1. 于暑假7月11号,我开始了我的暑期社会实践,和我一起的还有我的同学——吴萍;和她一起,我们每天六点起来,走过长长的舟山东路,去赶那辆198,每次我们都想赶上那辆40分的公交车,可是每次我们都差那么几分钟而错过那辆198。没办法,我们只能无奈的等待下一辆,还好198的车间隔不是很长,没过几分钟另一辆就来了。在车上,永远都没有一个座位是空着的,基本上是座无虚席的那种,可想象杭州的公交车是多么的繁忙啊!到了联桥,我们便下了车,一路穿过天桥,温州银行,菜市场我们才到了我们上班的地方——飞跃培训学校!上了楼(萍在二楼,我在三楼),跨出电梯的时候,传来的是一声声“早安”。相互问好后,便开始了我的工作。和我一起的还有惠芬,佩蓉,金燕(一期还有汪路,佳琰)。其实他们都是我的学姐!(~ o ~) 我们主要负责学生的签到和订餐工作,协助老师管理学生。

13. 在那里工作,有欢乐也有痛苦。开心是因为,工作的时候。老师都对我们几个助教很好,有时候会买点零食给我们吃,大家有时候在一起聊天,到处充满着欢声笑语。而且我们也和学生们还有家长们混的不错,有几个虽然调皮了些,但是还是很乖的,我们规定的他们也都照做。但是比较纠结的是头几天过去他们居然喊我阿姨,我有那么老吗??呼呼~~后来还好,他们见到我们都尊称我们为老师,但是和他们混熟了以后就称之为姐啦!嘿嘿~在一期的时候,有几个特别闹,居然在教室里玩硬币,教室里很吵杂,我们怎么也管不住,后来他们居然锁门玩,没办法,教务老师发火啦,叫道办公室通通都被骂了。哎~~后来还发生一件很重大的事情,一个班级里几个女生闹矛盾了,几个女生联合起来欺负一个女孩,第二天家长马上领着自己的小孩到教务老师那投诉,后果可想而知了,哎~最后那几个捣蛋的女孩被朱老师教训的不敢吭声!那也是我第一次看到朱老师发那么大的`脾气!朱老师是管理这整栋楼的负责人平时的他十分的和蔼亲切!

41. 实践感想与收获:经过此次实践,流了许多汗,受了许多累,有时也有一点小小的委屈,经历了很多以前从没想到过的困难与阻碍,真真切切的体会到了老师的辛酸与不容易。也许,做好任何事情都不是一件简单的事情吧。在以后的日子里我一定会更加尊敬老师这一种职业也更加尊重老师们的劳动成果,无论是哪一个老师,在上课之前肯定都是做了很多准备的,他们值得我们去尊敬,去热爱!另一方面,对于我以后的职业规划也有了小小的启发。俗话说,书到用时方恨少,在还没正式走上工作岗位之前,我们应该未雨绸缪,为以后的工作做好充分的准备!
41. Reflections and Gains from Practice: After this practice, I sweated a lot, endured many hardships, and sometimes felt a bit of injustice. I experienced many difficulties and obstacles that I had never thought of before, and truly felt the bitterness and the difficulties of teachers. Perhaps, doing anything well is not an easy task. In the days to come, I will surely respect the profession of teachers more and respect their labor more, no matter which teacher it is; they are undoubtedly well-prepared before teaching, and they deserve our respect and love! On the other hand, this practice has also given me a small inspiration for my future career planning. As the saying goes, one regrets not having read enough when it's time to use it. Before officially stepping into the workplace, we should be proactive in preparing for the future, making full preparations for our future work!
42. 在团队里,感觉我们的队长很不容易,他要考虑很多事,他做的远远比我们多,除了我们看得到的,还有很多我们看不到的。从立题申报到前期准备,很多事都是他一个人忙活,他顶着队长的压力,不得不去面对怎样带领一个团队突出重围,解决问题。我想如果我是队长,我肯定做不到他这样,我只会发脾气的干着急,说不定还会半途而费。看见很多人做社会实践,其中也有不少是随便做了几天草草了事,很庆幸我们一直咬着牙关走到了最后。
42. In the team, I feel that our team leader is very hardworking. He has to consider many things, and he does much more than we can see. From the topic proposal to the preliminary preparation, many things are done by him alone. He bears the pressure of being the team leader and has to face the challenge of how to lead the team out of difficulties and solve problems. I think if I were the team leader, I wouldn't be able to do it as well as he does. I would just get angry and feel anxious, and might even give up halfway. I see many people doing social practice, among whom many just do it for a few days and then give up. I am very grateful that we have kept going to the end, enduring the difficulties.
43. 人生在世,难免遇到各种各样的问题,难免会被一些人所侵犯,但我们一定要做一个情绪稳定的人,从容应对,举重若轻,不要被自己的情绪控制和反噬。
43. In life, it is inevitable to encounter various kinds of problems and to be intruded upon by some people. However, we must strive to be a person of stable emotions, dealing with things calmly and easily, and not be controlled or consumed by our own emotions.
44. 人非草木,孰能无情,在课堂教学中,教师往往因为各种原因产生多种消极情绪,这也是人之常情。而且,据调查,教师的责任心越强,要求学生越严格,工作成绩期望越高,产生消极情绪就越频繁、越激烈。

In classroom teaching, teachers often experience various negative emotions due to various reasons, which is also a natural human sentiment. Moreover, according to surveys, the stronger the teachers' sense of responsibility, the stricter their requirements for students, and the higher their expectations for work achievements, the more frequently and intensely negative emotions they tend to experience.
