1. 《周易》：“一阴一阳之谓道。”

1. The I Ching: "The way is the unity of yin and yang."

2. 世间万物，相反相成，合而为一。

2. All things in the world are interdependent, opposites complement each other, and when combined, they form a unity.

3. 立身处世，也要刚柔相济，阴阳互动。

3. In personal conduct and social interactions, one should also balance between firmness and gentleness, as well as between yin and yang, engaging in reciprocal interaction.

4. 既要有菩萨低眉的修养，展现柔软力，凝聚人心。

4. One must possess the cultivation of a Bodhisattva who bows with a lowered brow, displaying a soft power and uniting the hearts of people.

5. 又要有金刚怒目的手段，表现威慑力，破浪前行。

5. One must also have the means of the Vajra's fierce gaze, demonstrating a deterrent presence, and forging ahead against the waves.

6. 一正一反，一阴一阳，双管齐下，事乃可成。

6. With one positive and one negative, one yin and one yang, a dual approach, the matter can be accomplished.

7. 仁者无敌。

7. The benevolent have no adversaries.

8. 仁爱之心，如春风化雨，滋润万物。如汩汩甘泉，利益众生。

8. The heart of benevolence, like the spring breeze and gentle rain, nourishes all things. Like a flowing spring of sweet water, it benefits all sentient beings.

9. 有仁德者得民心，得民心者得天下。

9. Those with benevolence and virtue win the people's hearts, and those who win the people's hearts win the world.

10. 刘备本是织席贩履之徒，出身卑贱，穷困潦倒。何况，文不能著书，武不能平乱。

10. Liu Bei was originally a person who sold mats and shoes, of humble origin and destitute. Moreover, he couldn't write books in terms of literature and couldn't quell rebellions in terms of military affairs.

11. 不过，他凭着仁义的禀赋，让精英汇聚，天下归心。

11. However, by virtue of his natural endowment of benevolence and righteousness, he gathered the elite together, winning the hearts of people across the realm.

12. 刘备做平原县令，当地豪强想要刺杀他。刺客扮做仆人，伺机而动。然而，经过一段时间的相处后，刺客被刘备的仁爱之心感染，自暴身份，负荆请罪。

12. Liu Bei served as the county magistrate of Pingyuan, and local strongmen wanted to assassinate him. The assassins disguised themselves as servants and awaited their opportunity. However, after a period of time spent together, the assassin was infected by Liu Bei's benevolence and revealed his identity, carrying a willow branch to ask for forgiveness.

13. 隆中对策，刘备被诸葛亮的眼界和智慧折服。邀请诸葛亮出山被拒，他忍不住泣下沾襟，哽咽道：“先生不去，如苍生何！”

13. In Longzhong, Liu Bei was convinced by Zhuge Liang's broad vision and wisdom. When he invited Zhuge Liang to come out and assist, the invitation was rejected, and Liu Bei could not help but shed tears, wetting his sleeves, and choked with emotion, saying, "If Master Zhuge does not go, what will become of the common people!"

14. 诸葛亮于是追随刘备，鞠躬尽瘁，死而后已。

15. 《道德经》：“上善若水，水善利万物而不争。处众人所恶，故几於道。”

15. Tao Te Ching: "The highest good is like water; water benefits all things without contention. It stays in the lowly places that people dislike, thus it is close to the Tao."

16. 最顶级的善良，就像流水。默默滋养万物，与世无争。把自己放在较低的位置，所以更接近天道。

16. The highest form of kindness is like flowing water. It silently nourishes all things without contention. By placing itself in a lower position, it comes closer to the Way of Heaven.

17. 地势坤，君子以厚德载物。

17. The terrain is坤, the gentleman uses his great virtue to bear things.

18. 一个人有仁义之心，有善良之行，有正义之举，一定能得到众人的支持和帮助，聚水成海，磅礴万方。

18. A person with a heart of benevolence and righteousness, with kind actions, and with acts of justice, will surely gain the support and assistance of many, gathering waters to form the sea, expanding in all directions.

19. 佛教既有慈眉善目的佛菩萨，也有横眉怒目的金刚。佛菩萨是普渡慈航，仁爱众生。金刚外露杀气，威吓一切邪神妖祟。

19. Buddhism features both benevolent and kind-hearted Buddha and bodhisattvas, as well as fierce and wrathful Vajras. The Buddha and bodhisattvas are the compassionate pilots who navigate the vast sea of sentient beings. The Vajras reveal their killing energy, intimidating all evil spirits and demons.

20. 为人处世，我们有圣贤的仁义之心，才行得稳。同时，要有金刚降魔的霹雳手段，才能破除重重阻碍，站住脚跟。

20. In dealing with people and the world, we must have the benevolent and righteous heart of the sages in order to act steadily. At the same time, we must possess the thunderous means of金刚降魔 (a metaphor for powerful and decisive action) to overcome numerous obstacles and establish a firm foothold.

