1. 想要搞好人际关系，首先就是懂得合作和分享，即多跟别人分享看法，多听取和接受别人的意见。这一点做到了，无疑推动了我的工作顺利进行，而且还能获得同事的接纳和支持。其次就是微笑，我认为微笑可以使同事间由陌生而熟识，这样工作也不再那么枯燥。再者，我喜欢聆听，空闲的时候我很喜欢聆听，听办公室里同事们谈谈生活的趣事，办公室的趣闻，偶尔还略谈公事，由于我只是个练习者，我没有资格给她们更多的意见，于是我就选择聆听，她们都是专业人士，经验比我丰富，从中我可以学到一些技巧，听听她们处事的方法和对待事物的态度，有时我会恰当地加点个人意见，使得我和她们的距离拉近了。

1. As I am just a trainee, I don't have the资格 to give them more advice, so I choose to listen. They are all professionals with more experience than me, from whom I can learn some skills. I listen to their ways of dealing with things and their attitudes towards things. Sometimes, I appropriately add some personal opinions to bridge the gap between us.

3. 我们在社区里清扫垃圾，发送宣传单，希望这些微不足道的举动能增强人们的一点环保意识。天早早的，我们几个团员就集合到了一起。一切准备就绪后，我们分组进行实践活动。我们一边捡街道上的垃圾，一边给路人发自己印的宣传单，虽然有些行人接过宣传单之后就丢在了地上，但是我们毫不气馁，把它们一张张的捡起来，然后追上丢弃它的行人，告诉他们说：“这是有关环保的宣传单，希望您能认真地看一下，为保护环境献一份力，谢谢!”听了我们的话后，他们都欣然接受了。这是我们倍感信心，更加努力的进行社会实践活动。 我们的举动迎来了许多行人们的赞扬。就比如说，我们在街道上捡垃圾时，道路的清洁工人看见我们在帮他们的忙，就微笑的直夸我们懂事，说我们是学校里的榜样。听了他们的赞扬，团员们就有了动力，继续埋头苦干。

3. We cleaned up garbage in the community and distributed flyers, hoping that these seemingly insignificant actions could enhance people's awareness of environmental protection. Early in the morning, several of us gathered together. After everything was ready, we divided into groups for practical activities. We picked up garbage from the streets while distributing our self-printed flyers. Although some passersby threw away the flyers after taking them, we were not discouraged and picked them up one by one. Then we chased after the people who discarded them, telling them, "This is a flyer about environmental protection. We hope you will take a serious look at it and contribute to the protection of the environment, thank you!" After hearing our words, they all happily accepted. This gave us confidence and we worked even harder in our social practice activities. Our actions won the praise of many passersby. For example, when we were picking up garbage on the streets, the street cleaners saw us helping them and smiled, praising us for being responsible and saying we were a role model in school. After hearing their praise, the members of the team gained motivation and continued to work diligently.

4. 在这次实践中,让我很有感触的一点就 人际交往 方面, 大家都知道社会上人际交往非常复杂,但是具体多么复杂,我想也很难说清楚,只有经历了才能了解，才能有深刻的感受。大家为了工作走到一起, 每一个人都有自己的思想和个性，要跟他(她)们处理好关系得需要许多技巧,就看你怎么把握了。我想说的一点就是,在交际中,既然我们不能改变一些东西,那我们就学着适应它。如果还是不行，那就改变一下适应它的 方法 。这让我在这次社会实践中掌握了很多东西，最重要的就是使我在待人接物、如何处理好人际关系这方面有了很大的进步。同时在这次实践中使我深深体会到我们必须在工作中勤于动手慢慢琢磨，不断学习不断积累。遇到不懂的地方，自己先想方设法解决，实在不行可以虚心请教他人，而没有自学能力的人迟早要被企业和社会所淘汰。

When encountering something we don't understand, we should first try to figure it out on our own. If it's really not possible, we can humbly ask others for help. Those who lack self-study ability will eventually be eliminated by the enterprise and society.

5. 村助理，即是帮助村干部和群众做一些力所能及的事，如打些文件，写材料等，尤其重要的是如何与农民们打交道，因为他们问的一些问题是我目前所不知道，或无法回答的，通过几次“碰壁”后，我知道了作为一个村干部的责任，虽是助理但也能马虎行事，对于一些事情还是了解一些为好。
