Life becomes rich and full, and various desires and delusions have no room to grow, making the mind purer and more ethereal, which is a form of heart nourishment. Busyness is synonymous with struggle, a solid step towards achieving dreams, and a form of will cultivation.

32. Be a busy person, and your life will shine brightly.

33. 1 Do not be overly demanding in everything, just accept what comes; do not frown upon things, just smile when you do; do not strive for a specific outcome, just do what is right; life is a simple thing, and when your heart is calm, you will be at peace. Do not reject the hustle and bustle, for it is a form of fulfillment; do not complain about setbacks, for they are a form of strength; do not choose silence, for it is a form of harm; do not reject a smile, for it is your greatest charm!

34. 2 When the mind is calm, one can hear one's own inner voice. Perhaps, what you are passionately pursuing is not truly what you want, but a compromise with others or society; perhaps, what is causing you distress and rending your heart is not necessarily what you truly want to love or should love, but just a temporary unwillingness. Sit down, calmly appreciate the blooming flowers, and watch the flowing water. When the mind is calm, it becomes clear naturally. Enjoying the blooming flowers with a smile is a peaceful joy; calmly appreciating the falling flowers is a spontaneous ease.

35. Three lives should learn to pick up what they can and put down what they cannot. Picking up what you can is survival, and putting down what you cannot is living; picking up what you can is ability, and putting down what you cannot is wisdom. Some people cannot pick up anything, so they have nothing to put down, and some people can pick up things, but they cannot put them down. If you cannot pick up, you will live in vain, and if you cannot put down, you will be exhausted. There are too many things in life that need to be let go of. As long as we let go of those meaningless burdens, then we will be able to walk the path of life with ease!

36. The true value of life is not on the stage of life, but in the role we play today. No matter how brilliant our past experiences are, they are only a bundle of withered flowers. Although life today may be ordinary, it is a seed filled with vitality. Inner peace leads to a tranquil mind. Those who are restless and irritable lack kindness in their character and patience in their actions, and are bound to陷入a deadlock in life. To curb restlessness, one must only calm the mind. Calming the mind requires using reason to dilute the chaotic emotions, to release the imprisoned past, and to face the unpredictable future with composure. Only by calming the mind can you understand yourself and see the future clearly.
