智者藏锋,能者隐功,善者不言。
Wise men conceal their sharpness, able men conceal their accomplishments, and good men do not speak.
1. 意思就是说,人不带偏见,所以看得分明;不自以为是,才能开彰大业;不自我夸耀,反而能成就功业。

34. 人活一世,不乱分寸,是修养;不争对错,是远见;不露锋芒,是智慧。

42. 开会的时候,他总是第一个发言,有时甚至老板想发言的时候,他也要抢先把老板的想法说出来;工作有什么难啃的问题,他总觉得自己比别人厉害,抢在前面要任务;做出成绩后,就会在领导和同事们面前强调自己做得有多牛……
