At the beginning of this article, let us embark on a journey of exploration into the extraordinary. In this age of rapid change, extraordinary vision often originates from a profound understanding of one's own characteristics and continuous cultivation. Below are the four key traits that we will uncover, which will guide us towards greater achievements.

1. The powerful desire for success that they have been nurturing within themselves, akin to a volcanic eruption, can overcome any resistance and obstacles.

2. They have cultivated a body of resolute courage, unyielding like steel and iron, and immune to all poisons, as well as a keen judgment and swift action like a swift rabbit, capable of destroying all negative and adverse factors.

3. Fear not thorns, nor dread thunder and rain, nor be afraid of the storms of life, courageously advance with composure and calmness.

4. The elder monk asked the seven disciples, "Who among you took the prayer beads? As long as you put them back in their original place, I will not pursue it, and the Buddha will not blame you either." All the disciples shook their heads.

5. In dealing with people, go with the flow is best, do not strive too hard. If he comes, I will wait for him in the rain or in the wind. If he wants to leave, I will not try to force him to stay.

6. Being able to bear the responsibility on one's shoulders, being willing to take action physically, and solving problems are the reliable qualities of a person.

7. Therefore, during the organization's investigation, leadership appointments, and when friends start businesses, one is quietly marginalized. There is often a feeling of being out of place, a sense of not being appreciated for one's talents, and eventually one gradually retreats into the awkwardness of being a servant-like figure and the resentful bitterness of being a cynic about the world.

8. Seven days have passed, and the prayer beads have still not been found. The elder abbot said, "As long as it is admitted, the prayer beads belong to whomever." But another seven days passed, and still no one claimed them.

9. Clinging to a single thought, suffering ensnars you. Let go of all, and the wind is clear, the clouds are light.

10. A person who only thinks of themselves will waste their entire life in their own narrow world, drifting with the currents, and remain平庸 until the end. But a person with others in their heart, who harbors good will, and is always considerate of others, can blend with the world of others, expand their own world, and elevate their life to a broader realm.

11. Only those who take responsibility in critical moments, are willing to endure hardship, are ready to make sacrifices, consider the overall situation, and can persist can fulfill such a great responsibility.

12. For the things you encounter, strive to do them, to strive, to overcome difficulties, and create a new situation. If you have exerted all your efforts and still feel helpless, perhaps you should consider whether this is a suitable task for yourself. If it is not suitable, be brave and give up, look for the next track, which is the wise choice.

13. When faced with difficulties and problems, we should be brave in taking responsibility, dare to be accountable, and dare to accept all consequences. Do not shift the blame onto others, and even less should we be afraid of things.

15. Those who appear not to be particularly outstanding, due to their average qualifications or humble birth, often kowtow and show humility to the people around them, seeking advice and learning from them. In this way, they receive help from friends or recognition from their leaders, and ultimately achieve great things in their careers.

34. Before attempting to interpret this phenomenon, let me first recount a story with profound meaning:

35. The scope of a person's vision determines how far they can go.

36. In fact, there is no shortcut in life, and success does not come in different sizes. While success in one's education, qualifications, and natural talents is indeed important, it is clearly less indispensable compared to resilience and courage, experience and lessons, cultivation of virtue and character, and perspective and faith. These latter aspects are the essential必修 courses in life and the study of success.

37. A person with a grand vision takes responsibility for their actions, does not shift blame, and does not procrastinate. Regardless of how difficult the path ahead may be, they must forge ahead with determination. Even if the burden is heavy, they must persevere with a firm bite. And regardless of the severity of the consequences, they must accept them calmly.

38. They value their own interests more than the collective, and their own pride more than the team; they dare not take risks because they are unwilling to give up their existing interests and hesitate or always have the opportunity to choose; they are unwilling to take action because the platform is not big enough or there is not enough funding to match their talents; they are unwilling to be partners because they cannot accept someone they think is less capable being above them, or that they must defer to the opinions of the elder.

39. Do not be overly concerned with trivial matters. Invest your time and energy into what you love, for only then can you reach the brilliance of life and not waste this lifetime.

40. The disciple said, "These past few days, we have been suspecting each other. Only when someone comes forward can the rest of us be relieved. Besides, the prayer beads are missing, but the Buddha is still here."

41. They typically possess the following qualities: they are responsible, able to put the interests of the team and collective above their own, willing to sacrifice personal gain for collective honor or public balance; they dare to take risks, as they have nothing to lose in the first place, and it doesn't matter to lose anything; they are action-oriented, as there are no better opportunities or platforms for them to choose from, so hitting a dead end is in their nature; they are persistent, as leading the way, working hard from dawn to dusk, and finding joy in hardship has already become their daily routine.

42. Because those talented and intelligent individuals often rely on their talent, are rebellious, or cannot tolerate others in their life and work.

43. Attitude determines state, and structure determines outcome.

46. "This thing called 'format' can be big or small, mainly depending on the individual. After all, the material foundation determines the superstructure. We need to be aware that even without a优越 initial environment, one's perspective and breadth of mind can be cultivated through later efforts. We should avoid being stuck in our old ways and becoming complacent and self-righteous."

49. People of great character have a cultivation deeply rooted in their hearts, an unreminded self-awareness, and always consider others' kindness in every aspect. In their interactions with others, they always think of others, take care of others, provide convenience for others, and make things convenient for themselves as well.

50. People with a grand perspective all possess these four characteristics.

51. Once the time is ripe and a great achievement is made, it is as if it were a monument or tomb piled high with countless experiences and lessons. It may seem accidental, but it is actually natural. As they say, great responsibilities are bestowed upon a person by heaven, and one must first endure the hardships of the heart.

52. Let go of your attachment to fixed ideas, change your direction, and a new landscape of life will emerge.

53. People with a grand character have an open-mindedness, are optimistic in dealing with life, possess the ability to think around corners, and have the courage to restart. They will not entangle themselves in one person or one event.

54. After experiencing some people and things, you will find that those incredibly intelligent individuals with a vast knowledge and exceptional talent are often unable to achieve great things, while those who seem not particularly outstanding are often able to accomplish extraordinary achievements.
