2. 《道德经》云:道可道,非常道;名可名,非常名。无名天地之始,有名万物之母。知者不言,言者不知。吾言甚易知、甚易行;天下莫能知、莫能行。

A good feeling about existence determines what is "true truth" and "hard truth," even if it is temporary, momentary, or short-sighted. For this reason, the Buddha often said to the bhikkhus, 'Know that the teachings I speak of are like a boat analogy. Even the dharma should be abandoned, much less what is not the dharma.'

8. 总得说来,生理、生活哲学其实就是把握“度”的经验哲学,当然也符合矛盾对立统一法则。

9. 显为阳,密为阴。任何事物表相、功能、特征都与其内部结构之间,都是显与隐的对立统一关系。譬如电脑、手机,表面的特征、传播、运算、显示等功能为阳,而工作原理、软件、机械配置为阴,二者是统一的关系,是一个物体的两个方面。

For example, in computers and smartphones, the surface features, transmission, computation, and display functions are yang, while the working principles, software, and mechanical configurations are yin. The two are in a unified relationship, representing two aspects of the same object.

10. 所以说,一切物、事、理兼具矛盾对立统一,也就是说,矛盾对立统一,纵横内外,涵盖无间。

10. Therefore, all things, events, and principles are characterized by the unity of opposites, which means that the unity of opposites encompasses both the internal and external, without any gaps.

11. 该方面的哲学总结:动则有咎,害益并行;缺乏哲思,科技带来的实惠与灾难将成正比;科学技术不仅仅会制造医药和高明的医疗器械,还会残留各种各样的污染,还能制造骇人听闻的杀伤性武器,乃至毁灭地球,防不胜防;发展不可避免的走向二律反背,而且越来越凸显;物(理)极必反。

11. Philosophical summary in this aspect: Movement entails blame, and harm and benefit go hand in hand; without philosophical thinking, the benefits and disasters brought by science and technology will be proportionate; science and technology not only produce medicine and sophisticated medical instruments but also leave all kinds of pollution, can create terrifyingly destructive weapons, and even threaten the destruction of the Earth, making it impossible to defend against; the development inevitably tends towards contradiction, and this trend is becoming more and more prominent; extremes lead to their opposites.

12. 夫妻之间的舒适氛围,恰好说明了夫妻之间的不离不弃。当男人面对失败的恐惧、面临事业的失败,面临内心极度的脆弱,面临生活的心灰意冷时,两人可以相互尊重、取暖、肤持,相信,再大的风雨两人都能抗住。

20. 人(包括其它动物)自身的生理也是一个相当狭窄的动态平衡系统。人体各部分体液的酸碱度必须保持在其适当的范围内,血压也必须相对稳定,体温也必须相对衡定…… 人体才能正常运转,各项指标向任何一端(矛或盾)哪怕是略微倾斜,都是悲催的。

Truth (规律, law) is hidden behind phenomena and symbols. This principle is equivalent to the symbols and formulas in mathematical operations, which are not applied in the practice of physical phenomena; they can only be theoretical discussions without practical application, like a castle in the air, or a barren riverbed.

22. 我们拥有各种各样的欲望,总是喜欢跟别人攀比,追求比现在更奢华,更极致,更舒服的享受。结果一辈子都被欲望牵着鼻子走,为了追名逐利而筋疲力尽,为了跟别人攀比而痛苦不堪,不管达到什么样的地步,总是感受不到生活的乐趣。

22. We have all sorts of desires, and we always like to compare ourselves with others, pursuing more luxurious, more extreme, and more comfortable pleasures. As a result, we are led by our desires throughout our lives, exhausted in the pursuit of fame and wealth, and suffer greatly from the desire to compete with others. No matter how far we have reached, we never seem to feel the joy of life.

23. 我所认为的哲学含义及意义哲从折从口;折有回、转、返之意。哲学就是反思、怀疑的形而上(语言文字、符号或图形)的总结。佛教禅宗认为,小疑小悟,大疑大悟,无疑不悟。

They consider taking care of their husband, educating their children, and managing the household as their natural duties, unaware that domestic work is actually the best form of exercise.

