In the scorching summer, life is like a challenging marathon. And in this marathon, there is a group of people who, with unwavering beliefs, take "坚守‘酒红色财气’四溢" as their motto, and strive with all their might. Let's follow their footsteps and embark on this journey filled with passion and struggle.
1. For money, people can die; for food, birds can perish. Some people always want to live a better life than others, indulging in greed,疯狂 accumulating wealth, not hesitating to use any means, and ultimately bringing upon themselves catastrophic disasters.
2. There is no such thing as a safe dose of alcohol; the best amount to drink is zero.
3. The four walls of wine, women, wealth, and power, everyone hides within them. Who can leap over the parapet, not living to a hundred years will also be long-lived. Drinking without getting drunk is the highest, seeing beauty without being ensnared is the epitome of heroism. Do not seek wealth that is not earned, and harmony with tolerance will dissipate anger naturally.
4. Wine is a poison that passes through the intestines, and lust is a steel knife that scrapes the bones. Wealth can lose one's mind, and anger can harm both body and spirit. Do not be entangled with wine, lust, wealth, and anger. Avoid involvement in drinking, gambling, and prostitution. Live a healthy life and govern yourself with a strong mindset.
5. Daily intake of 50g of alcohol increases the risk of oral cancer and pharyngeal cancer by 2.1 times; the risk of esophageal cancer, laryngeal cancer, and primary hypertension by 1 times; and the risk of breast cancer by 55%.
6. The kidney is the root of the body's innate energy. If a person is overwhelmed by desire, it can lead to depletion of kidney essence and exhaustion of kidney yin, which in turn damages the balance of the five internal organs and six bowels, causing disruption of the human ecological system, and consequently, being plagued by diseases, with vitality, essence, and spirit fading, and even leading to an early death.
7. We always thought that moderate drinking can help activate blood circulation, unblock meridians, and nourish the body's Qi and blood. However, a recent study published in the prestigious medical journal "The Lancet" found that every drop of alcohol poses harm to the human body.
8. Man's desires are endless, as a snake swallows an elephant and a greedy person eats the moon. In life, whether one is busy with a monthly salary of 1000 yuan or someone with wealth in the billions, both are busy. The person with a monthly salary of 1000 yuan wants to earn more money, and the person with wealth in the billions also wants to earn more money. The yearning for money is ceaseless. Some people have lost their bottom line and principles in the pursuit of money, taken a wrong path, and inevitably end up falling into a bottomless abyss.
9. The author of the classical masterpiece "Jin Ping Mei" clearly states the harm of alcohol, women, wealth, and fame at the beginning, using Ximen Qing as a typical example. This is a warning to the world to stay away from alcohol, women, wealth, and fame, not to exhaust oneself, and to practice self-discipline and self-restraint in order to live a peaceful life.
10. It is said that once Su Dongpo had a drinking session with the monk Foyin at the Si Guo Temple in the capital. As the wine took effect, Monk Foyin wrote a poem titled "The Song of Wine, Beauty, Wealth, and Temper," which goes like this: "Su Dongpo, looking at the poem with unique charm, said, 'The highest form of drinking is not to get drunk, and the greatest hero is one who is not tempted by beauty. Avoid taking unfair wealth, and let harmony and tolerance dissipate anger.' Wine, beauty, wealth, and temper, many people chase after them, but from the perspective of health and longevity, a little less of these will promote health and longevity. As for wine, the "Compendium of Materia Medica" says, "Wine is the divine gift of heaven. Light drinking of wine can harmonize the blood and vital energy, invigorate the spirit and resist cold, relieve sadness and stimulate joy. However, excessive drinking can harm the spirit and deplete the blood, damage the stomach, and waste the essence." Moderate drinking can unblock the meridians, dispel wind and dampness, and add joy. But excessive drinking or using it to relieve sadness can easily lead to acute alcohol poisoning. Habitual alcoholism can also cause chronic poisoning due to alcohol accumulation; or trigger diseases such as gastric ulcer, cholecystitis, fatty liver, liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, obesity, hypertension, coronary heart disease, etc. Moderate and harmonious sexual life is beneficial to enhance the feelings between couples and promote their physical and mental health. However, excessive sexual activity, indulgence in lust, or even