Let's start with these four characters and explore the true meaning of life.

1. 生命的天空里，有风和日丽，亦有云遮雾障。不是每轮艳阳都暖人，不是每片乌云都下雨。既然决定不了命运的走向，那就踏实走过每一天;既然左右不了天空的变幻，那就悉心装扮自己的心空。请相信：珍惜了，能拥有;付出了，有回报;走过了，不后悔。

1. In the sky of life, there are both sunny days and cloudy skies, with veils of mist and fog. Not every radiant sun warms people, and not every dark cloud brings rain. Since we can't determine the direction of destiny, let's walk steadily through each day; since we can't control the changes in the sky, let's carefully adorn our own heart's sky. Believe this: what you cherish, you can possess; what you give, you will receive; what you've gone through, you will not regret.

2. 我没说不代表我不会痛我以为你暂时走失了我以为你累了会回头。

2. I didn't say that I wouldn't hurt. I thought you were temporarily lost, I thought you were tired and would turn back.

3. 发生一件事，喜欢它那就享受它，不喜欢它那就避开它，避不开那就改变它，改变不了那就接受它。接受不了是你的观念，别埋怨事情的本身。

3. When something happens, if you like it, enjoy it; if you don't like it, avoid it; if you can't avoid it, change it; if you can't change it, accept it. If you can't accept it, it's your own mindset, don't blame the event itself.

4. 十字开头的年纪 太容易奋不顾身

4. At the age of a cross, it's too easy to throw oneself into danger without a second thought.

5. 人总爱跟别人比较，看看有谁比自己好，又有谁比不上自己。而其实，为你的烦恼和忧伤垫底的，从来不是别人的不幸和痛苦，而是你自己的态度。

5. People always tend to compare themselves with others, looking at who is better than them and who is not as good as them. However, the root of your worries and sorrows is never others' misfortunes and suffering, but rather your own attitude.

6. 幸福就是牵着一双想牵的手，一起走过繁华喧嚣，一起守候寂寞孤独；就是陪着一个想陪的人，高兴时一起笑，伤悲时一起哭；就是拥有一颗想拥有的心，重复无聊的日子不乏味，做着相同的事情不枯燥……只要我们心中有爱，我们就会幸福，幸福就在当初的承诺中，就在今后的梦想里。

6. Happiness is about holding the hands of those you want to hold, walking through the bustling and noisy world together, and waiting with you through loneliness and solitude; it is about accompanying someone you want to be with, laughing together when happy, and crying together when sad; it is about having a heart that you want to have, making boring days not monotonous, and doing the same things without feeling tedious... As long as we have love in our hearts, we will be happy. Happiness is in the initial promise, and in the dreams of the future.

7. 总是被优美的汉字组成的篇章所吸引，一遍遍的读，始终觉得汉字是最美的语言但不是最好听的文字 。

7. Always attracted by the beautiful characters that compose the text, read it over and over, and always think that Chinese characters are the most beautiful language but not the most pleasant to the ear.

8. 放下得失心，心灵就没有了负累，生命就除去一道迷障，人生就会生出清静和欢喜。

8. Let go of the attachment to gain and loss, and the mind will be free from burdens. Life will remove a layer of confusion, and one's life will be filled with tranquility and joy.

9. 凡是走过的路，都会留下痕迹。时间就像一块橡皮擦，可以轻易抹去你曾经那些有心无心错过的事情，但它却不能擦去那些因过错而烙在你心头的印痕。错过与过错往往就在一念之间。不要因为错过的事情而耿耿于怀，也不要因为过错而郁郁寡欢，人生本来短暂，没必要再把时间浪费在过去的事情上。

9. Every path walked leaves its mark. Time acts like an eraser, easily erasing the things you have missed, whether by intention or not, but it cannot erase the scars left by your mistakes on your heart. Missing and making mistakes often lie in a single thought. Don't hold onto the things you have missed, nor be sad over your mistakes, as life is inherently short, and there is no need to waste time on the past.

10. 你爱谁，谁就是你的王子。于芸芸众生之中，我们相遇相爱，路再难走，始终舍不得放开你。为什么只有你能够进驻我心，一直到底？爱若非我们为彼此戴上的漂亮的冠冕，又是什么？直到一天，我们都老了，齿摇发白，手牵着手蹒跚地走路，我们也还是对方的老王子；或者老公主。

10. The one you love is your prince. Among the myriad of people, we meet and fall in love. No matter how difficult the path, we can never bear to let you go. Why is it that only you can take up residence in my heart? What is love if not the beautiful crown we have adorned for each other? Until the day we are both old, our teeth are loose, our hair is white, and we walk with each other's hands, we will still be each other's old prince; or the old princess.

