1. The one who is willing to make concessions out of 25 is the winner. People who don't know how to be grateful are even more terrifying than wolves. One must always be honest and kind, and never feel guilty in their heart... Good night, have sweet dreams.

2. Do not seek to clarify when repressed. If one seeks clarification, it shows that the repression has not been forgotten. The resentment towards others and myself arises from the repression. Enduring and repressing is modesty, what harm is there in that? To endure repression is to open the door to action.

3. If one engages in actions with the expectation of receiving rewards, it will lead to a desire for blessings and a tendency to be overly concerned with gains. Moreover, there is a time when the blessings will be exhausted.

4. 26 I've been feeling really exhausted lately! There have been frequent mistakes in shipping! It's due to my own lack of rigor in doing things. Sometimes, when I'm carrying stones, I'm not very strict about checking the shipping... and I've been too relaxed as well! I must learn from this lesson next time... even for the smallest items, I must ensure the quality and integrity of the shipping! Do things and live with a clear conscience, wholeheartedly and sincerely! This must be remembered!

7. Diligent and earnest, only seeking to have no regrets in one's heart, not acting like a phony gentleman; devoting oneself completely without pursuing fame and wealth, is the true sign of a hero.

8. Everything that heaven gives you is for the sake of completing your life.

9.26 There is no judgment more painful than the judgment of one's own conscience. - Tandriyakov

10. 13 believes that things that seem absolutely unbearable will pass in time: an interview, a date, a mistake, a public embarrassment. At the time, the tension, anxiety, and worry about losing out were overwhelming. Looking back later, it all just passed. You said you were so scared, but you didn't die. You said it was almost terrifying, but you weren't scared to death. Time moves on and doesn't stop for anyone. Everything will become a thing of the past. Do what you do without any regret and strive to do your best. As for the rest, it's all up to chance.

11. When misunderstood and suppressed, don't always hope that you can be understood and regain importance through argumentation.

13. 2 Simplicity is good; thinking and living simply, without any regrets in one's heart is the best. What is the point of guessing and pondering endlessly? It only leads to dissatisfaction and unhappiness.

14. Seek not to gain any share in profits. If you do, your deluded mind will be stirred. When your deluded mind is stirred, it will lead to evil desires that will damage yourself. In this world, profits are inherently empty; do not vainly seek them. Treat the pursuit of trivial profits as the pursuit of wealth and honor.

15. Nothing is perfect, and it is also difficult to be perfect in every way. We do not seek for everything to go smoothly, but only wish to live an honest life without any regrets in our hearts.

16. A blue sky over my head, a belief in my heart. Not ignorance in youth, but an aversion to challenges. I seek clarity in all things. It's a nature that's hard to change, yet I can still seek justice for you. What joy would it bring me not to? Some careless words that unraveled my doubts, an inexplicable urge that led me to continue seeking. Your every move, I pay close attention to. Just let the truth be revealed, and everything will be without blemish in my heart. I'm waiting for your arrival, to experience love and hate entwined. Waiting has its own coming and going, yet there are times when I find it hard to express. Not a moment of impulse, but a deep love for you, I just want to take you with me through the future. Some careless words that unraveled my doubts, an inexplicable urge that led me to continue seeking. Your every move, I pay close attention to. Just let the truth be revealed, and everything will be without blemish in my heart.

17. If I could know that illness is originally empty, all being caused by karma and conditions, then the evil demon would no longer be able to torture me.

18. Life is so烦 in 25 years, be simple in life; simple in living, simple in doing things, simple in life. Life is so easy, it's just about being straightforward; a gentleman always has a broad mind, while a small man is often troubled, if there is no illness in the heart, what can they do to me?

19. In the 14th century, things are always complex, with blurred boundaries between right and wrong. With sufficient clarity in understanding, one can better gauge the appropriate measure. To be a person and do things, one needs a sufficient reserve of knowledge. With the right measure, one is closer to being free from any guilt in one's heart.