21. 吴王阖闾为了检验孙武的军事才能，让他以军事方式，管理混乱的后宫。

21. King Helu of Wu, in order to test Sun Tzu's military abilities, had him manage the chaotic harem in a military manner.

22. 一些妃嫔姬妾，恃宠而骄，目无法度，不把孙武的命令当回事。她们甚至在孙武军训的时候，扭捏作态，追逐嬉闹，捉弄孙武。

22. Some concubines and favored women, relying on their favor, became proud and rebellious, disregarding laws and regulations, and not taking Sun Wu's orders seriously. They even went so far as to act coquettishly and playfully during Sun Wu's military training, chasing and teasing Sun Wu.

23. 于是，孙武派人抓捕了挑头闹事的宠妃，并依照军法斩杀。随着人头落地，所有人心惊胆战，噤若寒蝉。

23. Then, Sun Wu sent men to arrest the favored concubine who was inciting trouble and executed her according to military law. As heads fell, everyone was in a state of shock and fear, as silent as a dead bird.

24. 从此，孙武令行禁止，说一不二，后宫秩序井井有条，规矩肃然。

24. From then on, Sun Wu enforced his orders without exception, speaking with one voice and maintaining strict discipline. The harem was orderly and the rules were strictly observed.

25. 世上总有一些人，自以为是，不守规矩。甚至欺软怕硬，作奸犯科，只有用雷霆手段，才能将他降伏。

25. There are always some people in the world who are self-righteous and unruly. They even bully the weak and fear the strong, committing crimes and misdeeds. Only with the force of thunder can they be subdued.

26. 无柔，则人心不顺。无刚，则障碍难除。

26. Without gentleness, the people's hearts will not be at ease. Without firmness, it will be difficult to overcome obstacles.

27. 刚柔相济，阴阳相协，才能把事情做到圆满。

27. Only when the combination of firmness and gentleness, and the harmony of yin and yang, can one accomplish things perfectly.

28. 元朝末年，天下大乱，群雄逐鹿。布贩子出身的徐寿辉，被推举为天完政权的皇帝。然而，徐寿辉一味仁义，性格软弱，被手下陈友谅杀害。

28. At the end of the Yuan Dynasty, there was great chaos in the world, and many powerful figures were vying for power. Xu Shouhui, who was a cloth vendor by birth, was elected as the emperor of the Tianwan regime. However, Xu Shouhui was overly benevolent and weak in character, and was assassinated by Chen Youlang, one of his subordinates.

29. 陈友谅上台后，奉行和徐寿辉完全相反的思想路线。他心狠手辣，手段残忍，将士们敢怒不敢言。因为人心涣散，最后被朱元璋打败。

29. After Chen Youliang came to power, he followed an ideological line that was completely opposite to that of Xu Shouhui. He was ruthless and cruel, and the soldiers dared not express their anger. Due to the fragmentation of public opinion, he was finally defeated by Zhu Yuanzhang.

30. 而朱元璋，以吊民伐罪为口号，安抚百姓，尊重贤才，关心将士，得到了官吏将佐的衷心拥护。同时，对于内部的反叛者和自己的敌人，他出手果决，杀伐决断，不留后患。

And Zhu Yuanzhang, with the slogan of "punishing the guilty and comforting the people", calmed the citizens, respected the talented, and cared for the soldiers, thereby gaining the heartfelt support of officials and military officers. At the same time, for internal rebels and his own enemies, he acted decisively, making swift and decisive decisions, leaving no lingering problems.

31. 最后，朱元璋聚人心，除外寇，荡平群雄，鼎定华夏，创立大明王朝。

31. Finally, Zhu Yuanzhang united the people, expelled the foreign invaders, vanquished the various strongmen, stabilized the empire, and established the Ming Dynasty.

32. 让你的善良，自带锋芒，善良才会被敬畏。

32. Let your kindness have its sharp edge; then it will be feared and respected.

33. 给你的锋芒，注入善良，锋芒才有正义性。

33. Grant your sharpness the touch of kindness, and then your sharpness will possess righteousness.

34. 刚柔相济，双管齐下，我们终能破局而出，取得胜利。

34. With a combination of firmness and gentleness, and employing a dual approach, we will ultimately break through the deadlock and achieve victory.

35. 做人，菩萨低眉是修养，金刚怒目是手段。

35. In human life, the serene eyes of a bodhisattva represent cultivation, while the fierce gaze of a Vajra represents means.

36. 心怀仁德，正思正行，自然得道多助。

36. With benevolence in one's heart and righteous thoughts and actions, one naturally gains numerous helpers along the path to enlightenment.

37. 面含威仪，手段果决，容易战胜万难。

37. With a dignified demeanor and decisive methods, it is easy to overcome all difficulties.

38. 内外兼修，阴阳兼具，才能成为一个强大的人。

38. One must cultivate both inner and outer修养, embodying both yin and yang, to become a powerful individual.
