2. The Buddha said: "I have no mind towards all things, so what is the harm if they constantly surround me."

3. 唐朝的牛头法融禅师曾说过:“一心有滞,诸法不通。”

3. The Vajra Master Fa Rong of the Tang Dynasty once said, "When the mind is obstructed, all dharmas are not understood."

8. 一路的长途跋涉,几人早已疲惫不堪,而沙漠上强烈的阳光与风沙,更是让大家口干舌燥。

9. 人生在世,犹如身处荆棘之中,心不动,人不妄动,不动则不伤;如心动则人妄动,伤其身痛其骨,于是体会到世间诸般痛苦。

9. In the course of life, one is like being amidst thorns. If one's heart remains still, one will not act recklessly; if one remains still, one will not be injured. But if one's heart moves, one will act recklessly, hurting one's body and bones, and thus experiencing all kinds of sufferings in the world.

10. Life is often not as one wishes, with more than nine out of ten things not going as expected. Negative emotions are something everyone experiences, and one must learn to let go of them in time.

11. 万物皆空无,一切唯心造。因为心动,万物才动,因为心动,生活才有了诸多烦恼。

11. All things are empty and void, everything is created by the mind. Because of the movement of the heart, all things move; because of the movement of the heart, life is filled with various troubles.

12. 张爱玲说:“活在当下,不计得失,以无为之心做有为之事。心无所求,万物皆美;心若宁静,智慧便生。

12. Eileen Chang once said: "Live in the present, not concerning yourself with gains and losses, and do things with a heart of non-action. With a mind without desires, all things are beautiful; and with a tranquil mind, wisdom arises."

13. Please empty out the garbage in your heart. The human heart is like a container; over time, it will inevitably accumulate garbage. Only by regularly cleaning it, letting go of unwarranted thoughts, and shedding chaotic and bad emotions, can one live more carefree and at ease. 14. 恰在此时,尘缘法师从腰间取出一只水壶:“大家看,我这还有一壶水,但走出这片沙漠才能让你们喝。”

14. Just at this moment, Master Chen Yuan took out a water pot from his waist: "You see, I still have a pot of water, but you can only drink it after you leave this desert."

15. 往者不可谏,来者犹可追。不要沉浸在懊悔之中,放下过去,才能拥抱未来。

15. The past cannot be remedied, but the future is still within reach. Do not dwell on regret; let go of the past and you can embrace the future.

16. 祸福难料,这些身外之物,得到容易,失去也容易,在意又有什么用。

16. Misfortunes and blessings are unpredictable. These external things are easy to gain and easy to lose; what's the use of caring about them?

17. 心苦,人生才苦;心事满满,人生才不痛快。所以,过去的事,能忘就忘,能放就放。伤心的事,不要憋在心里,而要看开放下。

17. The heart is bitter, and life becomes bitter; when the heart is filled with worries, life becomes unpleasant. Therefore, for the past, forget what you can, let go what you can. Don't hold on to heart-wrenching matters within your heart, but rather open up and let them go.

18. 后来苏轼历经贬谪,飘零半生,他说:“吾上可配玉皇大帝,下可陪田院乞儿”“眼见天下无一个不好人”。

18. Later, Su Shi experienced several demotions and was wandering for half his life. He said, "I can be equal to the Jade Emperor above, and can accompany the beggars in the fields below." "I see that there is not a single bad person in the world."

19. 曲终人散场,事过难挽回,还执着地藏在心里,也毫无意义。

19. The music ends, and people disperse, and once the matter has passed, it's impossible to retrieve it. Clinging to it in one's heart is also meaningless.

20. 所以修行,就是减去内心的贪欲,让本来的良知呈现出来。

20. Therefore, the practice of cultivation is to reduce the inner desire and allow the inherent conscience to emerge.

21. 《金刚经》有云:须菩提,若菩萨有我相、人相、众生相、寿者相,即非菩萨。

21. The Diamond Sutra states: "Subhuti, if a bodhisattva has the notion of 'I', the notion of 'person', the notion of 'beings', and the notion of ' longevity', then he is not a bodhisattva."

