There are four essential principles in life, none of which can be neglected, otherwise it will be difficult to achieve a splendid life. In this vast canvas of life, we are like hurried travelers, pursuing that distant dream. How will we write our own chapter in this long journey?

1. Life is precious, please don't waste it! Cultivate yourself, upgrade your abilities, and become a remarkable person. At the same time, handle your relationships well, and meet remarkable benefactors. May you shine brightly soon, and wish you success.

2. Life often seems to bring what we fear the most. When we detach ourselves from gains and losses, and do not dwell on success or failure, we may find that things go smoothly and turn out well. The most precious thing in life is to have a calm and peaceful heart, to keep away from the muddy world, to be as serene as water, not to be deceived by the colorful distractions of the world, and not to be bewildered by the myriad flavors of life.

3. And they are all beyond your control. Take it lightly, the sky is just sunny or cloudy, people are just gathering or parting, and the ground is just high or low. Through the vicissitudes of time, my heart remains undisturbed, naturally serene; following fate with ease, neither sad nor happy, is like a clear day.

4. People are like a product; one must first have value to generate exchange value. If you are competent, others will recognize you, need you, and praise you.

5. Imagine a person with a shallow cognition, poor abilities, a propensity for laziness, and a bad character. Even if they were promoted by a great benefactor, they wouldn't cause much of a stir.

6. One must rely on their own strength to forge iron.

7. If Zhuge Liang's body was weak, how could he have accompanied Liu Bei in the midst of the chaotic warfare and fraught with danger of that era, engaging in battles southward? How could he have established meritorious achievements and achieved the division of the three states?

8. No matter how well you do, there will always be someone to point fingers; even when you're in a mess, you can still hear praise. The only one who can save you is yourself. Don't be obsessed with external judgments, don't fall into others' eyes, and don't twist yourself to please this world.

9. If you want to achieve something, shine and live with value, you must fulfill the "four aspects" of life, and even one less is not acceptable.

10. It is said that as long as people say you are capable, you have exchange value, can be transformed into cash, and can find your own platform to achieve great things.

11. If you can't do it yourself, it's like trying to support a broken wall with mud or trying to carve flowers out of rotten wood; even the heavens can't help you.

12. Most of the time, he might have forgotten the words and actions of others, yet we are still torturing ourselves. Life is already difficult; it's unnecessary to repeatedly fall into traps set unintentionally by others. Live a little more for yourself, as many things have nothing to do with you.

13. Even if you are very talented and have a powerful patron who wants to support you, but you are a frail person who feels like dying after taking a few steps, what can you do?

14. When encountering setbacks, one should pay attention to carefully analyzing the reasons for the setbacks and dissecting the factors that contribute to their formation. Just like a person who falls while walking should look at what caused them to trip and be more careful next time. Scientist Thomas Edison tested the filament for thousands of times and analyzed it thousands of times before finally finding a suitable filament. When we encounter setbacks, we should learn from Edison's spirit of analysis to achieve great things.

15. Regardless of the situation, do not complain about the world's ways, do not give up your principles, and do not envy others. Not greedy, desire is less; not angry, the heart is easier to be at peace; not seeking, always know contentment. When you encounter something, please cherish it; when you part, say farewell with respect.

16. One handles people and things by oneself, and others will comment behind one's back. Sometimes we are too concerned about the voices around us, making indecisive decisions and acting cautiously, which eventually tires our souls and weakens our spirits.

17. After encountering setbacks, one should weigh whether their goals are reasonable, scientific, and feasible. Look for information and seek arguments from others. If the goal lacks scientific validity, it is advisable to quickly shift the target and start anew. If the goal is reasonable but not successful due to operational issues, it is necessary to set a clear goal, refine the plan, and strive for success again.

18. Throughout one's life, opportunities vary and causes are diverse. Whether it's a smooth journey or a rollercoaster, a plain and ordinary life is all part of one's destiny. The experiences of the past, the encounters, the meetings, and the farewells are all unique.

