood without realizing it, and the tranquility of autumn nights dilutes that tangled sorrow.

34. 当我们明眸昏黄之时，回首那些过往，有的定是心境的脱然，又想起如那喜欢的老套佛语：一花一天堂，一草一世界，一树一菩提，一土一如来，一方一净土，一笑一尘缘，一念一清净，心似莲花开！如此的宁静无声，如此的超然物外！因生的绚烂，死也如此的静美！生命 中的每一个角落，无需处处走遍，身边的人和事，无需事事了解，如果用放大镜层层剖析，你会很累，很烦。

34. When our clear eyes become dim, looking back at the past, there must be a spontaneous change in our hearts. And then I remember that favorite old saying from the Buddha: A flower is a paradise, a grass blade a world, a tree a bodhi tree, a grain of earth a Buddha, a place a pure land, a smile a dust cause, a thought a purity, the heart like a lotus flower blooms! Such tranquility, so free from worldly concerns! Because of the brilliance of life, death is also so serene and beautiful! In every corner of life, there's no need to wander everywhere; with the people and events around us, there's no need to understand everything. If you use a magnifying glass to analyze layer by layer, you will be tired and annoyed.

35. 人生于世，我们只需倾听内心的声音，活成自己喜欢的样子。

35. In this world, we only need to listen to our inner voice and live in the way we like.

36. 得失不惊，才能避免名利的漩涡，得到生命的安宁。

36. Only by not being surprised by gains and losses can one avoid the whirlpool of fame and fortune, and achieve peace in life.

37. 吏治腐坏，他就上奏皇帝，推行“庆历新政”，整顿朝纲。“居庙堂之高则忧其民。处江湖之远则忧其君。”虽然最后失败被贬，也不改其志。

37. When the administration was corrupted, he presented a memorial to the emperor, advocating for the "Qingle New Policies" and reforming the court affairs. "When in high positions in the temple hall, he worries about his people. When in distant places like the rivers and lakes, he worries about his ruler." Despite his ultimate failure and subsequent demotion, he did not change his resolve.

41. 陌路的转角，总有一场倾心的邂逅，能够相伴一生，总有一处悦目的风景，值得一生守侯 再丰富的人生，终究会要落寞，再精彩的戏剧，最后也会散场。不要总是精心规划自己的人生轨迹，设计一幕幕生活的场景。遇事只要顺其自然，泰然处之就好。不要让眼前的盈亏得失，迷失了我们的心境，误导了我们的思维。人生的路上，会遇见很多陌生的人，日久人心，陌生的你渐渐的成了朋友，成了知己，甚至成了亲眷。

41. At the corner of the path of strangers, there is always a heartwarming encounter, a love that can accompany you throughout life, and there is always a beautiful scenery worth waiting for. No matter how rich one's life is, it will eventually come to an end; no matter how spectacular a drama is, it will eventually come to a close. Don't always meticulously plan the trajectory of your life, designing scene after scene of life. Just go with the flow and face things calmly. Don't let the gains and losses in the present cloud our mindset or misguide our thinking. On the road of life, you will meet many strangers. With time, the unknown becomes a friend, a confidant, even a relative.

42. 不要因为别人的言语，就扰乱心智，牵动情绪。甚至畏首畏尾，被别人的言语所掌控。

42. Do not disturb your mind or stir your emotions because of others' words. Even worse, do not be overly cautious and let yourself be controlled by others' words.

43. 往事翻篇，清零过去，才能更好地活出自己的光彩。

43. To turn the page on the past and erase the past, one can better live out their own brilliance.

44. 细数流年，那些花开花落的日子里。我们在一个喧闹的城市相遇，相知，相惜。总感觉自己能以真心换取真情，或许是自己做的不够好，总是感觉不尽人意。我只能以我的记忆，写下充满色彩的文字，用那颗纯净的心，弥补情感的缺陷。舒缓那颗压抑的心如你懂得，那就是你我心与心之间的交融。如你懂得，那就是彼此灵与灵的的欣赏。

44. Counting the years, those days of flowers blooming and falling. We met, knew, and cherished each other in a bustling city. I always felt that I could exchange true feelings for genuine ones, perhaps it's because I haven't done enough, always feeling that it wasn't enough to satisfy. I can only write colorful words with my memories, using that pure heart to compensate for the defects of emotions. Soothe that suppressed heart, as if you understand, that is the fusion of our hearts. As if you understand, that is the appreciation of each other's souls.

47. Having become accustomed to masking inner pain with a smile, I turn away carelessly, covering up the despair in my eyes, allowing my mood to sink further. Gradually, I dilute loneliness and solitude, comforting my sorrow with forgetfulness, and expressing my feelings through writing. In reality, how can those wounds in my heart be easily forgotten? Those deeply buried past events are not without feeling, nor do I wish to omit them; I merely want to entrust those people and things that I cannot forget to the passage of time to fade into obscurity.

48. 我在一抹秋风里，抚慰着自己受伤的心灵，在痛苦的挣扎中学会了淡然，学会了遗忘。我只想把自己装扮的快乐一些，洒脱一些。让自己的情感酝酿的浓厚一些。逝去的年华，我只想忘记该忘记，记住该记住的，改变能改变的，把握能把握的，有些故事注定成为故事，有些人注定成为故人，有些路注定要一个人走。经历多了，距离远了，心就淡然了，人也就生疏了，路也就走过了。

48. Amidst a whisper of autumn wind, I soothe my wounded soul, learning indifference and forgetfulness in the midst of my struggles. I merely wish to dress myself in happiness and ease. To let my emotions mature deeply. For the years gone by, I only want to forget what should be forgotten, remember what should be remembered, change what can be changed, and grasp what can be grasped. Some stories are destined to be stories, some people are destined to become old friends, and some paths are destined to be walked alone. With more experiences, with greater distances, the heart becomes indifferent, people become estranged, and the path is crossed.

54. 庄子说：“举世誉之而不加劝，举世非之而不加沮。”

57. 苍茫人世间，谁可争锋，浩瀚云水间，谁可争流，不拒同流，方为沧海，不与众筹，才是人杰。芸芸终生，人生无常，繁花凋落，凭栏远眺，潮涨潮落，缘聚缘散，云卷云舒，闲庭信步，时光清浅，我不再依恋破碎的旧梦，不再沉迷于往日的情缘，不再计较人生的得失，不再担忧昨夜的星辰。既然选择了执着，就要微笑着承受，哪怕伤痕累累，也要微笑着数尽沧桑，因为只有这样，才有我无悔的人生。

57. Amid the vast world, who can vie for supremacy, amidst the boundless clouds and waters, who can strive to lead the way? To not reject those who flow with the same current is to be the boundless sea, to not associate with the crowd is to be a distinguished person. Throughout life, people are ever-changing, flowers wither, looking out from the balcony, the tides rise and fall, friendships form and dissolve, clouds gather and disperse, strolling leisurely in the courtyard, time is fleeting, I no longer cling to the shattered old dream, no longer indulge in past emotional ties, no longer care about the gains and losses of life, no longer worry about the stars of last night. Since I have chosen to be steadfast, I must smile and bear it, even if I am covered in scars, I must smile and count the vicissitudes of life, because only in this way can I have a life without regrets.

58. 放下对名利的执着，得失不惊，随遇而安，从容自在地过好这一生。

58. Let go of the attachment to fame and fortune, remain unperturbed by gains and losses, be content with what comes along, and live this life with ease and comfort.
