Navigating the ocean of knowledge, we are always able to engage in dialogue with ourselves, seeking the essence of life. This journey may be fraught with thorns or filled with fair weather, but regardless, we must hold onto our beliefs and bravely move forward.

1. In this life, everyone has their own difficulties. The days are lived for oneself, and there is no need to envy others. Perhaps while you are envying someone else, they might be envying you as well! There is no true empathy!

2. Mr. Yang Jiang said, "The most important ability for a woman is not how beautifully you dress yourself, nor how skillfully you earn money, but the ability to make yourself happy no matter what happens!"

3. 01, Aquarius friends, first, close your eyes. I will ask you a few questions. Do you think you have strong principles? Do you consider yourself someone who would stick to your bottom line? If someone is causing you a great deal of pain, would you choose to leave them? Don't rush to answer; let this question linger in your mind. Because Aquarians, when they are in a rational state, would definitely blurt out, "Strong, yes, I would." In such situations, they would indeed handle it that way. But the problem is, Aquarians are not always able to maintain their rationality.

4. As I grow older, I choose silence and retreat from things that consume myself and affect my mood. I no longer wish to argue or debate right and wrong, and I stop complaining and being nitpicky. I just want to keep a distance from these negative people and events, and I want to be happier. So, I no longer argue, even when I am wronged, I don't feel like explaining. I choose to let some things go, not to forgive others, but to free myself.

5. When unpleasant things accumulate all at once, I feel particularly aggrieved and wish someone would hug me and comfort me. In the end, however, I find that everyone is busy. Bad emotions can only be digested by myself. After experiencing a lot, I realize that everyone is busy and no one cares about your mood. You need to learn to help yourself! Turn the page when it's time, everyone has attachments, but one cannot be obsessed!

6. Thus, the idea of leaving becomes very contradictory and hesitating. With this mindset, it can wear him out emotionally, as he will dwell on a dead end if he does not choose to leave immediately. "Why don't I have the urge to leave? Am I not ready to leave yet? Maybe I'm not happy with my job, is it my own problem or the company's? If I change jobs, will I still be unhappy?" "Then, I think I won't change it for now."

7. No matter how one spends this lifetime, it is essentially about being with oneself. When the mood is cheerful, life follows suit. As one grows up, one should learn how to deal with sad emotions, experience the warmth and coldness on one's own, and go through the ups and downs alone.

8. In the basic section, the content focuses on awakening emotions through writing. The author starts by citing the works of great literary figures such as Zhang Ailing, Mo Yan, and Yu Hua to illustrate the most distinctive feature of literary content, which is to strike the deepest soul of the author. This is the concept of "writing what one feels in one's heart." The author very much agrees with the statement, "The difference between an author and a writer lies in the soul of the article, in whether or not they have expressed the deep-seated problems that are difficult to handle within themselves. If we can fully express the internal conflicts, everyone has the potential to become a writer." Moreover, this article also discusses the three stages of healing through writing, which are awareness, discovery, and healing. In the section on healing, the author's view is that the manifestation of self-healing power through writing is the writing of memoirs or letters to family members, because it is a process of self-healing. In the process of writing, it helps us understand the resources and strength left to us by our ancestors, allowing us to accept ourselves and reconcile with our past selves, achieving self-reconstruction.

9. The last, fourth piece is both the concluding and summary chapter, here aiming to encourage readers to carry resources and strength into the future. Here, we come to understand that writing holds great significance in life. The four milestones of writing therapy are: activating feelings and finding core emotions; facing pain and starting the healing journey; initiating dialogue and generating healing power; and reshaping oneself to achieve psychological transformation. Through this, one can achieve a spiritual life.

10. When it comes to things, just think it through for yourself, let it go, and don't be obsessed with it. In the end, what the matter really is doesn't matter anymore. Because you have already let it go.

11. "Writing Self-Healing" is an emotional management book that integrates various methods such as free writing, psychoanalysis, emotional focusing, narrative, and positive psychology. It helps our readers explore their core issues and, by using the tools and methods provided in the book, engage in a heart-to-heart dialogue with themselves to heal wounds and lead a more composed, peaceful, and comfortable life. As a methodological book, its advantage lies in the author's ability to impart knowledge to readers through popular and vivid language. Moreover, each chapter of this book is accompanied by relevant writing exercises, along with sample texts and writing guidance, helping readers to find and write life stories entangled with emotions. These are vivid examples that enhance the infective power and practicality of this type. This book is suitable for anyone who hopes to transcend the influence of their family of origin, perfect their personality, and realize their self-worth. Writing is our inward psychologist. I hope you can also heal through writing and gain healing.

12. For those with severe psychological disorders, it is naturally advisable to seek the help of a psychologist. For the general public, when faced with困扰 or unpleasant situations, it is also natural to turn to relatives and friends for comfort. However, there is another effective method: turning inward and using writing to allow each individual to heal themselves through this process. Regarding books that focus on the healing power of writing, it is necessary to introduce a new work by the Emotion-Focused Therapy Consultant Zhou Liyan, titled "Writing Self-Healing Power," to let everyone realize that writing can be the best psychological doctor for you. Because the process of writing can bring reflection and healing for all of us.

