9. 感情的事情实在难以预料，这段愁绪时时刻刻萦绕在心间，烦闷时常常皱起了眉头，娇杏那丫头离去时还对我频频回首。可惜我落魄潦倒，只能在夜风清冷之中顾影自怜；谁又能够和我在这中秋月下结为恩爱伴侣呢？月亮呀，月亮，你如果能懂得我的心，就先照进我想念的那个美人的绣楼，代我把心意表达。

9. Matters of the heart are truly unpredictable. This melancholy thought is constantly swirling in my mind, and I often frown in annoyance. When the girl Zhao Xian left, she kept looking back at me. Alas, I am in a state of destitution and despair, and can only brood over my own shadow in the cold night breeze. Who else can become a loving companion with me under the Mid-Autumn moon? Oh moon, moon, if you could understand my heart, please shine first on the embroidery pavilion of the beautiful woman I miss, and convey my feelings for her on my behalf.