22. 功夫在减不在增,所谓减即去物欲之昏蔽;减尽人欲,便回复良知之本体了。

22. The essence of Kungfu lies not in addition but in subtraction; what is meant by subtraction is to remove the obscurity caused by material desires. Once all human desires are reduced to the minimum, one can return to the true nature of one's conscience.

23. 《华严经》:唯心所现,唯识所变,一切法从心想生。

23. "The Avatamsaka Sutra": Everything is manifested by the mind, transformed by consciousness, and all phenomena arise from the thoughts in the heart.

24. 最后,我们需要制定一些现实可行的计划,并且努力实践它们。无论是在事业上还是在生活上,我们都可以寻找新的目标和方向,并且逐步实现它们。这些努力和成就会让我们更有信心、更有勇气,进一步支持我们放下过去,向前看。

24. Finally, we need to formulate some realistic and feasible plans and strive to implement them. Whether in our careers or in our lives, we can seek new goals and directions and gradually achieve them. These efforts and achievements will make us more confident and courageous, further supporting us in letting go of the past and looking forward.

25. 过去已经成为历史,懂得翻篇,才能够拥抱当下的生活。不依不饶,只会画地为牢,纠缠不清,不过徒增烦恼。

25. The past has become history. Only by learning to move on can one embrace the present. Clinging to the past and being relentless will only result in a self-imposed prison and confusion, which only adds to one's烦恼 (worry or trouble).

26. 一个人想要的越多,算计的越多,身心越不得安宁,只能终日焦虑。

26. The more a person desires and the more calculations they make, the less peace they will find in their body and mind, leading to constant anxiety throughout the day.

27. 人们为了外在的东西,终日奔波,患得患失,最终失去内心的安宁,成为欲望的囚徒,实在是舍本逐末。

27. People tirelessly pursue external things, worrying about gains and losses, eventually losing inner peace and becoming prisoners of desires. This is truly a case of throwing away the main thing for the sake of the trivial.

28. 事后,国王得救,提出给匠人的奖赏。那匠人却只提了一个问题:“国王,您在死亡来临之际,是什么感觉?”

28. Afterward, the king was saved and proposed to reward the craftsman. However, the craftsman only asked one question: "Your Majesty, what was your feeling when death was approaching?"

29. 当蜘蛛网无情的查封了我的露台,当灰烬的余烟叹息着贫困的悲哀,我依然铺平失望的灰烬,用美丽的雪花写下相信未来。

29. When the spider web mercilessly sealed my balcony, as the remaining smoke of the ashes sighed with the sadness of poverty, I still smoothed the ashes of disappointment and wrote my belief in the future with beautiful snowflakes.

30. 一个人内心恬静,摒弃内心的偏见,相信世间的美好,那他看到的一切自然是美好的。

30. A person who maintains inner peace, abandons their inner biases, and believes in the beauty of the world will naturally see everything as beautiful.

31. 一位高僧朝圣回来,众弟子听闻途中艰辛,都纷纷问道:“师父,您一路太苦了,为什么你还是这么快乐呢?”

31. A high monk returned from his pilgrimage, and upon hearing of the hardships he faced along the way, all his disciples asked in amazement: "Teacher, you've gone through so much suffering on your journey, why are you still so happy?"

32. 在这个世界上,功名利禄是身外之物,生不带来,死不带去。

32. In this world, fame, wealth, and honor are extraneous things; they do not come with birth and do not accompany death.

33. 佛说众生本无相,一切皆是虚妄。人的内心却常执着于外物,而迷失了自我。

33. The Buddha said that all beings inherently have no form, and everything is illusion. However, people often become obsessed with external things, thereby losing themselves.

34. 别人是自己的一面镜子,你看别人像什么,你就是什么。

34. Others are a mirror reflecting yourself; what you see in others, that's what you are.

35. 也许生活欺骗了你,不要悲伤,不要心急!忧郁的日子里须要镇静,相信吧,快乐的日子将会来临!心儿永远向往着未来。现在却常是忧郁。一切都是瞬息,一切都将会过去!

