The earth adheres to the natural way, without any feelings of joy or sorrow, in this kind of style, it is as it should be, the thunder roars, the wind and rain pour, the mountains call the waves, and there is also that kind of force of the heaven and earth, the invincible and indomitable spirit.

5. 白话译文：正是因为他不恨人的不配作一个君子，心慈手软，不忍心的终究做不了丈夫，活该他受苦受累一辈子。

6. 如果天地真的爱你的话，不会有天灾，不会有地震，不会有猝不及防、毁天灭地的灾难。如果圣人真的有良知的话，就不会以权谋统治百姓，不会以严刑峻法压榨百姓，不会以苛捐杂税算计百姓。

24. There are no principles of politeness that would allow us to advance arbitrarily. No soft borders, only the subjugation of others. Overly polite people would only make themselves humble and submit. Sometimes, we need to stand firm and make decisive decisions, sever the strings of fear, act with clarity, and be firm and resolute.

25. 道德经说，天地不仁，以万物为刍狗，圣人不仁，以百姓为刍狗。

26. 量小非君子，无毒不丈夫本义是出门时行李少的不是富二代，手头没积蓄的男人不能嫁给他。民间被解读成：肚量小的不是好人，不狠辣的人干不成大事。后来引申为能宽容的限度小的人，不配作一个君子；心慈手软，不忍心的终究做不了丈夫。

26. "A small measure is not a gentleman, and a man without毒 (courage) is not a true man." The original meaning is that one who travels with little luggage is not a wealthy second-generation heir, and a man without savings is not someone worth marrying. It is interpreted in folklore as: a person with a narrow mind is not a good person, and a person without boldness cannot accomplish great things. Later, it was extended to mean that a person who cannot tolerate much is not worthy of being called a gentleman; one who is kind-hearted and soft-handed, and cannot bear to harm others, will never be able to be a true husband.

To contain the boundless, only the vast sky is capable; to embody the myriad things, only the great earth is sufficient; to have an abundance of wisdom, only a person with vast knowledge can; to utilize human potential to the fullest, to gather the intelligence of all people, and to make oneself evermore steadfast and enduring.
