In the vast universe, there lie countless unknown mysteries. They may bring joy to the extreme, anxiety, or leave no trace at all. However, deep in the endless expanse of the universe, there is a mysterious force that neither seeks glory nor craves fame and fortune; it is the mystery of no pursuit.

2. 热爱 无用再着迹

2. Love is love, and it doesn't matter if it's useless or not.

3. 人生如梦，归根到底就是一场空，四大皆空，万物皆空。我们觉悟到人生空的本质，还能放下一些不必要的执着，做自己该做的事情，取悦自己，成全自己，救赎自己。

3. Life is like a dream, fundamentally empty at its core, with everything being empty. When we realize the empty nature of life, we can let go of some unnecessary attachments, do what we should do, please ourselves, fulfill ourselves, and redeem ourselves.

4. 不要执着于任何超越自身能力的目标，要去追求那些自己真正喜欢的，热心的，能够实现的目标。结果并不重要，关键是追求的过程就能让你开开心心，怡然自乐。

4. Do not be obsessed with any goals beyond your own abilities. Instead, pursue those that you truly like, are passionate about, and can achieve. The outcome is not important; what matters is that the pursuit itself brings you joy and contentment.

10. 苏东坡月夜泛舟游赤壁，想起不可一世的曹操，“舳舻千里，旌旗蔽空，酾酒临江，横槊赋诗，固一世之雄也，而今安在哉”，指挥着连绵不绝的大型战舰，旌旗浩浩遮蔽了长空，面对大江举杯痛饮，舞动长槊吟诗作赋，手握风雷，叱咤风云。但是而今在哪里呢？在黄土堆里，在永恒的死亡里。

Su Dongpo sailed a boat under the moonlight to tour the Red Cliffs, and it reminded him of the domineering Cao Cao, "With his warships stretching a thousand miles, banners covering the sky, he poured wine facing the river, wielded a spear while composing poetry, was indeed a hero of the era. But where is he now?" He commanded an endless line of grand warships, with banners waving grandly across the sky, raising cups and drinking deeply in front of the great river, wielding long spears while reciting poems, holding the thunder and lightning in his hands, and commanding the clouds and winds. However, where is he now? In piles of loess, in the eternal realm of death.

11. 欢喜，是一种让生命陶醉的感觉。虽然也是空性的，却能让我们感受到快乐和幸福，所以我们有必要享受这种感觉。

11. Joy is a feeling that makes life intoxicating. Although it is also empty, it can make us feel happy and content, so we have a reason to enjoy this sensation.

12. 觉醒到生命的空相，不是让我们摆烂躺平，而是要正确选择。用自己的智慧澄清过滤掉那些不必要的杂质，放下一切没必要而又不切实际的东西，以知足常乐的态度，欢欢喜喜过好当下的日子。

12. Awakening to the emptiness of life is not to lead us to idleness and complacency, but to make the right choices. Use your wisdom to clarify and filter out the unnecessary impurities, let go of everything that is unnecessary and unrealistic, and live happily in the present with an attitude of contentment and joy.

13. “真的不忍心想告诉你，这个世界只是一场梦，你一辈子执着的子女，亲人，只是你的一个缘。你一辈子放不下的家庭，只是你生命里的一个驿站。

13. "I really can't bear to tell you this, but this world is just a dream. The children, relatives, and loved ones you have been clinging to for a lifetime are only a part of your destiny. The family you can't let go of for a lifetime is merely a station in your life."

18. 我们总会遇到各种各样不如意的事情，遇到形形色色的小人，烂人，垃圾人，我们必须打开自己的格局，调整心态，人生除了生死，其他都是擦伤。只要你不在乎，就没有什么人可以伤害你，只要你不介意，就没有什么事可以影响你。所有的计较都是一场空，不要理会一切烦心事，就没有烦恼了。

18. We will always encounter various kinds of unpleasant things, meet all sorts of scoundrels, bad people, and trash. We must broaden our perspective, adjust our mindset. In life, other than life and death, everything else is just a scratch. As long as you don't care, no one can harm you; as long as you don't mind, nothing can affect you. All the计较 are in vain. Ignore all the烦恼ing things, and there will be no worries.

19. 生命只是一种感觉，把握当下的每一个瞬间，顺其自然，自得其乐，便是岁月静好。

19. Life is just a feeling. To grasp every moment of the present, go with the flow, find joy in it, is to enjoy a peaceful and tranquil life.

20. 所以苏轼感叹，人生不必非得抵达什么样的境界，把握当下，欢欢喜喜的活着就好。

20. So Su Shi sighed, life does not necessarily have to reach a certain level, it is enough to grasp the present and live happily and joyfully.

24. ​没有人值得你不开心，没有事值得你不快乐。人生除了生死，都是小事，想开点、看淡点。所谓的幸福，就是一个好的身体和一个坏记性。生活，就是自己哄自己，把自己劝明白了，就什么烦恼都解决了。”

24. No one is worth making you unhappy, and no thing is worth making you unhappy. In life, aside from life and death, everything else is trivial. Keep an open mind and take things lightly. So-called happiness is just a good body and a bad memory. Life is about pleasing yourself, and once you convince yourself, all your troubles are solved.

25. 非常通透的一段话：“人生，输什么都别输了心情，输了心情烦恼的是你自己。心是自己的，不要让别人来伤。心若不动，风又奈何，你若不伤，岁月无恙。

25. A very transparent statement: "In life, don't lose your mood if you lose anything else. The one who troubles you is yourself. Your heart is your own, don't let others hurt it. If your heart remains unmoved, what can the wind do? If you do not get hurt, time will pass peacefully."

28. 在茫茫宇宙之间，我们和一只蚂蚁，一只蚊子，一棵树，一粒尘埃，没有任何区别。蚂蚁做了什么或者不做什么，蚊子做了什么或者不做什么，一棵树长在哪里，一粒尘埃飘到何方，其实不能给世界带来任何改变。我们也是如此，所谓使命和梦想，不过是人类的一厢情愿罢了。我们耿耿于怀的目标，我们羡慕嫉妒恨的名利，我们求不得而又放不下的身外之物，其实都毫无意义。

28. Amid the boundless universe, there is no difference between us and an ant, a mosquito, a tree, or a grain of dust. What an ant does or doesn't do, what a mosquito does or doesn't do, where a tree grows, or where a grain of dust drifts, actually brings no change to the world. We are the same; the so-called mission and dreams are merely the one-sided wishes of humanity. The goals we bear in mind, the fame and fortune we envy and resent, the external possessions we seek but cannot let go of, all have no real meaning.
