2. Men and women in the realm of food and desire, the intermingling of yin and yang, is naturally the law of heaven and earth, the righteous path in human society. However, some people, never satisfied, indulge in the pleasure of sexual gratification, bewitched by their desires, indulging in sensual pleasures without restraint, even willing to abandon reason, take desperate risks, and bring their own misfortune upon themselves.

3. 殊不知，上天已经把你的淫恶检录了，记载在功过簿中惩罚更加严厉。折损祖宗遗留下来的福分，削减前世修来的厚禄。

3. Little did you know that heaven has already recorded your lewd and evil deeds, and the punishment recorded in the ledger of merits and demerits will be even more severe. It will diminish the blessings left by your ancestors and reduce the rich rewards you accumulated in your previous life.

4. 一个人过度沉迷色欲，就会持续损耗肾精，让身体阳气亏虚，元气耗散，精气匮乏，最后有气无力，精神萎靡，生命能量降到低点，免疫系统全面崩坏。

4. If a person is overly indulged in sexual desires, it will continuously耗损 kidney essence, leading to a deficiency in the body's yang energy, depletion of vital energy, and scarcity of essence. Ultimately, this results in a lack of energy and strength, mental depression, a decrease in life force, and the complete collapse of the immune system.

7. 意思是，告诫你不要贪求美酒和美色，一旦陷入，就会心乱神迷，方寸大乱，贻误终生。因为美酒会引诱色心启动，难免要迷恋美色沉迷其中。吃酒之后精虫上脑贪欢作乐不会厌倦，美人伴酒兴致勃勃没有终点。

7. It means to caution you not to indulge in fine wine and beautiful women, as once you are ensnared by them, you will be bewildered and disoriented, and it will be detrimental to your whole life. Because fine wine can entice the desire for beauty, and it is inevitable to become obsessed with beautiful women and immerse yourself in it. After drinking, the thought of indulging in pleasure will not tire your mind, and the companionship of beautiful women with wine will be full of enthusiasm without end.

8. 懂得节制自己，不要被一时的快感牵着鼻子走。不淫乱，不纵欲，坚守关卡，戒除色欲，才是滋养生命之道。

12. “所有的罪孽之中，只有好色的恶行最大。因为淫念萌生，就会邪念顿起，生幻妄之心。就会设计引诱，生计谋之心。一旦有阻碍，就会生嗔恨之心。记恨人家所有，就会生嫉妒之心。抢夺人家所爱，就会生杀害之心。很多善念就此消灭，很多恶念由此萌生。因此阎罗王的森罗大殿上写着：万恶淫为首。”

12. "Among all sins, the worst is the sin of lust. For when lewd thoughts arise, evil intentions follow, leading to delusion. One will then devise plans to entice and calculate strategies. In the face of obstacles, resentment will arise. Holding grudges against others will lead to jealousy. Stealing what others cherish will provoke a desire to kill. Many good intentions are thus destroyed, and many evil intentions are born from this. Therefore, it is written in the great hall of the King of Hell: 'Among all evil, lust is the first.'"

13. 可她也因为色欲缠身，把控不住，和西门庆偷情。东窗事发后，色迷心窍，毒死武大郎，最后自己也被武松报仇杀害。

The greatest discovery in life is to find the true self. Living with clarity is a form of spiritual cultivation!"

28. The pleasure you derive from indulgence is fleeting, but it is followed by an endless stream of pain and emptiness. After frequent indulgence, the body may develop a variety of ailments, such as inflammation, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, viral infections, and so on. These conditions are often resistant to treatment, causing great distress.
