1. 一夜不宿,十夜不足。粗饭养人,粗活宜身。饥不暴食,渴不狂饮。人不怕老,就怕病倒。大其心容天下之物,虚其心受天下之善,平其心论天下之事,定其心应天下之变。先天下之忧而忧,后天下之乐而乐。