Solitude is like a cup of clear tea, which, without sugar, can still let people taste the essence of life."

27. 《金刚经》云:若人言,如来有所说法,即为谤佛,不能解我所说故。须菩提,说法者,无法可说,是名说法。

27. The Diamond Sutra says: If anyone says that the Buddha has taught certain doctrines, it is an affront to the Buddha, for they do not understand what I have said. Subhuti, one who speaks the Dharma has nothing to say, and that is called speaking the Dharma.

28. 但是,人类的欲望决定了不会听任地球所提供的自然条件的束缚与选择,总是想尽千方百计,充分利用自己的小智小慧,假(借)于物理知识与工具改造生存环境。

28. However, human desires dictate that we will not allow the constraints and choices of the natural conditions provided by the Earth. We always try to find every possible way to make full use of our limited intelligence and wisdom, and borrow (make use of) physical knowledge and tools to transform our living environment.

29. 物自体之间也存在着矛盾对立统一的动态哲学关系。

30. 美国作家梭罗曾是一个小有名气的铅笔商人,沉醉于纸醉金迷的生意场,和形形色色的人物逢场作戏。几年后,他厌倦了这样的生活,一个人搬到遥远偏僻的瓦尔登湖畔隐居,他与世隔绝,自给自足,读书写作,安静的享受着一个人的惬意。

30. The American writer Thoreau was once a moderately famous pencil merchant, immersed in the glamorous world of business and playing the game of life with a variety of people. After a few years, he grew tired of such a life and moved to the remote and secluded Walden Pond to live in seclusion. He lived in isolation, self-sufficient, reading and writing, enjoying the comfort of solitude.

33. For those who exercise regularly, their body's ecosystem is like a spring, refreshing and invigorating. For those who sit for long periods without movement, their body's ecosystem is like a stagnant pond, devoid of vitality.

34. 哲学往大处说,就是反思、怀疑当前的现象、当下的存在、当然的道理,进而追思、追寻本质、本体、本来,发现、发明溯源、返本、归真之路,是谓道解;哲学往小处说,就是寻求使当时、当地、当前、当下、当体更为安定、平衡、稳妥、和谐的指导思想与方法,是谓器用。

Broadly speaking, philosophy is the act of reflecting, doubting, the current phenomena, the present existence, and of course, the obvious truths, and then tracing back, seeking the essence, the substance, and the original, discovering and inventing the path of returning to the source, returning to the true nature, which is called the understanding of the Tao; narrowly speaking, philosophy is the pursuit of guiding principles and methods to make the current time, place, moment, present, and the concrete entity more stable, balanced, secure, and harmonious, which is called the instrumental use.

37. 再漂亮的女人都有人老珠黄的时候,只有内心充满爱心才能永远的美丽。当然,美女总是会让男人失魂落魄,尤其是那种风骚型和狐狸精型的美女,只要看一眼就能勾人,男人若是把持不住,自然就会背叛自己的爱人。然而,真正相濡以沫的夫妇是少之又少的,只有把对方当做珍之再珍的人才能走入金婚的快乐时光。

39. So, is it really impossible for humans to obtain the truth of the objective world? No, the wise sages with comprehensive wisdom have long provided us with new perspectives and methods, but it's just that we don't believe in them.

40. 总起来说,人与社会的关系也是矛盾对立统一的哲学关系。该方面的哲学总结:欲望与自由自主成反比;没有付出就没有回报;有舍才有得;风险与利益成正比;贬低是买家,褒扬是卖家;溺爱和严惩同样是处于关爱;水能载舟亦能覆舟;利人者利己,害人者害己。

40. In summary, the relationship between individuals and society is also a philosophical relationship of contradiction, unity, and opposition. The philosophical summary of this aspect is as follows: desire and freedom are inversely proportional; there is no return without giving; there is gain through sacrifice; risk and benefit are directly proportional; belittlement is for the buyer, praise for the seller; both pampering and strict punishment are forms of care; water can carry a boat but can also capsize it; benefiting others also benefits oneself, and harming others also harms oneself.

