29. If life is a glass of water, then suffering is the dust that falls into the cup. No one's life is always filled with happiness and joy; there are always some sorrows that torment our souls. We can choose to let our hearts settle down and slowly let those sorrows settle. If we keep stirring them up without stop, suffering will fill our lives.

30. 4 I never had you, so无奈 yet I deeply love you. Love is everything with me, have you felt it?

The green mountains ask if I am resentful, but I laugh at the mountains' pessimism. I only remember the beautiful, not the grievances, so as not to let this world down."

37. 人世间外事万物，本来是随着变化而变化的，人的本性决定大多数人总是试图牢牢地抓住现在，不愿改变，导致烦恼接踵而来，如果我们能放下包袱，便能解开自己给自己在精神上安设的枷锁。若要快乐，就要随和;若要幸福，就要随缘。人一辈子，总会走过一些地方，爱过一些人。

37. All things in the world, both within and beyond human society, are inherently subject to change. Human nature dictates that most people strive to firmly grasp the present,不愿 change, which leads to a succession of troubles. If we can put down our burdens, we can untie the spiritual shackles we have imposed on ourselves. To be happy, one must be accommodating; to be content, one must go with the flow. Throughout a lifetime, one will inevitably visit some places and love some people.

38. 21人生苦短，行走在人生路上，匆匆而又忙忙，跌跌而又撞撞，奔波而又小心，劳累而又费心，一生，留下什么，又得到什么。细想，活着，就该尽力活好，别让自己活得太累。想开、看淡，放松，人不可太精，事不可太勤，不要累人、累己、累心。记住，你好，全家才会安好。

38. Life is short, and as we walk on the path of life, it is both hurried and busy, with falls and collisions, toil and meticulousness, fatigue and worry. What do we leave behind in a lifetime, and what do we gain? When you think about it, we should strive to live well and not burden ourselves too much. Be open-minded, take things lightly, relax, and don't be too meticulous about yourself or others. Remember, if you are well, your whole family will be at peace.

39. 25其实，你不在我身边，我的生活也没什么变化。只是，少一个人听我诉苦；只是，少一个人任我放肆；最严重的，也不过是少一个人让我幸福。

39.25 In fact, my life doesn't change much when you're not around. It's just that there's one less person to listen to me complain; it's just that there's one less person to let me be reckless; and the worst case scenario is just that there's one less person to make me happy.

40. 我们一辈子都在读着，写着，感悟着，不论多聪明，亏，还是没少吃。人，一辈子都在觉醒中，不论多淡定，遗憾，还是有。世界很大，个人很小，没有必要把一些事情看得那么重要，艰辛的生活，我们已经很苦、很累，无需要对自己责备。人生就是不会事事如意，何必要强迫自己。尽心了，无论结果如何都可以。

40. We spend our whole life reading, writing, and pondering. No matter how intelligent one may be, one still experiences losses and is not without regrets. People are always in a state of awakening, no matter how composed they may be. Regrets are inevitable. The world is vast, and individuals are small; there is no need to attach too much importance to certain things. Life is already hard and tiring; there is no need to be self-reproachful. Life is not always as one wishes; why should one force oneself? As long as one has given one's all, the outcome is less important.

41. 25水的清澈不是因为它不含杂质，而是在于懂得沉淀。

41. The clarity of water is not because it does not contain impurities, but because it knows how to settle.

45. 人在年轻时都是这样的，有一肚子的问题要问，但又不敢问。等到可以问了，一切又都索然无味。

45. When people are young, they are all like that, with a lot of questions to ask but too afraid to do so. By the time they are able to ask, everything seems boring and uninteresting.

46. 34没有人真的很忙，谁的一天都是24小时，所谓忙与闲，不过是心里面觉得哪件事更重要罢了。

46. 34 Nobody is really busy. Everyone has 24 hours in a day. The feeling of being busy or idle is just about what you consider more important in your heart.

47. 50该走的人迟早会走，与其费力勒紧手里的线，不如等风来的时候就放手，我们不能总为不值得的人流太多眼泪。

47. 50 The person who should leave will eventually leave. It's better to let go when the wind comes rather than struggle to pull the line tight. We can't keep shedding too many tears for people who don't deserve it.

48. 46送君茉莉，愿君莫离。这会使岁月流逝，流光溢彩。草丛中的波涛，河面上的波涛。一别二地相悬。
