1. 人生很贵，请别浪费！好好修炼自己，升级能力，成为牛人。同时好好为人处世，遇到牛逼的贵人。愿你早日出彩，祝你成功。

2. 人生往往是怕什么来什么，当你看淡得失、无谓成败的时候，反倒顺风顺水、遇难成祥。人生最宝贵的，就是有一颗平常心，远离混浊，平静如水，不为世间五色所惑，不被人生百味所迷。

3. 而他们都是你无法左右的。看淡了，天无非阴晴，人不过聚散，地只是高低。沧海桑田，我心不惊，自然安稳；随缘自在，不悲不喜，便是晴天。

3. And they are all beyond your control. Take it lightly, the sky is just sunny or cloudy, people are just gathering or parting, and the ground is just high or low. Through the vicissitudes of time, my heart remains undisturbed, naturally serene; following fate with ease, neither sad nor happy, is like a clear day.

4. 人就像一件商品，首先自己有价值，才能产生交换价值。自己行，别人才会来肯定你，需要你，抬举你。

4. People are like a product; one must first have value to generate exchange value. If you are competent, others will recognize you, need you, and praise you.

5. 试想，一个认知浅薄，能力差劲，好吃懒做，人品低劣的人，即便有大贵人提拔，也不会翻出什么风浪来。

14. 遇到挫折要注意认真分析挫折产生的原因，解剖挫折形成的因素，像走路摔跤的人要看看是什么把自己绊倒的，下次注意点儿就行了。科学家爱迪生发明灯丝试验了几千次，也分析了几千次，最后终于找到了合格的灯丝，我们遇到挫折要学习爱迪生的分析精神，才能成就大事。

14. When encountering setbacks, one should pay attention to carefully analyzing the reasons for the setbacks and dissecting the factors that contribute to their formation. Just like a person who falls while walking should look at what caused them to trip and be more careful next time. Scientist Thomas Edison tested the filament for thousands of times and analyzed it thousands of times before finally finding a suitable filament. 17. 遭遇挫折后要权衡一下自己的目标是否合理、是否科学、是否具有可行性，查找资料，找人论证。如果目标缺乏科学性那就赶快转移目标，另起炉灶重新开始。如果目标合理没成功只是操作上的问题，那就定好目标完善计划，争取再次取得成功。

23. 比如，诸葛亮隐居隆中，左邻右舍的种田老汉都认为他很厉害。个个喜欢他，欣赏他，可这有多大的用处呢？种田老汉能给他驰骋的舞台吗？能让他在这个世界熠熠生辉吗？不能！

23. For example, Zhuge Liang lived in retirement in Longzhong, and the farmers living next door all thought he was amazing. They all liked him and admired him, but what use is that? Can the farmers provide him with a stage to showcase his talents? Can they make him shine brightly in this world? No, they can't!

24. 克服问题的过程中呢要随机应变。就算是同一个困难但是每次解决的方法也不一定相同，所以在解决问题时要灵活变通。切记死搬硬套。

Therefore, when solving problems, it is crucial to be adaptable and avoid rigid adherence to a single approach. Be mindful not to dogmatically apply methods.

25. 自己再行，如果得不到别人的承认，就像在千年黄土之下的金疙瘩，跟砂石砖砾别无二致。

25. If one acts on their own and does not receive recognition from others, it is as if a piece of gold buried beneath a thousand years of loess is no different from sand, stones, and cobblestones.

26. 慢慢的才知道：人这一辈子，要经得起谎言，受得了敷衍，忍得住欺骗，忘得了诺言。慢慢的才知道：坚持未必是胜利，放弃未必是认输，与其华丽撞墙，不如优雅转身。

27. 有些困难是无法自己克服的，这个时候你就要选择一个相信并且有能力的人来帮助。寻求他人的帮助是正常的，不必有一些不好意思或者自卑的想法，每个人都需要别人的帮助。

27. There are some difficulties that cannot be overcome on one's own, and at this time, you should choose someone you believe in and who is capable to help you. Seeking help from others is normal; there is no need to feel embarrassed or inferior. Everyone needs help from others.

28. 一个认可你，欣赏你，器重你的人，他本身一定要厉害，一定要有资源，有平台，有本事，这样才能把你放在一个很高的位置上去实现价值。

28. A person who recognizes you, appreciates you, and values you must himself be formidable, must have resources, a platform, and abilities. Only in this way can they place you in a very high position to realize your value.

29. 一切因缘而起，因念而生。执着于某一事或某一物，就会患得患失，烦恼也接踵而至；如能看开一切，心无挂碍，就会无所畏惧。

29. All things arise from causes and conditions, and arise from thoughts. Clinging to a certain matter or object will lead to anxiety and loss, and烦恼 will follow in turn; but if one can let go of everything, with a mind free from attachments, one will have no fear.

30. 生命中的许多东西是可遇不可求，刻意强求的得不到，而不曾被期待的往往会不期而至。因此，要拥有一颗安闲自在的心，一切随缘，顺其自然，不怨怒，不躁进，不过度，不强求，不悲观，不刻板，不慌乱，不忘形，不以物喜，不以己悲！

30. Many things in life are serendipitous and not within our control. Things that we strive for with all our might often escape us, while those we never expected often arrive unannounced. Therefore, to possess a peaceful and carefree heart, one should let all things come as they may, follow nature's course, not be resentful, not be hasty, not exceed the limits, not strive too hard, not be pessimistic, not be rigid, not be anxious, not be out of control, not be overly emotional, neither be overjoyed nor despondent!

31. 诸葛亮够厉害吧，有经天纬地之才，扭转乾坤之能，鬼神莫测之术。但如果没人说他行，没人来欣赏他，重用他，那他的才华也无法转换为价值。

Zhuge Liang was quite formidable, with talents that could alter the course of the heavens and the earth, the ability to turn the world around, and magical skills that even ghosts and gods could not predict. 34. 如果工作中的挫折或失败是因为自己不小心或失误造成的，那么吸取教训，改过自新就可以了，内疚也许会有，但是不能在内疚中不能自拔。其实可以坦诚大方地承认错误。