35. Maybe life has deceived you, don't be sad, don't be anxious! In the days of melancholy, you need to be calm, believe it, happy days will come! The heart forever yearns for the future. Now, however, it is often melancholic. Everything is transient, and everything will pass!

36. 所有的成功背后都是苦行僧一样的自律,你主动吃苦,苦一阵子,你主动躺平,苦一辈子。谁的人生都不是容易的,任何想要的生活都要经过千锤百炼的修行。我们要以一个更加积极的态度处事,清空过去,经营现在,相信未来。

36. Behind all successes lies the discipline of a mendicant - you endure hardship by choosing to suffer, you'll have a period of hardship; you choose to relax, and you'll suffer a lifetime. No one's life is easy, and any life you want to live requires the refinement of enduring trials. We should approach life with a more positive attitude, clear our past, manage the present, and believe in the future.

37. 因为心是苦的,所以再多的改变,也于事无补。

37. Because the heart is bitter, no matter how many changes are made, it will not help in the least.

38. 但是,接受现实并不意味着我们不能保留那段经历的美好和有意义的部分。这一点,其实也是很重要的。我们可以从中汲取一些经验和教训,它们可以让我们更坚强、更有智慧,让我们更好地面对未来的挑战和机遇。

38. However, accepting reality does not mean that we cannot retain the good and meaningful parts of that experience. This is also very important. We can draw some experiences and lessons from it, which can make us stronger and wiser, and better prepare us to face the challenges and opportunities of the future.

39. 高僧听完,从怀中取出一只苦瓜,说:“这是我一路携带着的,每当我经过圣河,我会将它浸于河中,然后带进圣殿接受人们的供奉和朝拜。”

39. Upon hearing this, the great monk took out a bitter melon from his bosom and said, "This is the one I have been carrying along the way. Whenever I pass by the sacred river, I immerse it in the river and then bring it into the temple to be offered and worshipped by people."

40. 但大家早已经没有了水,让这穿越沙漠的信心也逐渐消失。

40. But everyone had already run out of water, and the confidence in crossing the desert began to fade as well.

41. 国王一听,顿时勃然大怒:“你竟敢跟一国之君提出这样愚蠢的问题!”

41. Upon hearing this, the king was immediately enraged: "You dare to ask such a foolish question to the ruler of a nation!"

42. 人生,记住那么多,哪还有心情去迎接新的精彩?

42. Life has so many things to remember; where is the heart to welcome new wonders?

43. 将人的心当做一面镜子的话,就会知道这面镜子,是留不下过去的事物的。

43. If one treats the human heart as a mirror, one will know that this mirror cannot retain the past.

44. 在我们的人生中,肯定有很多次因为种种原因,让我们无法回到过去或者是需要放下一些事情,然而,我们往往会在这样的时候感到迷惘和无助,觉得自己很难做到。这到底该怎么办呢?

44. In our lives, there are definitely many times when various reasons prevent us from going back to the past or require us to let go of certain things. However, we often feel confused and helpless during such times, thinking that it's difficult for us to accomplish this. So, what should we do in such situations?

45. 首先,我们需要给自己一些时间,放松一下。可以抽出一些时间去旅行、运动、看**等,让自己身心放松,为新的开始做好准备。

45. First and foremost, we need to give ourselves some time to relax. We can set aside some time to travel, exercise, watch something, etc., to unwind both physically and mentally, and prepare ourselves for a new beginning.

46. 苏轼觉得自己进步很大,对佛印说:“大师,你看我坐在这里像什么?”

46. Su Shi felt that he had made significant progress and said to Fo Yin, "Master, what do you think I look like sitting here?"

47. 过去我们可能一身泥泞,现在可能艰难谋生,但未来永远是未知的,市场像潮汐一样起伏涨落,命运像大海一样捉摸不透,我们不知道人生的风帆往哪里行驶,但始终相信,未来会越来越好!

47. In the past, we may have been covered in mud, and now we may be struggling to make a living, but the future is always unknown. The market fluctuates like the tides, and fate is as elusive as the sea. We don't know where the sails of life will take us, but we always believe that the future will get better and better!