19. Without a good body to guarantee it, the meaning of the "three lines" ahead is nullified.

20. Detached from the vicissitudes of life, the heart remains unharmed. In the end, life is about one's mood. People feel burdened because there are too many things that can sway one's mood. Changes in the weather, the warmth or coldness of human relationships, different landscapes all affect one's mood.

21. The body is the 1, and abilities, wealth, status, power, and so on are the zeros that follow. Only when the 1 is stable do the zeros have any meaning.

22. A person's life on earth is as fleeting as a horse galloping through a crevice.

23. For example, Zhuge Liang lived in retirement in Longzhong, and the farmers living next door all thought he was amazing. They all liked him and admired him, but what use is that? Can the farmers provide him with a stage to showcase his talents? Can they make him shine brightly in this world? No, they can't!

24. In the process of overcoming problems, one must be flexible and adapt to the situation. Even if the same difficulty is encountered, the methods to solve it may not always be the same. Therefore, when solving problems, it is crucial to be adaptable and avoid rigid adherence to a single approach. Be mindful not to dogmatically apply methods.

25. If one acts on their own and does not receive recognition from others, it is as if a piece of gold buried beneath a thousand years of loess is no different from sand, stones, and cobblestones.

26. Slowly, one comes to realize: Throughout one's life, one must endure lies, tolerate insincerity, bear deception, and forget promises. Slowly, one comes to realize: Persistence is not necessarily victory, giving up is not necessarily defeat; it is better to turn gracefully than to crash against a wall in splendor.

27. There are some difficulties that cannot be overcome on one's own, and at this time, you should choose someone you believe in and who is capable to help you. Seeking help from others is normal; there is no need to feel embarrassed or inferior. Everyone needs help from others.

28. A person who recognizes you, appreciates you, and values you must himself be formidable, must have resources, a platform, and abilities. Only in this way can they place you in a very high position to realize your value.

29. All things arise from causes and conditions, and arise from thoughts. Clinging to a certain matter or object will lead to anxiety and loss, and烦恼 will follow in turn; but if one can let go of everything, with a mind free from attachments, one will have no fear.

30. Many things in life are serendipitous and not within our control. Things that we strive for with all our might often escape us, while those we never expected often arrive unannounced. Therefore, to possess a peaceful and carefree heart, one should let all things come as they may, follow nature's course, not be resentful, not be hasty, not exceed the limits, not strive too hard, not be pessimistic, not be rigid, not be anxious, not be out of control, not be overly emotional, neither be overjoyed nor despondent!

31. Zhuge Liang was quite formidable, with talents that could alter the course of the heavens and the earth, the ability to turn the world around, and magical skills that even ghosts and gods could not predict. However, if no one acknowledges his abilities, no one comes to appreciate or take advantage of him, then his talents cannot be converted into value.

32. Give yourself some detour space, learn to ponder, learn to wait, and learn to adjust. In life, there are many times when what is needed is not just persistence, but also the carefree ease of a smile as you turn back.

33. One thing, when you understand it, it's heaven; when you don't, it's hell. Since we are alive, we should live well. Sometimes, due to our narrow-mindedness and our overconcern with trivial matters around us, we may lose big gains for small ones, and end up not gaining anything. Whether certain things bring trouble and烦恼 is entirely dependent on how we perceive and deal with them. Don't be pedantic, don't be too concerned about face, and don't be narrow-minded. Not caring is a kind of magnanimity and a kind of ease.

34. If the setbacks or failures in work are caused by one's own carelessness or mistakes, then one should learn from the lessons, reform, and start anew. Guilt may arise, but one should not be trapped by guilt. In fact, it is possible to openly and sincerely admit to the mistakes.

35. The body is the foundation of everything.

36. Those who say you can do it must indeed be able to, otherwise it's all for naught.

37. Liu Bei said that Zhuge Liang was capable, so he took him away and made him the famous Zhuge Xiangfu in history. Because Liu Bei was not an old farmer, he was very capable at the time, holding the titles of "General of the Left, Marquis of Yicheng, Leading the Prefect of Yu Province, and the Younger Uncle of the Emperor," an incredibly impressive status.
