Seek the truth of middle-aged life: desire less, think less, speak less.

1. As we reach middle age, we learn to live in a subtle way. We will live easily and comfortably, with ease and skill.

2. The piano sounds like a spring, flowing like clouds and running water from between the fingers; the piano sounds like a heavenly melody, playing the most beautiful songs in the heart; the piano sounds like a mountain brook trail, winding and曲折, full of twists and turns; the piano sounds like the songs of nature, unadorned and natural; the piano sound is the voice of the heart, interpreting the ups and downs and the journey of the piano player's inner world; the piano sound is like a jade, warm and soft, close to the soul; the piano sound is like spring water, synchronizing with the heartbeat, merging into the bloodstream.

3. It is better to endure hardship than to seek pleasure. It is better to suffer a loss than to take small advantages. It is better to be ordinary than to seek fame and fortune by false means. It is better to be confident than to be盲目 pessimistic. It is better to prioritize health over fame and wealth. It is better to be diligent than to be idle.

4. Face and accept the true 'self', and take one step at a time forward; I believe that life is getting better.

5. Everyone is a king in their own world, ruling with an iron fist. Don't listen to me, but don't let me listen to you either. Perhaps, friendship itself is elusive and uncertain. It's a peculiar feeling, similar to the sensation of love at first sight, but it's merely the emotion one experiences when meeting a friend. Two friends should support and help each other. When you help your friend, you will also feel an immense sense of relief.

6. No one, no one can read the sentiments hidden in my fragmented lyrics and old verses; nor can anyone, no one stand as a beacon of light in the moment I suddenly turn back. The melancholic melody floats in the tranquil night, the gentle longing fills the entire heart, leaving not even the slightest space.

7. The arrival of the goddess of luck is often precisely because you persevered a little longer, took a few more steps, found another path, and turned a corner.

8. In life, one encounters many truths, and often mistakenly believe that understanding them is the same as practicing them, when in fact it is just comprehension, and it is truly difficult to put them into action. When I compromise with life, I realize that those pretentious postures I used to hold are actually not that important. Understanding tolerance is about forgiving one's own selfishness; those stubbornly held egos become trivial as well. I will allow my life to become vast and boundless.

9. The tiniest person, if they can gather their strength into a single point, can achieve great effects. Conversely, the strongest person, if they scatter their strength across many areas, will achieve nothing. A tiny drop of water, persistent and unyielding, can penetrate the most solid rock; conversely, a roaring torrent will pass by without leaving a trace. I will leave my mark, so that the world will know that I have visited in my youth. I will strive with all my heart and soul to complete the mission at hand.

10. Liberation cannot rely on others; it can only depend on oneself. In fact, no one binds themselves; the ropes on one's heart are all tied by oneself. If one is obsessed with material gain, they will be bound by "the reins of fame and the ropes of profit"; if one is overly concerned with praise and criticism, they will inevitably worry about gain and loss. The more desires one has, the more bindings there will be; the fewer desires one has, the more freedom there will be. Liberation is not difficult; it only requires a indifferent attitude towards fame and wealth, a light-hearted view of gains and losses, and a peaceful and tranquil mindset to approach one's own life.

11. In many cases, our own strength is very limited, and we need to learn to recognize our shortcomings and treat these defects properly. Realizing this point itself is a manifestation of intelligence.

12. If flowers bloom, cherish each other; if flowers fall, do not part. The greatest difficulty in life is not effort or struggle, but making the right choice. One can benefit others with compassion; one can tolerate others with understanding; one can be a person with patience; one can lead others with benevolence; one can help others with fortitude; one can deal with others with tolerance; one can plan for others with integrity; one can employ others with trust; and one can educate others with responsibility.

13. Hold tightly, and there's nothing inside. Let go, and you possess everything. Don't easily entrust your dreams to someone else, and don't overly care about the whispers around you, because the future is your own, and only you can provide yourself with the greatest sense of security. The most desperate life is one where you have buried your ideals with your own hands. Traveling through the world is just to find a path back to your inner self.

14. True love should transcend the length of life, the breadth of the mind, and the depth of the soul. Love without faith is not true love.

18. All of a sudden, everyone became a thinker. Life is a harsh thing.

20. In the early morning, amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, people are bustling through the streets and alleys, striving for a living. But what am I busy with?