48. 我们可能在过去受到过一些伤害,可能做过自以为错误的选择,可能错过某些机会,但请你相信,一切都是因果,即便现在让你穿越时空回到过去,仍然会遇到那些事情,仍然要承担那些后果,这是天道,是命中注定。

48. We may have suffered some injuries in the past, made choices we believed to be wrong, and missed certain opportunities, but please believe that everything is the result of cause and effect. Even if you were to travel through time back to the past, you would still encounter those events and have to bear those consequences. This is the way of heaven, predestined by fate.

49. 当下拼搏,就是最积极的努力;当下享受,就是最顶级的幸福;当下平静,就是最豁达的修行。人生本就是由当下的每一个瞬间组成,经营现在,就是修行整个人生。

49. Striving in the present moment is the most positive effort; enjoying the present is the ultimate happiness; being calm in the present is the most generous cultivation. Life itself is composed of every moment in the present, managing the now is the cultivation of the entire life.

50. 不要把得失看得太重,顺其自然,保持内心的安宁就好。

50. Do not take gains and losses too seriously; just go with the flow and maintain inner peace.

51. 首先,我们需要明确一点:回不去的事实是不可改变的。无论是因为时间的推移让我们无法回到过去,还是因为现实的局面不让我们回到曾经的状态,我们都必须接受这个现实,不再做无意义的纠结。

51. Firstly, we need to make it clear: facts that cannot be returned are immutable. Whether it's because the passage of time prevents us from going back to the past, or because the current situation does not allow us to return to our previous state, we must accept this reality and stop being unnecessarily entangled.

52. 生活的不顺,就忘了吧。人生短短几个秋,不值得浪费在悲伤上面。人能健忘,也是一种福气!过往的记忆,何必还留在生活里。

52. Forget about the misfortunes of life. Life is short, only a few autumns, it's not worth wasting it on sadness. It's a blessing to be forgetful! Why keep past memories lingering in life?

53. 在人生旅途中,放下和拥有都是一种生命的智慧

53. In the journey of life, letting go and possessing are both a wisdom of life.

54. 因为心中有爱,所以你的生活充满了爱;因为心中皆苦,所以你的世界总是阴天。心有阳光,不惧人间冷暖。

54. Because love is in your heart, your life is filled with love; because bitterness is in your heart, your world is always overcast. With sunshine in your heart, you are not afraid of the cold and warmth of the world.

55. ​无能为力之事,当断;生命中无缘的人,当舍;心中的烦欲执念,当离。一念放下,万般从容,释怀之间,从此心安。”

55. When faced with the impossible, one must make a decisive break; when encountering those without a connection in life, one should let go; and when it comes to the desires and obsessions in one's heart, one must release them. With a single thought of letting go, all things become effortless, and in the process of letting go, peace of mind is found from that moment on."

56. 人心就像是一个容器,时间久了总会有垃圾。只有定期清理,放下不该有的念头,倒掉混乱糟糕的情绪,人才能活得更洒脱,更自在。

56. The human heart is like a container; over time, it will accumulate garbage. Only by regularly cleaning it, letting go of unnecessary thoughts, and pouring out chaotic and unpleasant emotions, can one live more freely and comfortably.

57. 别让阳光与幸事,变得无处安放。心静,能明事;心轻,人痛快。

57. Don't let the sunshine and happiness have no place to settle. A calm mind can discern things; a light heart makes people feel joyful.

58. 心中牵挂越多,心事越重,就像背负着沉重的行囊,行走的每一天,都是苦旅。

58. The more concerns occupy one's heart, the heavier the burden of one's thoughts becomes, as if carrying a heavy load. Every day of walking is a journey fraught with bitterness.

59. 说完,把苦瓜交给弟子,让他们煮熟后一起品尝。

59. Having said that, he handed the bitter melon to his disciples and instructed them to cook it together and taste it later.

60. 《庄子》有云:用心若镜,物来则应,过去不留。

60. Zhuangzi says: If one's mind is like a mirror, it responds to things as they come, but leaves no trace of them as they pass.