11. 真正幸福的人，不仅仅指的是他生活中的每一个时刻都是快乐的，而是指他的生命整个状态，即使有经历痛苦的时刻，但他明白这些痛苦的真实意义，他知道这些痛苦过后，依然指向幸福。甚至可以说，这些痛苦也是幸福的一部分，他在总体上仍然是幸福的。

11. A truly happy person does not merely mean that every moment of their life is joyful, but refers to the overall state of their life. Even though they may experience moments of suffering, they understand the true meaning of these pains. They know that after these pains, happiness still awaits them. In fact, one could even say that these pains are part of happiness, and in the grand scheme of things, they remain happy.

12. 男人天生多情，只是他会对某一个人长情。女人天生专情，但她会对某一个人绝情。男人和一个喜欢的人在一起的时候，心里还有一个或多个她。因为他多情。女人和一个喜欢的人在一起她所想的就是他。即使有更好的男人出现她也不会放弃。因为她的专情。而当她决定放弃一切都没有余地了。因为她绝情。

12. Men are naturally emotional, but they tend to have a long-term attachment to one person. Women are naturally faithful, but they can be very ruthless to someone. When a man is with someone he likes, he still has one or more others in his heart. It's because of his emotional nature. When a woman is with someone she likes, all she thinks about is him. Even if a better man appears, she will not give up. This is due to her fidelity. However, when she decides to let go, there is no room for compromise. Because she is ruthless.

13. 《金刚经》说：“凡所有相，皆是虚妄。若见诸相非相，即见如来。”

13. The Diamond Sutra states: "All phenomena are empty and false. When one sees the non-phenomena in all phenomena, one sees the Buddha."

14. 不要总是觉得自己不够幸福， 没有不幸福 ，只有不知足。

14. Don't always feel that you are not happy enough; there is no unhappiness, only dissatisfaction.

15. 远离，不是放弃你，只是无法再接受你以我不愿意、不适合的方式来对待我。不愿意待在一个一点都不美丽，一点都不符合我本性的关系里。

15. Distant, not to give up on you, but to be unable to accept your treatment of me in a way that I do not wish or is not suitable. I am unwilling to stay in a relationship that is neither beautiful nor in harmony with my true nature.

16. 找到为你冠上心病的人 他不是医者他也是病人

16. Find the person who has given you a heartache; he is not a healer, he is also a patient.

17. 如果梦想不曾坠落悬崖，千钧一发，又怎会晓得，执着的人拥有隐形翅膀？

17. If the dream had not fallen from the cliff's edge, at the brink of disaster, how would one know that the steadfast have invisible wings?

18. 人如果做了错事被追问，第一个反应是不承认是撒谎，第二是寻找一大堆理由自圆其说，第三是责怪别人，第四是沉默，第五才说，我错了。这个过程是将错误不断放大的过程，以至于无可挽回，连忏悔的机会都丢了。聪明人会首先说，我错了。可惜生活中能够首先说我错了的人，不到万分之一。

18. When a person is questioned for doing something wrong, the first reaction is to deny and lie, the second is to find a pile of reasons to justify themselves, the third is to blame others, the fourth is to be silent, and only fifthly to admit, "I was wrong." This process is one of continuously amplifying the mistake until it becomes irreparable, even losing the opportunity for repentance. A wise person would first say, "I was wrong." Unfortunately, in life, fewer than one in ten thousand people are able to say this first.

19. 在找到合适的人之前，唯一需要做的，就是让自己足够的优秀。

19. Before finding the right person, the only thing that needs to be done is to become sufficiently outstanding.

20. 重要的不是爱有多深，而是能爱到底；重要的不是爱上你，而是只爱你一个人。

20. What matters is not how deep the love is, but whether it can last to the end; what matters is not falling in love with you, but loving only you.

21. 原来，寂寞时是自己的手指数脚指;原来，思念时是连呼吸也会肉痛;原来，一个人就是一辈子。永远不要栽培你爱的男人，你把他栽培的太好，结果只有两个：他从此看不起你或他给人偷了。追求一个人的手法不需要太聪明，但离开的手法必须聪明绝顶!

21. It turns out that when one is lonely, it's counting one's fingers and toes; it turns out that when one is missing someone, even breathing can cause a physical ache; it turns out that a person is a lifetime. Never cultivate the man you love, for if you cultivate him too well, the result will be one of two: he will look down on you from then on, or he will be stolen by someone else. The methods to pursue someone don't need to be too clever, but the methods to leave must be incredibly smart!