20. It's difficult to be a person, and it's even harder to be a good person. Whether it's family ties or friendships, there's no avoiding offending others in terms of interests. As long as you do things without any regrets in your heart, it doesn't matter what others think. You can only act according to your own conscience, as others' mouths can't control you, and their hearts are even harder to fathom. When humans are doing good, heaven is watching. Each person should cultivate their own virtues, and the hearts of people should incline towards goodness. Do things without any regrets in your heart.

21. "Twenty percent is predetermined by fate, and seventy percent depends on hard work. As long as you have given your best effort, you can rest assured in your heart. The rest is up to the heavens to arrange."

22. Life is short, and all things are in vain. Live carefree, live happily, do what you like, and live out the true self. Do not seek fame or profit, do things based on interest, and be a person based on conscience. Do not strive for perfection, but seek to have no regrets in one's heart; do not seek to satisfy everyone, but seek to be understood by someone; do not seek to achieve merit, but seek to avoid mistakes.

24. Just be upright and honest in your actions, and feel no guilt in your heart! At least you should not let yourself down!

25. They are suppressed and do not seek clarification. The meticulous pursuit of these ten non-seekings is essentially to solve a "no four aspects" issue, which is no self-aspect, no other person-aspect, no sentient beings-aspect, and no longevity-aspect. As long as we constantly require ourselves with these "ten non-seekings," and treat illnesses, difficulties, obstacles, and demons as "normal," our hearts will be clean and free from evil thoughts, and the four aspects will not arise. Therefore, it is said that in fact, a common mind is the "righteous mind." (Appendix: Original text)

26. The saying goes, "Seven good men are taken advantage of, and a good horse is ridden." The previous educational approach was to be honest and straightforward in one's demeanor and to be sincere and honest in one's actions. However, it seems that this is not feasible in the real world; there will always be those who act贱ly, without shame. Being polite to them only harms oneself. The pain and hurt I have experienced, whether in the past, present, or future, I will never forget. I believe that good people will be rewarded, and bad people will always be punished. To be without guilt to oneself, to others, and to the heavens, is the fundamental principle of being a person.

27. 23 Some people do anything just to feel guilt-free, but there are those who are different; they only seek not to be discovered!

28. As one's horizons broaden, the things they need change accordingly. Therefore, people's hearts are fickle, and time is relentless. Just be at peace with your conscience.

29. Do not always hope to get a piece of the pie and receive some benefit when it is profitable.

30. 22 We are both ordinary people, so we don't need to be too strict with ourselves. It's enough to be free from guilt in our hearts. Life is full of setbacks everywhere. May the difficult times now become surprises in the future of our lives. Keep fighting, to the you who is striving hard and never forgets your初心 at this moment!

31. So, what did Rio do wrong? Was it for not defending his semi-final zone or for losing in the team competition? Without the real gold and silver spent by the big shots, he's still the same person he was four years ago, living without any regret and doing things with an open heart. You're the ones with the dark thoughts, and you're the ones who make things complicated and narrow-minded. Isn't it obvious that supporting him should be a joyful thing, but it's been made into something so complex and narrow? Is that interesting?

32. In terms of dealing with people and things, one should not always hope for no difficulties and a smooth journey.

33. 8 Your words and actions, which you strive to present, all reflect your own deficiencies. In fact, as long as you have no regrets in your heart as a person, that is enough!

34. In this way, it is better to discard the pursuit of fame and reputation, because seeking fame through deceit ultimately becomes empty talk, and thereby creates negative karma. It is highly advisable to discard it, which is what is meant by 'discard the shoe'.

35. Thus, illness and suffering can be regarded as a good medicine, for it can treat one's own disease of greed, and is therefore named as a good medicine.

36. The wrong things that have been done are already done; blaming yourself won't help anymore. In the future, you need to work hard! Try your best! When you've given it your all, you can be at peace with your conscience.

