With a mind free from hindrance, to cultivate the path of ultimate goodness to its perfection, this is the ultimate realm of life.
1. If we fall into concepts, if we are not using a transcendental heart to do worldly matters, our days will not be pleasant. Observing impermanence, purifying our nature, understanding impermanence, and the world will be peaceful.
2. The essence of Buddhism seems to be something that one keeps turning over and over without being able to crack it open, which can be quite troublesome. If you do good deeds out of compassion in your heart, this kind of merit will not be complete, because from the very beginning, you have started with a desire. All defilements are suffering, and seeking is not the path. Later on, you inadvertently fall into your own concepts.
3. In life, it is inevitable to encounter some bad people and things. If you get entangled in them, you will inevitably suffer greatly and it will lower your own level, turning yourself into a bad person as well. The best way to handle it is to not bother about it, just smile lightly, walk away far, just like when you encounter a fly, there's no need to chase and beat it; just walk away would be fine.
4. Only when a person is truly relaxed will they feel completely unguarded around their surroundings, will they become carefree, and will they have such a demand for your pampering. They will also become overly concerned about everything in their unconscious habits. Perhaps this is the ideal of the common people, and I am no exception.
5. Someone asked the great monk, "If someone curses me, slanders me, mistreats me, and hates me, what should I do?"
6. Happiness and sorrow come with the flow of circumstances. When you let go of the past and of yourself, then, you will not be able to achieve the perfection of cultivation in solitude.
7. The wisdom of Buddhism is a psychological discipline that operates in life and in the present moment. It is a skillful and convenient method for seeking liberation and freedom, and it is also a non-dual method that operates in time and space, experiencing the impermanence and the sorrow and joy. We often fall into the trap of concepts, and the root of all things is still not well-attained in ignorance of the self-nature, wisdom is not opened up, and there is still a problem with self-possessiveness. Well, then, one realizes that the present moment is also impermanent.

10. If you are prepared, go ahead; if you have reservations, then please slow down. Passion and time, reality and the passage of time, you and I, none of us can escape the arrangement of cause and effect.
11. One must cultivate inner tranquility to nourish virtue, and must foster compassion to enter the path of enlightenment. As it is said, the Tao follows its own nature, all laws converge in the heart. How to manage this heart has become a long-cherished wish for practitioners on the path of cultivation. How to express oneself appropriately, how to integrate one's own temperament into the surrounding energy field, and how to be aware and attentive in the face of less favorable circumstances – these are the unchanging initial intentions throughout one's journey. Of course, it is also impossible to be lost in confusion due to some weaknesses of human nature.

This sutra comprehensively summarizes the essence of the teachings in the "Great Prajna Paramita" from the shallow to the profound.
