7. 人活一辈子,生命就像朝生夕死的蜉蝣一样短暂,人生就像沧海一粟那样渺小。最好的活法,不是跟命运死磕,不是跟世界计较,而是活在当下,全心全意让自己精彩。

7. In a lifetime, life is as fleeting as a mayfly that lives from morning to night, and human life is as insignificant as a single grain of sand in the sea. The best way to live is not to stubbornly fight against fate, nor to calculate with the world, but to live in the present, and wholeheartedly make oneself brilliant.

8. 人有万年福,是修为,必须要积极努力,行善积德,实现生命的圆满。

9. 一切福田,不离方寸。我们发善心,存善念,有善行,与人为善,予人方便,待人宽和,就可以减少祸患和霉运,增加自己的好运和福报。
