In the vast universe, life is like a brilliant star, shining with endless mysteries. Seeking the highest境界 of life is to follow the ways of nature. Let us embark on this journey together, to unveil the mysterious veil of life and nature.
1. The Tao Te Ching states: "Man follows the Earth, the Earth follows the Sky, the Sky follows the Tao, and the Tao follows the Way of Nature."

5. Mr. Yang Jiang said, "If one day, love truly reaches its end, please do not argue nor make a fuss. Life is so short, so let your smile be particularly sweet. Do not dwell on the past, nor hesitate about the future. There will always be someone who captivates you with a single glance, using three lifetimes of smoke and fire to repay you with half a lifetime of confusion. May you understand the art of letting go, live freely, and if things do not turn out as expected, please believe in another arrangement. All losses will return in another form."
6. Life is like a one-way train without a return, and everyone on board is someone who should appear in your life. At each stop along the way, people will get on and off the train. For those who get on, whether you like it or not, you should accept them calmly. For those who get off, there's no need to insist; just watch them leave.
7. The Buddha Shakyamuni said, all the people who appear in your life are your karmic connections. Some are there to nourish you, which belong to good connections, and you should cherish them well. Some are there to consume you, which belong to bad connections, and you should understand and be vigilant.

10. Learn to accept everyone, do not hold onto grudges because of people you don't like, and do not be fixated on the comings and goings of those around you. Everything is subject to fate, and let it be as it should be.
11. Having read the following text:
12. "Life is short, don't live it too hard. Life has no template, just a heart lamp is needed. If laughter can relieve you, then laugh heartily; if tears can release pressure, let them flow; if silence is golden, there's no need to explain; if letting go can help you move forward better, then start light on your feet."
13. Change what can be changed, accept what cannot be changed.
14. In the face of the things encountered, the first step is to be brave and confront them, stabilize your emotions, and use your reason, wisdom, and strength to solve them, allowing the situation to develop in a direction beneficial to yourself.
15. If you are unable to change a situation, then calmly accept what has happened. Be non-negative, non-sorrowful, and non-worried. Any negative emotions are not helpful and will only harm your physical and mental health.
16. The Buddha said that there are eight sufferings in life: birth, old age, illness, death, being parted from what one dislikes, being separated from what one loves, not getting what one desires, and being unable to let go.
17. The key is actually the inability to let go. As long as one can let go, keep an open mind, see through things, and be free from attachments and纠结, everything will go with the flow, and one will leave things to the will of fate. This way, there would be much less internal conflict and suffering.

27. Zhuangzi closely integrates Tao with humanity, making Tao the highest境界 that life should strive to reach. Zhuangzi believes that Tao is the origin of all things in the world and the law of motion for all cosmic phenomena. The Tao is formless and eternal in time and space. All things commonly arise and disappear due to special circumstances, while Tao operates on all things but never disappears itself.
28. Chuang Tzu advocates seeking the true path to life through the concept of "Wu Wei" (non-action), which is to liberate people from life's dilemmas by transcending the spirit, believing that only by transcending reality, life and death, as well as worldly concepts and customs, can one achieve spiritual freedom through practices such as "heart-cultivation" and "sitting in oblivion," reaching a state of freedom and ease, unbound by constraints.

30. Zhuangzi advocates for everything to conform to nature, to accept the times and circumstances as they are, and to be at peace with what cannot be changed, treating it as fate. In Zhuangzi's view, true life is natural, so there is no need to teach or dictate; instead, one should discard and forget certain things, such as premeditated intentions, cunning schemes, and discriminatory minds. Zhuangzi considers propaganda, education, and persuasion to be the "artificial" aspects of human nature, therefore, he suggests that they should be abandoned.

Chuang Tzu believed that "the Tao is one," holding that the Tao is present in all things and that all things are equal.
