10. 解脱，不能靠他人，只能靠自己。事实上，没有谁束缚自己，心上的绳索都是自己绑上去的。醉心于功利，便会被"名缰利索"所缚；斤斤于褒贬毁誉，必会患得患失。欲望越多，束缚越多；欲望越少，自由越多。解脱不难，只需淡泊名利，看淡得失，以平和恬淡的心态，去对待自己的人生。

10. Liberation cannot rely on others; it can only depend on oneself. In fact, no one binds themselves; the ropes on one's heart are all tied by oneself. If one is obsessed with material gain, they will be bound by "the reins of fame and the ropes of profit"; if one is overly concerned with praise and criticism, they will inevitably worry about gain and loss. The more desires one has, the more bindings there will be; the fewer desires one has, the more freedom there will be. Liberation is not difficult; it only requires a indifferent attitude towards fame and wealth, a light-hearted view of gains and losses, and a peaceful and tranquil mindset to approach one's own life.

Perhaps there are also some people who don't know why they live, with no goals in life. No end in sight. Life is filled with disappointment.