indulging in prostitution due to the pursuit of beauty, will inevitably "damage the kidneys and essence," leading to lumbago, leg weakness, premature aging, or menstrual disorders, and even contracting venereal diseases, which is extremely painful. Those who indulge in lust have short lives. Earning money legally and obtaining wealth through proper means is legitimate. However, if one goes to any length for money, accepts bribes, or uses cunning methods to seize wealth, even to the extent of committing murder for money, they will not only be unable to escape from the law but also harm their health. Dr. Martines, a 53-year-old doctor from Brazil, after 10 years of research, believes that those involved in corrupt practices are more prone to cancer, myocardial infarction, neurasthenia, cerebral hemorrhage, heart disease, etc. He investigated 583 officials accused of various corruption and bribery crimes and compared them with 583 honest officials. The results showed that 60% of the corrupt officials were either ill or dead, while only 16% of the honest officials died, showing a significant difference. As the saying goes: "Three inches of breath are enough for a thousand uses, but once it's gone, everything ends." Those who argue over trivial matters, get angry or rage easily, due to excessive secretion of norepinephrine and dopamine in the body, causing vasoconstriction, rapid heartbeat, rapid breathing, increased blood pressure, altered blood sugar, and endocrine disorders, making them prone to hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and other diseases. It can also trigger angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, cerebral apoplexy, and sudden death in cardiovascular disease patients. The four walls of wine, beauty, wealth, and temper, everyone hides within them..." This is from a poem titled "The Song of Wine, Beauty, Wealth, and Temper" at the Great Si Guo Temple of the Northern Song Dynasty. Once, the great writer of the Northern Song Dynasty, Su Dongpo, visited his friend Lin Liyuan (i.e., Monk Foyin) at the Great Si Guo Temple. Unfortunately, Liyuan was out, so the abbot invited Su Dongpo to rest in the meditation room and served him fragrant tea, fine wine, and vegetarian dishes. Su Dongpo drank alone and became slightly drunk. By chance, he looked up and saw a new poem written by Liyuan on the newly plastered wall.

13. More than 90% of diseases are related to emotions. In life, there are always some people and things that you find unpleasant. If you get overly startled, lose your temper, or hold in your anger, you will only be consumed by these negative emotions, causing serious harm to your physical and mental health.
14. The first. His poem goes: "Alcohol, beauty, wealth, and vigor, they form four walls, where everyone hides; Who can jump out of this circle, to not live to a hundred, see Su Dongpo's poetry written with a lot of philosophy, but I feel that the four elements are all empty, and the Zen flavor is too strong. Since it is unavoidable for human life to be inseparable from alcohol, beauty, wealth, and vigor, why not take advantage of the situation and turn harm into benefit? The key issue is not to master a 'degree', right? So, he inscribed a poem titled "In Response to Foyin Chan Master" on the right side of the original poem. The poem goes: "Drinking without getting drunk is heroic, loving beauty without being lost is the highest; Unjust wealth should not be taken, and with vigor, anger naturally fades." After writing, he threw the pen away, took advantage of his intoxication, and left the Chan room. The next day, Emperor Zhao Xu of the Song Dynasty, accompanied by Wang Anshi, also came to the Daxiangguo Temple for leisure. Emperor Zhao Xu, after seeing the poems inscribed by Foyin and Su Dongpo, found them amusing. He then smiled and said to Wang Anshi, "Minister, why don't you write a poem as well?" Wang Anshi agreed and, after a brief moment of contemplation, wrote a poem titled "Also in Response to Foyin Chan Master" on the left side of Foyin's poem. The poem goes: "Without propriety, there is no path for beauty, and people are scarce; Without wealth, the people will not strive; Without vigor, the country has no vitality." Wang Anshi, truly a great politician and reformer, with the eyes of a poet, broke out of the old patterns and ingeniously combined alcohol, beauty, wealth, and vigor with the national interests and people's livelihood, giving the feared alcohol, beauty, wealth, and vigor new vitality and festive colors. Emperor Zhao Xu was deeply impressed and, in high spirits, wrote a poem as well, which goes: "Alcohol aids in social harmony and state prosperity, beauty nurtures the souls and upholds the great norms; Wealth ensures sufficient food and a strong country, and vigor, condensed in Taiji, determines the yin and yang."