22. 明朝朱载堉写了一首《不足诗》，讽刺那些因贪求无厌，而深陷痛苦的人。得到衣食，又想要车马。有了车马，又想要仆从。有了仆从，又想要豪宅。最后做了皇帝，还想做玉皇大帝。

22. Zhu Zaiyu of the Ming Dynasty wrote a poem titled "Not Enough," satirizing those who are deeply trapped in suffering due to their insatiable greed. After obtaining food and clothing, they desire chariots and horses. After having chariots and horses, they yearn for attendants. After obtaining attendants, they desire grand houses. Finally becoming emperors, they still wish to be the Jade Emperor.

23. 如果你不知道这里就是你要找的地方，即使你来到这里，也是毫无意义。

23. If you don't know that this is the place you're looking for, even if you come here, it is meaningless.

24. 穿过时光的记忆，告诉自己，世界是美好的，人生是美丽的。不要悲伤，不要流泪，随着时间的流逝一切的苦痛都会过去的。曾今的痛苦会是今天的美丽。痛苦演变成美丽，美丽的更加美丽。不信，你驻足而忆，一件一件的理顺。

24. Through the memory of time, remind yourself that the world is beautiful, and life is beautiful. Do not be sad, do not shed tears, as time passes, all the pain will pass. The pain of the past will be the beauty of today. Pain transforms into beauty, making beauty even more beautiful. If you don't believe it, stop and remember, sorting out one by one.

25. 如果你每天从内心里呐喊三七二十一遍我用不着为这一点小事而烦恼，你会发现，你心里有一种不可思议的力量，内心会霍然强大起来。

25. If you shout internally thirty-seven twenty-one times a day, "I don't need to worry about this trivial matter," you will find that there is an incredible power within you, and your inner strength will suddenly grow stronger.

26. 生活是根绳子，总是牵着我们的鼻子走。为了生活，我们忍让、退缩、扭曲甚至出卖自己。不要以为这是正常的，很多时候我们习惯的东西，就这样偷偷地改变着我们的性格。不是生活决定我们去做什么，而是我们做的事情决定了我们要过一种什么样的生活。你若把生活扛在肩上，它永远都是你的负荷。

26. Life is a rope that always pulls us by the nose. For the sake of life, we tolerate, retreat, distort, and even betray ourselves. Don't think this is normal; many times, what we get accustomed to subtly changes our character. It's not life that decides what we do, but what we do determines the kind of life we will lead. If you carry life on your shoulders, it will always be your burden.

27. 人，会在不幸的时候切身感到“不幸”，而只有在回望的时候才会感到“幸福”。说“我现在很幸福”的人，是值得被祝贺的。

27. People can only truly feel "unfortunate" when they are in不幸, and only when they look back will they feel "happy." Those who say, "I am very happy now" are worthy of congratulation.

28. 一位哲人说：“我们感到痛苦，是因为我们需要的不多，而想要的太多。”欲望无止境，人生就充满折腾和算计。而学会降低欲望，懂得满足，生活就变得简单而美好。

28. A philosopher said, "We feel pain because we need so little but desire so much." Desire is limitless, and life is filled with turmoil and calculation. However, by learning to lower our desires and knowing when to be satisfied, life becomes simple and beautiful.

29. 从陌生到熟悉，一点一滴地累积我们的感情，有种快乐除了你，任何人都没法给予。

29. From unfamiliar to familiar, our feelings accumulate little by little, and there is a kind of happiness that no one else can give except you.

30. 很多东西就像是指缝间的阳光，温暖，美好，却永远无法抓住。

30. Many things are like the sunlight slipping through one's fingers, warm and beautiful, yet forever ungraspable.

31. 假装坚强，是不想让人看到眼泪;假装开心，是不想让人知道寂寞;假装高兴，是不想让人看见伤口;假装甜蜜，是不想让人看见泪水;假装轻松，是不想让人发觉心酸;假装幸福，是不想让人看见疤痕;假装成熟，是不想让人看出无知;假装聪明，是不想让人看到失败;假装快乐，是不想让人看出孤独!

31. Pretending to be strong is not wanting others to see tears; pretending to be happy is not wanting others to know loneliness; pretending to be cheerful is not wanting others to see wounds; pretending to be sweet is not wanting others to see tears; pretending to be relaxed is not wanting others to detect bitterness; pretending to be happy is not wanting others to see scars; pretending to be mature is not wanting others to discern ignorance; pretending to be smart is not wanting others to see failure; pretending to be joyful is not wanting others to see loneliness!

