Four sentences to help you dissolve dissatisfaction and anxiety, and have your stress vanish instantly.

1. In life, we are bound to interact with all sorts of people, among whom there may be some who do not fit in with you, whether it be in terms of worldviews, ways of speaking and acting, or attitudes towards life.

2. When I hold that thought, how will I react? I feel afraid. Because I don't know why I am alive? I think I should know that. My chest and head feel heavy. I might take out my frustration on my husband and children, then go to the refrigerator and eat whatever is there, and then get lost in front of the TV, often for dozens or even several days. I feel like I am wasting my life. I think the things I should do are not important, I should be doing something great to be worthy of myself, which makes me feel anxious and confused. When I firmly believe in this thought, I am eager to complete my life goals before I die, but I don't know when I will die, I just feel that I must hurry up and complete something I know nothing about. I feel stupid and have nothing to show for myself, so I become more and more discouraged as I live.

3. Don't care about others' opinions, attitudes, and evaluations. Whether he looks up to you or not, you are still yourself. Whether he looks down on you or not, you are still yourself. How others see you and treat you is their own business. You shouldn't be concerned about it, let alone let it consume your mental energy.

18. Can I find a reason to put this story down (perhaps the initial worry was just a fabrication of the left brain, and the reality is not so)? Yes, because it only brings me immense pain, and when I believe in this story, I start to envy others. Not only do they find their purpose but they also have a confident grasp on it. I would imitate these people, even taking their goals as my own. When interacting with them, I cannot help but put on an act while also deliberately maintaining a distance. Can I find a reason to continue spinning this story without any anxiety? No, I will never allow the left brain to weave such narratives again.