37. There is one thing in life that one should not do – that which you find to be wrong should not be done. There is one thing that one must do – when you realize you are wrong, you should actively correct it. To live is to live with dignity, courage, openness, and a clear conscience.

38. To be a person, one must be honest and unashamed. A可怜 person must have something to be disliked, and their fate is also tragic, and they will never be able to understand this feeling, just like a flea in a cold corner. Any choice made by an adult must be responsible for the consequences. Tomorrow, the sun will rise as usual, but the light of the sun does not reach the flea.

39. Living in the world without difficulties: To live in the world without difficulties is not solely due to one's own abilities, but rather to the blessings of past karma. For example, some offspring of high-ranking officials and nobles may be people without education and skills, mere wine bags and food bags. However, they can command a hundred to comply, and their requests are always fulfilled. It is not because they have the ability themselves, but simply because of their great blessings, others are willing to do the work for them, and they have the conditions to enjoy the fruits. As for those so-called "lowly" people, they work hard day and night, may not even achieve a warm meal and a roof over their heads, and are often looked down upon. It is not because they lack the ability, but because their blessings are few, and they are easily subjected to discrimination and control by others. Therefore, when a person is in a state of prosperity or adversity, one should consider this to be the result of karmic retribution: success is not something to be overly joyful about, failure is not something to be overly sad about, prosperity is not something to be overly proud of, and adversity is not something to be overly卑下. Those of average or below-average intelligence can repent, reform their ways to do good, and hope to change their situation (by creating new causes to change existing results). The teachings in the Earth Store Sutra, the Lotus Sutra, and the Infinite Life Sutra encourage people to reform and do good, seeking the blessings of the Buddha and bodhisattvas, which is based on this principle. In fact, seeking the blessings of the Buddha and bodhisattvas is seeking the blessings of the Buddha nature within oneself, which is to change karma by changing one's own mind. This is still clinging to external phenomena. If a wise person understands that the law of cause and effect is inherently empty, and regards all circumstances with a mind that does not dwell, whether they are favorable or unfavorable, honored or dishonored, and disregards them all, this is the "knowing illusion and leaving". If the mind is as still as water, unmovable, then one can cultivate the path; there is hope for success.

40. 13 In terms of both behavior and work, one should strive to have no regrets in one's heart, for an open and honest heart can lead to a long life of a hundred years.

41. If one can understand that repression is also an illusion, all of which are led by the karmic forces of cause and effect, then it can be clearly seen that what is called repression is merely a result, not entirely due to one's own faults. In this way, one can calmly deal with repression and misunderstandings, waiting quietly for changes to unfold. (Note: Here, "quietly" does not refer to passive waiting, but rather to not blindly declaring positions, not acting in a single-minded manner without considering the objective environment and situation. It refers to cultivating a mind that is not attached, diligently practicing the ten good deeds, and hoping for the protection of the dragon and heavenly beings to change the environment.)

42. Justification - As stated in the "Diamond Sutra": "All things are empty and deceptive."

43. 3. Can't sleep. Endless thoughts flash through my mind. A friend has processed the withdrawal from school and is about to start a new life at the University of Melbourne. So am I, I am also trying my best to live well every day. Grateful for every day, not thinking about the future, cherishing the people in front of me. Just to be free from guilt. Please.

44. We do not seek to be free from illness, for suffering is inherently part of our karmic obstacles. However, from a dialectical perspective, when people are in pain or ill, they are less likely to commit various evil deeds (at least they will commit fewer), and instead, when they understand the truth, have a repentant heart, seek the Buddha's mercy, and are diligent in their practice, it greatly benefits their spiritual journey. This is because whether it is a physical illness or a mental illness, the so-called desire for comfort and warmth is not only desire but also includes actions like killing, stealing, harming others, gossiping, slanderous speech, lying, indecent language, greed, anger, ignorance, and many other evil deeds. Isn't every one of these committed when one is in good health? Knowing that my body is inherently empty, and that pain is an illusion within an illusion, even the evil spirit cannot disturb me. The power of karma is great, but the power of the mind is even greater. It is said that Master Daoguo of the Pure Land School once hurt his foot, and he knew that massaging the foot with a papaya heated and then applied could heal the injury. But without a papaya, he thought about a papaya in his mind, recited the word "papaya" with his mouth, and at the same time, massaged his foot with his hand. As a result, his foot injury was truly healed by these two words "papaya." The illness one has in this life is essentially a form of retribution for the evil deeds committed in past lives. Therefore, ancient sages have said: "Busyness increases wisdom and virtue, illness eliminates karmic obstacles." This is what is meant by that.