36. 别活得太累，别忙得太疲惫;想吃别嫌贵，想穿别说浪费;心烦了找朋友聚会，瞌睡了倒头就睡。心态平和是最美，天天快乐那才对。

Don't live too hard, don't be too tired from busyness; if you want to eat, don't complain about the price, if you want to wear something, don't say it's a waste; when you're upset, find friends to have a gathering, and when you're sleepy, just fall asleep. A peaceful mindset is the most beautiful, and that's what being happy every day is about.

37. 如果你自己明明对，别人硬说你不对，你也要向人忏悔，修行就是修这些。你什么事都能忍下来，才会进步。就是明明是你对，你也要向他人求忏悔，那就是修行了。

37. If you are clearly right but others insist that you are wrong, you should still confess to others; cultivating virtues is about this. Only by enduring everything can you make progress. Even if you are clearly right, you should seek forgiveness from others, and that is considered as cultivation.

38. 也许上帝当年从亚当身上抽出那根肋骨时，他就想到了。他想女人永远都可以要男人的命。她可以让你生，也可以让你死，因为她曾经是保护男人心脏的那根肋骨，她可以保护你的心脏，也可以刺穿男人的心脏。

38. Perhaps when God took that rib from Adam, He had it in mind. He thought that women could always take a man's life. She can make you live, and she can make you die, because she was once the rib that protected a man's heart; she can protect your heart, or she can pierce a man's heart.

39. 生活中的许多苦难，我们要学会承受，学会担当，学会在泪水中直立自己的灵魂。生活从来都是波澜起伏的，命运从来都是峰回路转的，因为有了曲折和故事，我们的生命才会精彩。有时候，哭泣，不是屈服;后退，不是认输;放手，不是放弃;沉默，不是无话可说。摔倒了又怎样，至少我们还年轻。

39. Many hardships in life, we need to learn to bear, learn to take responsibility, and learn to stand tall with our souls in tears. Life is always full of ups and downs, and destiny is always winding and turning. It is because of the twists and turns and stories that our lives become exciting. Sometimes, crying is not about yielding; stepping back is not about admitting defeat; letting go is not about giving up; silence is not about having nothing to say. What if we fall? At least we are still young.

40. 在最在乎的人和事面前，我们最没有价值，越在乎，越卑微。

41. Sometimes, we can comfort others with the same thing, but we cannot persuade ourselves. The heart is a pocket; less stuff in it is called the soul, a bit more is called the heart's eyes, even more is called cunning, and even more is called scheming. We don't need to complicate life, for it is already complex enough. Happiness is a peaceful heart smiling at the world in moments of joy. Don't take others' sharp criticisms of you to heart; learn to transcend.

42. 人生一场，不求其轰轰烈烈，只求其能平平淡淡安安然然快快乐乐的走自己该走的路，过自己该过的日子。默守一份宁静，淡然一份孤寂、保持一份简单、一份无忧的心情，快乐时且快乐。因为人生中本就有太多的悲欢离合，所以人得好好爱惜自己，珍惜生命，安然生活，静怡人生。聚也好、离也好、悲也好、喜也好，随遇而安吧。

42. In the course of life, I do not seek for a resounding and spectacular journey, but only for a peaceful and tranquil life, walking my own path happily and joyfully. Guarding a sense of tranquility, accepting a dose of solitude, maintaining simplicity, and a carefree mood, enjoying happiness when it comes. Because there are too many joys and sorrows, partings and reunions in life, so one must cherish oneself, treasure life, live calmly, and enjoy a peaceful existence. Whether it's a gathering or a parting, sorrow or joy, just embrace whatever comes with ease.

43. 当一个女人完全看不懂一个男人的时候，只有两种可能：完全的不爱和爱的伤痕累累。

43. When a woman can't understand a man at all, there are only two possibilities: either she doesn't love him at all or she has deep wounds from love.

44. 大千世界，五彩缤纷，繁华万千，却也到处充满了浮华和喧嚣。无论现实还是网络，都愿追求一份简单。清简岁月，安之若素!

44. In this vast world, full of a myriad of colors and bustling with prosperity, there is also everywhere an abundance of flamboyance and noise. Whether in reality or online, I wish to pursue a simple life. Embrace the simple years with tranquility and peace!

45. 不是井里没有水，而是挖的不够深;不是成功来的慢，而是放弃速度快。得到一件东西需要智慧，放弃一样东西则需要勇气!

45. It's not that there's no water in the well, but that it hasn't been dug deep enough; it's not that success comes slowly, but that the speed of giving up is fast. Gaining something requires wisdom, while giving up something requires courage!