21. Behind all languages and doctrines are positions, and behind all positions are interests. If you cannot bring others tangible benefits and value, just shut your mouth and do your own work silently.

22. Life is a process of responding to what comes. Don't let what has already happened linger in your mind, don't make wild guesses and worry about what has not yet happened, and face what is happening now calmly and composedly, dealing with it without haste. If you can't solve it, then believe in heaven's arrangement.

23. Let bygones be bygones, don't overdraw anxiety for the future, don't worry about things that have nothing to do with you, and when there is nothing you can do, just let it be up to fate.

24. Some things, some friends, once time and space have passed, even if you can still help them, and even if they are still willing to be helped by you, they have already changed taste, just like that heart of his that still wants to read, but can no longer absorb it.

25. The stronger a person's ability to heal themselves, the more likely they are to approach happiness. 28.

28. The aging process is not about the body, but the heart! Tired of this way of life, yet feeling helpless to change one's current situation!

29. Flowers lack your lively charm. The plumage of the眉(eye brow) lacks your reserved demeanor. You are a shy and elegant butterfly. In your quiet moments, you are charming and enchanting; in your leisurely strolls, you surpass the ethereal beauty of the Moon Goddess and the swift swallows. Snowflakes are too cold, and the hearth fire too warm. I wish to become a strand of wind, accompanying you through ten thousand rivers and mountains. When you soar, I lend you a helping hand; when you rest, I stand aside to admire you. I wish to become a cloud, quietly waiting by your window. When you are thirsty, I bring you water; when you are hot, I fan you.

30. You say that I distracted you, that I disrupted your happy life.

31. I often ask myself why I live. This question may be difficult for many people to answer. Perhaps the path of life is clear, or perhaps people live blindly without knowing why. Or perhaps the instinctive way of living in this world is the most common understanding. Some people aspire for an intense life, while some would say I aspire for a simple life. Perhaps there are also some people who don't know why they live, with no goals in life. No end in sight. Life is filled with disappointment.

32. A beautiful youth actually has a dreamlike quality; too often, life is actually drenched in the tears of reality. It's not intentional to amplify every bit of sorrow into a heart-wrenching concern, but because young people just rely on this to restore their own warmth and to present themselves, growth is just like that.

33. Cultivate a tranquil and frugal mind, and there will be less pressure. Refrain from contention with the world, and you can live carefree and at ease.

34. Opening the drowsy eyes, slowly awakening the long-sleeping brain, I recall the scenes of life that unfolded yesterday. This makes it clearer to know what kind of life state I am in today. If the deep sleep at night can bring about tomorrow's amnesia, I wonder what kind of fulfillment and ease such a life would be. Without the entanglements of memories, without the纠缠 of pain, of course, there is also no companionship of joy. The ancients said, "Life is a continuous weighing of gains and losses, and a kind of existence experienced from it."

36. After decades of the turning of the stars and changing times, life remains mundane and无奈. Day in and day out, one struggles to make a living, and the coldness and warmth of human relationships are always present. All one seeks is a peaceful passage through life, and though one may not be glamorous, there is still a sense of magnanimity.

39. The philosopher Schopenhauer said, "Life has no meaning at all; it is a mass of desires. When desires are satisfied, there is emptiness; when desires are not satisfied, there is pain. Life is like a pendulum, swinging back and forth between emptiness and pain. The pursuit of material things has no bottom. A person can only feel happy when desires are faint. The best state of a person is to be able to live each day with calmness and composure."

41. From now on, I will put all my energy into work – not only to complete the tasks planned, but also to do more. If I face hardship, as my fate often does, and if I doubt my efforts, as I often do, I will still persevere in my work. 43. Time always rushes by too quickly, and the past is already forgotten, covered in many storms and trials. Yet, I remain as I always was, with this faint makeup. It is not because of the tender care of fleeting time, but after having witnessed the comings and goings of the mundane, I have long learned to forget. Guarding the coolness of a sliver of moonlight, in the peaceful days, I truly remain unharmed.

44. Perhaps, the distant land is indeed very far, far beyond the reach of my imagination; perhaps, the distant land is truly futile, futile to the point where I can only express my thoughts with a sigh. The scenery I have seen and the roads I have walked are all transformed into a fleeting glance, becoming "unconcerned with coming or going, aimlessly following the clouds rolling and unfolding beyond the sky."

