1. 红花虽然好看,还要绿叶扶持。
1. Although the red flower is beautiful, it still needs the support of green leaves.
2. 宁可信其有,不可信其无。竹篱茅舍风光好,僧院道房终不如。
2. It's better to believe in the existence of something than to believe it doesn't exist. The scenery of bamboo hedges and thatched cottages is beautiful, but it's never as good as the monasteries and Taoist rooms.
3. There are millions of people, just be yourself. Some people are accustomed to taking small advantages from you, they are mean-spirited, while others are magnanimous. If you get the chance, take a big advantage from them and make them bleed. Similarly, let them remember: There is really nothing for free in the world, where can you get something for nothing to make a profit. Just do your best to be yourself is enough.
4. 是非终日有,不听自然无。宁可正而不足,不右邪而有余。
4. Right and wrong are always present, but if you don't listen to them, they will naturally disappear. It is better to be upright and lack something than to be biased and have excess.

5. Perseverance turns to gold. When something doesn't go as planned, you become angry as if you are in a fury. For no reason, your heart is stirred, are you thinking of becoming a dragon that melts bones? If there's something to do, take it slow, why let anger linger in your heart? Problems always have solutions, don't let it come to a face full of red. If you upset your middle qi, you'll earn enough to buy deer antler. A gentleman does not eat the loss in front of him, he must take care of his own health. Remember that perseverance turns to gold, and being human does not require too much impetuosity. In all things, harmony is the most precious, and love can bridge great distances. All under heaven are brothers, why should there be no room for ice and charcoal? Love can resolve all kinds of enmity, do not let the root of enmity grow deep. If you can turn a big matter into a small one, a small matter will soon disappear. As long as one person takes a step back, everyone's hearts will be harmonious. Show your magnanimity, that is truly having authority. To have cultivation is to be brave, and gentleness in dealing with affairs is the most useful. May everyone's dignity be preserved, and there will be good encounters in the future. Think calmly and quietly, tranquility will make all things clear. When the water recedes, the stones naturally appear, and when arguing, one encounters emptiness. Ask who does not make mistakes, and be tolerant where possible. Understand the other person's mistakes, win the other person's deep gratitude. There will be a day when mountains and rivers meet, and there is no place where people do not meet. The path to success: Rise early in the morning, and you will be full of spirit. If you want to reach the path to success, first don't be lazy. Indolence always leads to poverty and hardship, and there is no happy life. It's like a chest of precious jewels sinking to the bottom of the sea. In order to be a person, you must have a plan, and your life will be full of light. You must understand the meaning of life, it's not just a lifetime of emptiness. The plan for a year is in the present, and the plan for a lifetime is diligence. You must never hand in a blank paper, and you must pursue happiness. Now is a good opportunity, make a decision quickly. Do not undervalue yourself, success is also a part of you. From today on, be diligent, and try to show what you can do. Others may have eight sides, but you also have half a catty. There are no difficult things in the world, it depends on whether you have confidence. With confidence, there are ways, and by using methods, you can put them into practice. Things that seem impossible can be made possible with effort. Add a little more courage and the spirit of hard work. As long as you can endure hardship, the path to success is near. No matter how fierce the wind and rain, be firm in your will. Be careful and cautious on the road, do not let your spirit sink. Receiving a thunderous applause is to become a person of great importance. Filial piety comes first: Parents' love is as great as the sky, and heaven can not bear to be rebellious in front of them. Rebelliousness can produce rebellious offspring, filial children and grandchildren will be virtuous. The world turns and turns, and everything is connected. The ancient prophecies have all come true, remember to plant a good field in your heart. Only by raising a child can you know your parents' love, and they have made many great contributions. For whom does one work hard and busy? The education and upbringing should be remembered. Who raised me to be so big today, I should remember the past. Such deep thinking should be filial to parents, and repay them in their old age. The old and weak should be supported by their children, and the responsibility should be fulfilled. In the future, I will also be old, and then I will also hope for people's compassion. Care for them every day in cold and hunger, do not degrade your parents. If the economy is convenient, give them more pocket money. As long as the parents are warm, you can sleep soundly without regret. In your daily life, remember the source of water, how can you not think of filial piety? Disregarding your parents is like having no rice, and people's calculations are not as good as the calculations in heaven. Only by having filial piety in your heart can filial piety move the heavens. Often the gods will manifest, and fortune will come to the door. Filial piety will certainly be rewarded, and there has never been any delay in good rewards. Causality is unchangeable, and it has been so for thousands of years. If you want to add fortune and longevity, filial piety should be the first. Family motto: Remember that family and world affairs thrive, and there is no need to talk all day long. Cherish our small world, it will always be full of peace. Love and respect each other, and the family will be warm. Modesty is admired by everyone, and politeness is welcomed by everyone. Love the family as if you love yourself, and be honest and loyal. Work together with all your heart, and that is the essence of life. If there is too much quarreling, everyone's heart will not be at peace. In all things, leave room for others, and happiness will come. Mutual trust is the most important, and there should be no shadows in your heart. Be humanistic in your actions, and do not be cold to others. A little smile is the most adorable, and the house will immediately see the light. Warmth can buy.

10. Learn to respect and cherish the love you have. Emotions are not meant to be deceived; always show respect to those who love you. There is a reason why someone loves you; don't ask why, but accept it and repay with doubled affection. However, never deceive someone's feelings, even if you are not interested in them or they have flaws; this is a wealth that money cannot buy. Remember: Disregarding others' emotional investment is the same as despising yourself. As mentioned in "12 Philosophies of Love," playing with objects can waste one's ambitions, and playing with people can erode one's morality. Love is a virtue.