46. 所有男孩子在发誓的时候，都是真的觉得自己一定不会违背承诺，而在反悔的时候，也都是真的觉得自己不能做到，所以誓言这种东西无法衡量坚贞，也不能判断对错，它只能证明，在说出来的那一刻，彼此曾经真诚过。

46. All boys, when they are making an oath, truly believe that they will never break their promise, and when they regret, they also truly believe that they cannot do it. Therefore, an oath cannot measure fidelity, nor can it judge right or wrong; it can only prove that at the moment it was spoken, both parties were sincere.

47. 多年后,你的名字你的容颜,没忘没想忘没敢忘!

47. Years later, your name, your face, I haven't forgotten, I haven't thought of forgetting, I haven't dared to forget!

48. 末日 又在的身守候

49. 因为宁静，才会脱离过分追逐名与利的苦与痛，哀与伤，怨与恨，才会静下心来，看清自己的目标与方向，看准自己的长处与短处，找到自己的位置，才不会眼高手低，才不会盲目跟风，才不会好高骛远。

49. It is because of tranquility that one can detach oneself from the sufferings and pain, sorrow and grief, resentment and hatred caused by excessive pursuit of fame and wealth. Only then can one settle down, see one's own goals and direction clearly, accurately identify one's strengths and weaknesses, find one's own position, and not be too ambitious, not follow the crowd blindly, and not aim too high.

50. 得到她的人却得不到她的心，那还不如放手，这样对谁都好，同感的投一下票。

50. If someone gets her body but not her heart, it's better to let go. This is good for everyone involved. I vote in agreement.

51. 作家白落梅说：“一切荣辱，皆归尘土。得失随缘，才能自在安宁。”

51. The writer Bai Luomei said, "All honors and disgraces return to dust. Only by following one's fate can one achieve peace and tranquility."

52. 老和尚回来后，弟子如实禀告，并做好被斥责的准备。老和尚说：“事实如此，我责备你又有何用，何必徒增烦恼！”

52. After the old monk returned, the disciple reported the facts as they were, and prepared himself for scolding. The old monk said, "That's how it is. What good would it do for me to scold you? Why should I add to your distress!"

53. 幸福的人懂得怎样控制自己的思想，不会让消极的情绪控制自己。幸福的人会从积极的方面来考虑，他们坚信再糟糕的情况下也有积极可取的地方。聆听不是保持沉默，而是仔细去听对方说了什么、没说什么，以及真正的涵意。所谓的聆听，应该是用我们的眼、耳和心去听对方的声音。

53. Happy people know how to control their thoughts and do not let negative emotions control them. Happy people consider things from a positive perspective, and they firmly believe that even in the worst situations, there are positive aspects to be found. Listening is not about being silent, but about carefully listening to what the other person has said, what has not been said, and the true meaning. So-called listening should be about using our eyes, ears, and hearts to listen to the voice of the other person.

54. 失望只有两种可能：选错了人，或是怀有不该有的期待。

54. Disappointment only has two possibilities: choosing the wrong person, or having unrealistic expectations.

55. 陆上的人喜欢寻根问底 虚度很多光阴

55. People on land like to dig into the roots and origins, and they waste a lot of time in the process.

56. 在荒凉的贬所，刘禹锡住在简陋的屋子里，穷困潦倒，孤独无靠。但他不以为意，仍然豁达乐观，怡然自乐。他写下《陋室铭》：

58. 当你快乐的时候，沙滩上有四行脚印；当你伤悲的时候，沙滩上有两行脚印。因为当你快乐时我陪着你一起走，当你悲伤时我背着你，让你靠在我的肩上往前行。所以我们要记得快乐，否则对方会很累。

58. When you are happy, there are four sets of footprints on the beach; when you are sad, there are only two. Because when you are happy, I walk with you together, and when you are sad, I carry you on my back, letting you lean on my shoulder as we move forward. So we should remember to be happy, otherwise the other person will be very tired.

59. 生活本来很不易，不必事事渴求别人的理解和认同，静静的过自己的生活。心若不动，风又奈何。你若不伤，岁月无恙。

59. Life itself is not easy. There is no need to seek others' understanding and approval for everything. Just quietly live your own life. If your heart does not move, what can the wind do? If you do not hurt yourself, time will pass without any harm.

60. 没有幻想、没有期望，就如同鸟儿被捆住了翅膀。过多的幻想、过高的期望，就像鸟儿不知飞向何方。

60. Without illusions, without expectations, it is as if birds have their wings tied. Too much fantasy, too high expectations, are like birds not knowing which way to fly.
