1. 虽然精神内耗并不是心理疾病,但和心理疾病具有一定的关系。人体在自我控制中需要消耗的心理资源不足时,就会长期处于一种内耗的状态,这种长期的内耗会让人疲惫,这种疲惫再通过休息也无法获得缓解。如果精神内耗比较严重,总是积压内心的负面情绪,不能有效转移注意力,也不能及时化解负面情绪与内心压力,可能导致烦躁、易激惹、人际关系敏感。如果过度压抑,还可能出现自残或自杀行为,有可能诱发抑郁症、焦虑症等疾病。长期精神内耗可能出现敏感多疑,严重时出现被害妄想、幻听等,进而可能引起精神分裂症等疾病问题,此时通过自我调整无法缓解,及时前往医院,明确相关疾病,对因治疗。

2. 精神内耗并不是心理疾病,临床上也没有精神内耗的诊断名称。精神内耗,可能是指将压力或心理冲突积压在内心深处自我控制,并不宣泄负面情绪,造成内心压抑,导致精神痛苦、疲惫的心理状态。一般情况下,如果精神内耗并不严重,不影响人际交往与工作能力,一般无需特殊处理,可以通过调节情绪,理性思考,合理宣泄负面情绪来缓解,如倾诉、跑步、练字、游泳等。