13. In terms of reconstructing self-identity and self-esteem, the text introduces independence and intimacy as the two core tasks of adolescence. Additionally, it also discusses the five major tasks of psychological development during adolescence: cognitive development, independence, self-identity, physical stability, and the establishment of intimacy. Regarding my initial dreams and secrets, the text presents some parenting wisdoms, such as the importance of attachment theory to personality development. Here, it is explicitly mentioned that a secure attachment style is a good relationship between parents and children, whereas an insecure attachment is a poor relationship. This is reflected in avoidant attachment, ambivalent attachment, and disorganized attachment.

14. In the second part, the review section, it introduces how to heal core emotions through reflection on the past. The author also mentions that releasing core emotions through writing, such as through confirmation by inspection, finding names, and writing personal experiences, is a method to release core emotions. In addition, this second part also writes about the love and sorrow in life through writing, and mentions the eight stages of life development theory, which is also filled with practical advice. For example, between the ages of 18-25, what we need to resolve is the conflict between intimacy and loneliness. Between the ages of 25-50, we need to resolve the conflict between reproduction and stagnation; for those over 50, we need to resolve the conflict between self-improvement and disappointment. These are all very inspiring.

15. In the part that observes oneself with curiosity, the ABC theory of emotions is introduced as useful information, and it is mentioned that there are two steps to "moving meditation," which are to empty one's mind and to do simple, repetitive, and regular activities. The emptying of the mind involves taking 15 minutes each day to leave the familiar environment and go for a walk outdoors, which can reduce feelings of anxiety, depression, and fatigue. This kind of emptying is very urgent for us modern people. As for doing simple, repetitive, and regular activities, speaking for myself, I often think about writing inspiration while jogging by the river in the evening, which naturally becomes a way to nourish myself and relax.

16. Ultimately, because of a moment of hesitation when wanting to leave, Aquarius will begin to doubt whether it's their own problem, leading to conflicts. In such a mood, they will克制住自己的任性, and start to reflect on themselves. But the problem arises again; if a company or an environment makes Aquarius reflect on themselves, it must be a bad company or an uncomfortable environment. Reflecting and reflecting, Aquarius will inevitably come to a realization.

17. When it comes to reactivating the lost parts of feelings, it is worth mentioning the concept of emotional granularity, which refers to a person's ability to differentiate and identify their own specific feelings, including experiencing and expressing them. Enhancing emotional granularity directly improves people's ability to cope with negative emotions. Moreover, the author also says that emotions can be identified through vision, hearing, smell, taste, touch, and psychological sensation. Additionally, this part also mentions the Change Triangle Model to explain the core emotions and the distinction between inhibitory emotions and defenses. The core emotions include fear, anger, sadness, disgust, joy, and excitement. Naturally, these are also the emotions we refer to as joy, anger, sadness, and despair.

18. Anyone who has experienced even once the contradiction and continuous conflict that fills the process can understand it. There is a desire to leave, to give up, yet there is also a reluctance. One feels that giving up this pain would only bring even more pain, and thus dares not leave completely. Whether it's called任性 (temperamental) or放肆 (rebellious), it must always leave a way back. At the very least, coming back while pretending to be foolish won't be too embarrassing.

19. "Why does this job make me so tired? Why do I have to push myself so hard?" When someone starts to think about this point, it's usually not far from the time they're ready to leave. The final decision to leave is not because they felt initially that they were extremely uncomfortable at the company, but rather because over this period they have become physically and mentally exhausted, developing a resistance to the environment. Therefore, Aquarius wants to take a break and change their surroundings.

20. As the number of people they come into contact with increases, and as they experience more environments and see more of the world, Aquarius really starts to put their任性 away. It's not that they have bowed down to life, but rather they have seen through it. In their youth, they would confront anyone who upset them, which was indeed satisfying and face-saving. However, after confronting them, they would soften their heart, always feeling that they might have been too excessive, and then feel unease when facing that person again. They would also think that they don't need to waste so much emotional energy on someone who doesn't care about them.

21. In the remaining years, get along well with oneself, listen to the inner voice; take it slow, reconcile with life with elegance and composure; take it slow, live out the brilliant human nature in your own way. Allow yourself to take it slow, and then you can live a carefree life.

22. After that, the principle of free writing was discussed as being unbound and purely about recording. So, what is the focus of free writing? It is to write wherever the thought leads. During this process, there should be no deletions, no modifications, and no expectation that others will understand, nor should there be any attempt to judge the text. This is how one can engage in proper free writing. With such a free draft, we will find that the entire writing process is a process of self-disclosure, which naturally achieves a healing effect. Moreover, the author also introduces the characteristics of free writing: being the sole reader of the work, a journey inward, and also an activity that enhances self-awareness. As a book of methodology, it is necessary to have examples, such as when discussing the part on free writing, "Practice: Let the Words Flow from the Heart" and "Example: The 'Five-Minute' for Yourself" are examples that allow readers to gain a deeper understanding of the characteristics of free writing.

