A family that accumulates good will enjoy surplus blessings, while a family that accumulates evil will suffer surplus misfortune.
8. 暖食养肠胃:少吃寒性、生冷食物,尤其是畏冷、手脚冰凉、易伤风感冒及处于生理周期的女性更应注意;