45. Friendship is not about benefiting oneself; friendship itself is also a kind of retribution for cause and effect. Why would we become friends in this life? Why would he help you everywhere in this life? Why would some people, who are supposed to be friends, secretly harm you? All of these are determined by the law of cause and effect. If you were kind to him in a past life and gave him benefits, he would feel happy to see you in this life and help you everywhere. If you treated him unjustly in a past life, he would even try to harm you in this life, even if he becomes your friend. Every sip and every bite is predestined. Understanding this principle, when encountering a good friend, you should not be complacent and think that you have "good luck" and have gained an advantage; when encountering an adverse friend, you should not blame the heavens or others, thinking that you have "bad luck" and have been taken advantage of. You should think: all these ups and downs are caused by the law of cause and effect, and have nothing to do with "fate." Moreover, what people call "fate" is just a schedule of cause and effect. The correct approach should be: when encountering a good friend, you should care for and help each other, and not just enjoy the favors of others, because the retribution will eventually end. Further, if you can study the truth of Buddhism together and improve together, this auspicious cause will be permanent. Not only is it permanent, but by helping others plant the seeds of good, you will be with them at the龙华会, and have repaid the Buddha's great kindness in a fraction. This is truly making good causes! When encountering an adverse friend, you should think of your past sins and sincerely repent before the Buddha, hoping to change the old cause with a new one, to make a good cause in the next life, and never "an eye for an eye." It is best to "repay resentment with kindness." As practitioners, we should be "those who do what others do not, and get what others cannot." In things that are considered "stupid" or "foolish" by ordinary people, if we can "do the difficult and endure the intolerable," we can "get what others cannot," change "fate," and even achieve successful cultivation. Of course, this "get" is still a "relative truth" according to the law of cause and effect; if we talk about the "ultimate truth" according to the reality, we even have to let go of this "get," "be without any attachment, and give rise to the mind," "have no wisdom and no gain," "because there is no gain." So, friends can be of two types: auspicious and adverse. There are many examples of this throughout history. There are the famous tales of the "Three Lives Stone" and the beautiful legends of Dongpo and Foyin. As for adverse friends, they exist in both ancient and modern times. Ancient and modern novels often talk about this: those with wealth and power have friends, but when they fall into trouble, no one comes to save them. Some young gentlemen rely on the wealth their father left them, spending their days with scoundrels, drinking, eating, whoring, and gambling. Among them, there are one or two who are "life-long friends," but once their wealth is exhausted, the worst abusers are these people. Some enemies turn into "kind mothers," catering to their children's whims, only to find that when they grow up, they become scoundrels and eventually suffer a cruel fate. Therefore, "adverse friends" are not necessarily adverse to one's own will. The friends or relatives who are too indulgent and finally harm others also belong to this category of "adverse friends." What is meant by "using adverse friendships as spiritual nourishment" has two meanings: On the surface, it may seem indifferent, even strict, but it is actually a true friend. The saying "the friendship of gentlemen is as pure as water" means that when there is real danger, those who are usually close will all scatter, but he is truly willing to "stick to his side," without any other concerns. The other is that the abnormal behavior of the opportunistic and mean-spirited people when they are in trouble can make one suddenly realize that the world is impermanent and everything is illusionary. Using this as spiritual nourishment for seeking progress is not very dialectical?