23. As we grow older and gain more experiences, go through the trials of society, and encounter all sorts of people and things, we gradually understand some truths. Only by reconciling with ourselves can we live without internal conflict. Reconciliation does not mean compromising with life; rather, it is about recognizing and accepting ourselves, and within the scope of what we can do, still maintaining a positive and ambitious heart. What your life truly needs is not others' agreement, but your own recognition.

24. It's pretty meaningless to let myself be so tangled up because of one capricious act. From now on, if someone bothers me, I'll just play around with the concept of good and evil, laughingly make a joke and give them a retort, expressing my meaning. There's no need to make things tense. Why make a big deal out of it? For so many years, if you're not happy somewhere, change your environment, if you're not happy where you live, move to a new place. It's so liberating, doing whatever you want, and nobody can stop you.

25. This life is a question that no matter how you choose, there will always be regrets. Yu Hua says, "When emotions surge back, allow yourself to wither for a few days. At night when the world is quiet, take out your heart, patch it up yourself, and then wake up with a sense of confidence after a nap. Whether it's because of a lack of interest from others or being outmatched, you should try to calm down, do what you should do, rather than letting frustration and anxiety destroy the little passion and resolve you have. Your heart may break, but your hands cannot stop. Keep doing what you should do, move forward in the face of collapse, and that is what a mature adult's修养 should be."

26. I always feel that today's situation is also something I have caused myself. Of course, it's not that I want to go back in time to change this situation, but at the very least, can't I stop doing this in the future? Aquarius has seen through this character of his, unable to let go of the burden, unable to be carefree, and unable to find peace. He can only learn this: to vent and self-heal, to achieve balance and reconciliation.

27. In the third part, the Dialogue, we have separate dialogues with the father, mother, and the family, all of which generate healing power. Particularly noteworthy is the part about the path to reconciliation with the mother, which emphasizes that we should be aware of our mother's limitations, but we also need to allow her to be herself, while understanding that this does not harm us internally. If there is a first step in the process of reconciliation, it is that we should learn to detach ourselves as much as possible from emotional conversations with our parents.

28. The calm of adults is one-third understanding, one-third compromise, and the rest is just let it be. There are some things that are not about not caring, but rather, what can you do even if you do care?

29. Indeed, changing an environment can change one's mood, but one is also embarrassed to reminisce about the past, because it was a choice made by oneself, and can only bite the bullet and say, "This new place is so good, the new environment is so comfortable." Otherwise, isn't that slapping one's own face? Aquarius sees through what kind of life? Actually, it's not that. They see through the fact that not every capricious choice will necessarily make them纠结, but often, being too capricious will definitely leave hidden dangers.

30. Don't envy anyone's life, for in reality, every pot has its bottom covered in soot. Life isn't about this or that, nor is it because others are constantly shining; rather, it's because they have a lot of messes they don't show to others. So, just go with the flow.

31. Aquarius has a strong sense of principle, but he doesn't have too many principles. Aquarius does indeed stick to his bottom line, but his bottom line can be lowered with the different people he meets. If someone makes Aquarius extremely unhappy, Aquarius will indeed leave him, but if leaving makes him even more unhappy, he might come back. Being capricious is about feeling too much pain in the process of self-tugging and wanting to be released, rather than saying that Aquarius is a person who is capricious and follows his own whims.

32. As a reading material for emotions and self-control, the author uses popular and vivid language to open up how to achieve a quantitative and qualitative transformation in life through the power of writing self-healing. As a book of methodology, this book is very well-organized, allowing readers to quickly grasp the key points and thus learn efficiently and apply what they have learned to enhance their self-healing abilities. The book is roughly divided into three parts: the Basic Section, the Review Section, and the Conclusion Section.

33. Life is your own, never put unnecessary strain on yourself. Do your best according to your actual abilities, take good care of your health and emotions. In this journey of life, you have already won half the battle.

34. Although the mind jumps around constantly and ideas change continuously, the Aquarius is not prepared. What you may not know is that Aquarius is actually someone who hesitates when it comes to making crucial decisions. For example, if an Aquarius has had enough of a company and wants to leave, if they have just had a conflict with a colleague or a superior, they have ample reasons to convince themselves to leave and they would leave immediately. However, if they think it over and find that they get along well with their colleagues and their leader is also good to them, although the work is not going smoothly, they might feel there's no reason to leave abruptly. Otherwise, wouldn't everyone be sad?

35. These changed environments, the people who have left, have never really left the Aquarius mind. It's not that I miss them or feel regret. It's just that sometimes I can't help but think about them, especially when faced with pressure and when I'm in a bad mood, I can't help but indulge in reminiscing about the past even more.

36. 02: The任性 Aquarius often does not make capricious decisions at the end. Instead, they hope to use their capriciousness to reconcile themselves and become carefree. Because, Aquarius is actually a person who is too纠结. So, let's go back to the three questions mentioned above. How strong do you think your principles are? Do you feel like you are someone who will坚守 your bottom line?

37. Therefore, take good care of your health and mood, do your own things well, treat the important people kindly, and everything you hope for is on its way.