45. 矛盾统一法则本身并没有高低深浅,只是证悟、理解和应用的深度和广度有差别。马克思主义认为,矛盾具有普遍性;矛盾存在于一切事物中,事事有矛盾,时时有矛盾。笔者补充一下:一切物、事、理兼具矛盾对立统一,也就是说,矛盾对立统一,纵横内外,涵盖无间。

45. The law of the unity of opposites itself has no high or low, shallow or profound aspects; it is just that the depth and breadth of realization, understanding, and application differ. Marxism holds that contradiction is universal; contradiction exists in all things, and there is contradiction in everything and at all times. I would like to add: all things, matters, and principles are both contradictory and unified. That is to say, the unity of contradictions covers both horizontal and vertical aspects, and is without any gaps.

46. 创造语符之初的本意就是用它来指代、会意,以便于沟通,也等于说语符本身都是譬喻,所以,语符即使堆积成山也逃不出譬喻的本质,而不会是实质;譬喻永远是在譬喻,真相永远是真相。

46. The original intention of creating language symbols was to use them for representation and connotation, to facilitate communication. In other words, language symbols themselves are metaphors. Therefore, even if language symbols are piled up like a mountain, they cannot escape the essence of metaphor and will not be substantial; metaphor will always be metaphor, and truth will always be truth.

50. 现代是物欲社会,男人和女人一不小心就会被浮化蒙了双眼,有时难免会犯错,这时,若是一方得理不饶人,事情就会变的复杂而无解,最终导致婚姻破裂。事实上,夫妻间的鸡毛蒜皮是小事,如果不是原则性的问题,就用沟通来解决矛盾。

50. The modern era is a materialistic society, where men and women can easily be clouded by desires and may inadvertently make mistakes. Sometimes, it is inevitable. If one party is unreasonable and relentless, the situation can become complex and unsolvable, ultimately leading to the breakdown of marriage. In fact, trivial matters between couples are minor; if they are not principle issues, they should be resolved through communication.

51. 对于人类而言,道理非语符不便传递,但语符终究非是实相,实相是事实本身、不可言喻。正所谓:以指指月,指终不是月。

51. For humans, the principle cannot be conveniently conveyed without language symbols, but language symbols are ultimately not the reality; the reality is the fact itself, beyond words. As it is said: Pointing at the moon with a finger, the finger is not the moon.

52. 儒学的中庸之道很大程度上只是落脚于人文、伦理,应用在人与人、人与社会之间。而《道德经》、《易经》、佛经则涵盖天、地、人,乃至于一切的。最圆融、最具代表性的是佛经,例如,《心经》云:色不异空,空不异色,色即是空,空即是色。受想行识,亦复如是。也就是说,现象(物相)、生命意识体的觉受、思维能力、行为、意识分别无不涵盖矛盾统一中,更不用说生命意识体的衍生物,诸如语言文字图形符号、哲理、实践、宗教本身;并且几乎所有的经、论,都贯穿着矛盾统一哲学,是谓般若中道。譬如,《圆觉经》:圆觉非作得非任有,非止非灭;《金刚经》云:若人言,如来有所说法,即为谤佛,不能解我所说故。

52. The moderate path of Confucianism largely focuses on humanities and ethics, applying between individuals and between people and society. In contrast, the Tao Te Ching, the I Ching, and Buddhist scriptures encompass heaven, earth, humans, and even everything. The most harmonious and representative among them are the Buddhist scriptures, such as the Heart Sutra which states: Form is not different from emptiness, and emptiness is not different from form. Form is emptiness, and emptiness is form. The same is true for perception, thought, volition, and consciousness. This means that phenomena (material forms), the awareness of life consciousness, the ability to think, behavior, and consciousness are all encompassed in the unity of contradictions. Not to mention the derivatives of life consciousness, such as language, writing, graphic symbols, philosophy, practice, and religion itself. Moreover, almost all scriptures and treatises are imbued with the philosophy of unity of contradictions, which is known as the Prajna Middle Path. For instance, the Perfection of Wisdom Sutra states: Perfect enlightenment is neither achieved nor possessed, neither stopped nor destroyed; and the Diamond Sutra says: If anyone says that the Buddha has spoken certain words, they are defaming the Buddha, as they cannot understand what I have said.
