14. 懂得收心养性，在高处不骄，在低处不躁，善藏“心”，宜养“心”，是人生路中顶级的智慧。

25. 没多久，不管是习字念书、诵读经文，都像模像样。

30. 因为沙漠地表温度很高，奔走时胡鼠的肚皮还一直和沙漠地表摩擦，所以胡鼠在连续奔跑150公里时，就会停下来，用四脚朝天的方式，给自己的肚皮散热，为自己的身体“加油”。

Because the surface temperature of the desert is very high, and while running, the belly of the gerbil is constantly rubbing against the desert surface, the gerbil will stop after running continuously for 150 kilometers. 37. 娄师德说，擦干唾沫，别人还是以为你心怀怨气。你应该任由唾沫自行风干。

37. Lou Shide said, "Dry your saliva, but others still think you are harboring resentment. You should just let the saliva dry naturally in the wind."

38. 玲珑仲冬，阳气内潜，顺应冬气，注意保暖，乃藏养之道。

38. In the exquisite midwinter, the Yang energy is hidden within. To conform to the winter Qi, pay attention to staying warm, which is the way to conserve and nourish.

39. 意思是：不自我表现，才能显露;不自以为是，才明白事理;不自我吹嘘，别人才认为你有功劳;不自我夸耀，才能获得别人认同，为人之长。

39. It means: Only by not showing off can one truly shine; only by not being self-righteous can one truly understand things; only by not boasting can others recognize your achievements; and only by not boasting can one gain others' recognition and be regarded as a person of merit.

40. 不管人生行至何处，懂得藏而不露，方更易行稳致远。

40. No matter where life takes you, knowing when to keep something hidden and not reveal it is what makes it easier to proceed steadily and far.

41. 越是在得意之时，越懂得藏住自己的光芒，不炫耀自己，不打扰别人。闷声发大财，安静品尝成功的果实。

41. The more one is proud, the more one knows to hide one's own brilliance, not to show off, and not to disturb others. Keep silent and accumulate great wealth, calmly savor the fruits of success.

42. 如果一个人得志便骄狂，成功就炫耀，那么，他非但得不到别人的赞美和祝福，还会小人嫉恨，给自己埋下灾祸。

42. If a person becomes proud and boastful when they achieve success, then not only will they not receive others' praise and blessings, but they will also incur the envy of the cunning and lay the seeds of disaster for themselves.

43. 因为所有的收与藏，都是为了来日更亮的光明，更快地生长。

44. 岁月增长，天气渐凉，到了十一月份，“藏”最好的 养生 方式，所谓“冬不藏精，春必病温”。

71. 藏好“身”，养好身体，顺应时令，保持 健康 ，让幸福更持久；

72. 放眼古今中外，睿智的人，都懂得藏“心”，谦卑待人，不骄不躁。