48. Time flies like an arrow, and days and months slip away like a shuttle. The six years of elementary school life has passed like smoke and clouds. I am about to graduate. The kind and earnest teachings of the teachers, the mutual encouragement and comfort among classmates, are all so hard to let go of. It seems like the classroom is still crowded with our joyful figures, and the memories of the past are vivid and clear. We are about to bid farewell to our beloved teachers, leave our beautiful alma mater, and step out of that school gate under the blue sky, which we have entered and exited every day for six elementary school years.

61. Life is essentially a wandering journey, and don't think that life is always so complete and perfect. Also, don't daydream that all seasons of life are spring. 66.

66. Happiness is carefree play on the grass; happiness is a leisurely stroll under the sun; happiness is boldly singing off-key songs; happiness is patiently listening to one's mother's chatter; happiness is the comforting smile when receiving one's monthly salary; happiness is the inexplicable emotion when hearing an infant cry... What is happiness? Happiness is a simple life filled with love.

67. It doesn't matter where you come from; what matters is where you are going.

68. The familiar people and things in front of me collapsed one after another. The once prosperous era ended in a heap of dead灰. The彩云国, for the first time, felt as cold as everything that had fallen asleep, without sound, without color, without memory, without dreams. The past and the future were hidden in a thin mist. In one night, our tears contained not only sadness but also the wisdom of philosophy beyond it.

69. In life, there are always moments when past events unfold before our eyes, and reality's vicissitudes are also broadcast live along the way. Our mood changes with different encounters. For instance, every song has a story; it cannot be understood without a similar state of mind. Once the state of mind is similar, all one's innermost thoughts are fully exposed. Similarly, with some texts, they may not seem different when read in everyday life, but there is always a moment when certain words can strike the deepest part of the heart, shocking both body and soul.

70. As Tao Xin said, when playing the piano, the arm and the back of the hand should form a straight line, and the hand cannot hang down to the piano. She often reminds herself of the posture of her playing while practicing, following her teacher's requirements.

71. A father was very angry after swimming back with his 9-year-old son. The son sat on the edge of the swimming pool, crying and shouting, "Jumping in was so terrifying." We feel irritated with this fear, perhaps because the child's fear resonates with our own. Deep down, it reminds us of the ups and downs of life, and how helpless we often feel about many things in life.

72. The sunset is waning, the sun travels a thousand miles, and we are busy running and striving for life. Persistent effort and dedication will always be rewarded!

73. Overthinking leads to severe spiritual consumption, causing the mind to suffer from continuous wear and tear without any reason. All the worries are self-inflicted, and all the pain is self-inflicted. Truly formidable individuals let things come and go without lingering thoughts, do not anticipate the future, and focus all their energy on the present. I would consume myself internally over trivial matters.

74. The best way to live is to have few desires, few thoughts, and few words.

75. We all live in delicate shells, comforting each other by clinging together and warming ourselves through close contact, to alleviate the confusion and loneliness of youth.

76. I share a rental apartment with her, and she lives with her family. So, it's very inconvenient when we want to be together. When we go out to rent a room, she has utilized all her classmates in Beijing. She sent one a message to lie to her mother, and another to help her cover up the lie.

77. If you marry someone you don't like now, will you regret it when you're in your seventies and eighties, looking back on your life? Will you regret that you never got to be with someone you liked, regret that you missed someone in your youth, and regret the compromises you made to life?

79. The thick morning mist slowly thins into a light veil under the consumption of time, and the silent river ripples in the tender sunlight. When the sun spreads over the fields, those unknown wild herbs adorned with droplets of clear dew bow their heads in devotion towards the rising sun, worshiping the divine spirit within them, and smilingly straighten their spines to accept the baptism of each day under the sunlight.

80. An artist's head should not bow low before the elite and the market, but the neck may be flexible in turning towards them.

81. Scorpions are not social animals, and this is not about living conditions but about psychology. Solitude is not loneliness; perhaps one who is alone is not lonely because they are accustomed to living alone; and one who is isolated may not be lonely either, as it might be precisely the independence after experiencing the hustle and bustle that makes one's tongue of thought taste the bitterness of desolation. Not a single scorpion is lonely, and they do not fear solitude; instead, they can enjoy the taste of solitude! Such a Scorpio man views both infatuation and lack of fidelity as equally可怕 (terrible), but I am different; I am a scorpion that feeds on love, a scorpion with a tendency to be infatuated.