18. Be cautious in your actions and careful in your words. Speak with your brain, as too many words are of no benefit. Many things are either achieved or lost through words. In everyday life, you must be strict with yourself, otherwise, it will bring you a lot of trouble. Don't just talk for the sake of momentary satisfaction or blurt out anything without thinking, thinking that a smile from others is appreciation. Don't keep on sharing your deepest feelings endlessly, as this will only make others fully understand your situation. In the end, they might secretly laugh at you.
19. The purpose of this reminder is to emphasize the importance of "contentment" and "knowing when to stop." Laozi believed that by achieving these two points, one can avoid shame and not fall into danger. However, people in the world often chase fame and fortune without reservation, being greedy without limits, and thus often bring about their own downfall, with trivial cases leading to shame and serious cases to loss of life. Therefore, Laozi calls for: life is more important than empty fame, and more precious than wealth. One must control one's actions in the face of material desires, only then can one maintain the independence of one's character and the longevity of one's life.

42. Rising from the mud without being stained, understanding the mechanics without using them, one must return early when one gains satisfaction, and not let go at one's will; one should broaden one's horizons, and after death, the benevolence will last forever. If a person can be sincere and calm, it is better than regulating the breath and observing one's mind; the wealthy should give more generously, the wise should not炫耀, and if one can let go of desires, one can transcend ordinary people; knowing how to retreat is the way to victory, adding three parts of tolerance can enhance one's virtues, leaving the true spirit to the heavens and earth, and a virtuous reputation to the universe. First conquer one's own heart before subduing demons, and calm one's own temper before controlling others; do not indulge in desires on the path of desire, and do not retreat on the path of reason; rise above the heavens and earth, and do not enter the realm of fame and profit; stand a step higher in one's conduct, and step back a step in one's demeanor; cultivating virtue should forget fame and fortune, reading must be with a deep heart; a good person is amicable, while an evil person is full of malice; to avoid祸害 in the open, do not offend the unseen; read the famous works in one's heart, listen to the wonderful melodies of truth. Fame and profit always lead to vulgarity, and one's spirit eventually becomes mere skill. The heart must be bright, and thoughts must not be dark; a gentleman contemplates danger in times of peace, and heaven does not use its skills. Encourage present endeavors and plan for future achievements; a gentleman becomes more skilled in adversity, and should not lose the elegance of a phoenix; in motion, true calm is found, and true joy is seen in suffering. Remember the difficulty of accumulation, and often reflect on the ease of collapse; one's conduct should not change too much, and one's sharpness should not be too exposed; understand the nature of the world, bear the heavy responsibility of the world, and leave room for everything, for five parts is enough to avoid regret. Be fearless of human envy, and not afraid of being criticized for doing evil; virtues and demerits should not be mixed, and恩仇 should not be too clear; the wonders of nature cannot be matched by wisdom and cunning, a single thought can move gods and spirits, and a single action can move the heavens and earth; culture is not better than simplicity, reading the present is not better than studying the past; a kind heart brings prosperity to descendants, a strong root brings prosperity to branches. The path is just and impartial, learning should be alert to things, believe in others to show one's sincerity, and suspect others to reveal one's cunning; benevolence should start from oneself and become more abundant, and authority should be strict first and then lenient; do not be bound by desires, and be in harmony with the essence; if one can endure and endure, one will achieve the realm of freedom; it is better to be killed by a small man than to be tolerated by a gentleman. Malicious rumors are like clouds covering the sun, sweet words are like wind infiltrating the skin; read to the point of joy, and observe things to the point of transformation; harmony to promote righteousness, modesty to bear fame and fortune; many speakers do not care about their actions, and readers may not truly understand. Enjoy the natural charm, and the scenery is not far away; when the mind is calm, the essence is realized, and when the water is clear, the moon's reflection is bright; it is better to observe the heart than the appearance, and the spiritual use is better than the material use; cultivate tranquility and stillness, and be calm in the face of change; modesty is not inferior to elegance, and simplicity is better than richness; emotions of joy and sorrow are all the work of the body and mind; the world changes endlessly, and everything must be understood in a calm manner; the world is not absolute, and comfort is just ordinary. Living in the world is like flowing water and falling flowers, the body and mind are all free; understand the wonders of the universe, and recognize the articles of the heavens and earth; living according to one's nature, the noble are not better than the common people; desires have hierarchy, but there is no difference in struggle; do not be bound by thoughts, and do everything with the flow; when one is unified with others, clouds will stay and birds will accompany. Leaves孕育 buds, vitality is hidden in the cold; reading in the snowy night clears the mind, and looking up from the mountain opens the heart; do not waste one's body and mind, enjoy the charm of wind and moon, and observe things with self-accomplishment; do not linger too long.

56. A person went to buy a parrot and saw a sign in front of one parrot that said: "This parrot speaks two languages and is priced at 200 yuan." In front of the other parrot, the sign read: "This parrot speaks four languages and is priced at 400 yuan." Which one should he buy? Both parrots had bright feathers and were very agile and cute. The person kept turning and couldn't make up his mind. Then suddenly he discovered an old and toothless parrot with dull and disheveled feathers, priced at 800 yuan. The person quickly called the owner over: "Does this parrot speak eight languages?" The store owner replied: "No." The person was puzzled: "Then why is it so old, ugly, and lacking in ability, yet priced so high?" The store owner answered: "Because the other two parrots call this parrot 'the boss'." This story teaches us that real leaders are not necessarily those with the strongest abilities, but those who understand trust, delegation, and appreciation, can unite stronger forces, thus enhancing their own value. Conversely, many people with very strong abilities can only become the best at solving difficult problems, sales representatives, and never become outstanding leaders.