61. 可是他却从未郁郁寡欢,反而时刻保持乐观的情绪。

61. But he never felt melancholic; instead, he maintained an optimistic mood at all times.

62. 但是他知道,一味悔恨没有意义,只有迅速平定叛乱,才能让更多人免受伤害。

62. But he knew that wallowing in regret was meaningless; only by quickly quelling the rebellion could more people be saved from harm.

63. 一直纠缠在负面情绪中,整个人就只能被情绪控制。

63. Being entangled in negative emotions, the entire person can only be controlled by the emotions.

64. 天下无心外之物。万事万物都是人内心的投射,你心里有什么,看到的就是什么。

64. There are no things in the world that are not projections of the mind. All things and matters are reflections of the inner self, whatever is in your heart, that is what you will see.

65. 他突然发现,过往那些快乐的,生气的,不满的,抱怨的,如今根本不值一提,他只想活着!

65. He suddenly realized that all those past joys, anger, dissatisfaction, and complaints were utterly insignificant now; he just wanted to live!

66. 老子曾言:兵者,凶器也,圣人不得已而用之。

66. Laozi once said: "Weapons are凶器, and the sage uses them only when absolutely necessary."

67. 人生是道选择题,是哭是笑,全由自己选择;生活的苦,是道必选题,经历了必须的苦,也等得到想要的甜。

67. Life is a series of choices, whether to cry or laugh is entirely up to oneself; the bitterness of life is a mandatory selection, after experiencing the necessary hardships, one can also look forward to the sweetness one desires.

68. 对别人有偏见,处处都要挑人刺,是因为自己的境界不够。

68. Being biased against others and constantly finding faults with them is because one's own level of attainment is insufficient.

69. 心中不觉苦,世间哪还有大苦;心中无挂牵,世间哪来的羁绊。心无烦恼和痛苦,生活也就没什么过不去的坎。

69. If one does not feel any bitterness in one's heart, where can there be greater suffering in the world? If one has no attachments, where can there be any constraints in the world? Without烦恼 and suffering in the heart, life becomes easy to navigate, and there is nothing insurmountable.

70. 人生而善良,但是随着长大,内心被世俗沾染,被物欲遮蔽,慢慢变得贪婪狡诈。

70. People are born kind, but as they grow up, their hearts are contaminated by the world and obscured by material desires, slowly becoming greedy and cunning.

71. 苏小妹听完说:“自己是佛,看别人也会像佛;若自己是大便,看别人也会像大便,你的境界比佛印禅师差远了”。

71. After listening, Su Xiaomei said, "If I am a Buddha, I will see others as Buddha; if I am dung, I will see others as dung. Your level is far inferior to that of the Chan Master Yi."

72. 世事犹如书籍,一页页翻过去,我们要往前看,少翻历史旧账。

72. Life is like a book, with pages turning one by one. We should look forward and not dwell too much on the old chapters of history.

73. 人生,越是沉默,心中的悲伤,就越是沉重,最终留下的只有痛苦。

73. The more silent life is, the heavier the sorrow in one's heart becomes, and in the end, all that remains is pain.

74. 这时,他才发现,头顶的刀迟迟没有落下,国王这才站在他跟前笑着问他:“这下,你知道了?”

74. At this moment, he realized that the knife above his head had not fallen for a long time, and the king stood in front of him, smiling and asked him, "Now, do you know?"

75. 王阳明说 :“吾辈用功,只求日减,不求日增。减得一分人欲,便是复得一分天理,何等轻快洒脱,何等简易!”

75. Wang Yangming said: "We in our efforts, only seek to reduce day by day, not to increase. Reducing one bit of human desire is to regain one bit of heavenly principle, how light and carefree, how simple and easy!"

76. 一段非常通透的话:“你整天瘫在床上,不学习不运动,幻想着天上掉馅饼,白天遇事唯唯诺诺,晚上熬夜为情伤感,纠结自己那点鸡毛蒜皮的小事,这样的你凭什么认为自己自命不凡?

76. A very piercing statement: "You spend your whole day lying in bed, not studying or exercising, dreaming that manna will fall from the heavens. You are meek and compliant during the day, staying up late at night to mourn for love, and worrying about your trivial trifles. With such a lifestyle, how can you even think of yourself as extraordinary?"
