In this complicated world, seeking the true essence of life is like a still, deep stream, far from the turmoil of desires. A small boat floating with the current, we should cherish each step we take.
1. Excessive exercise can disrupt the magnetic field of life and destroy the ecological balance of the human body. On the other hand, excessive indulgence in sensuality can deplete the energy of life, leaving a person exhausted, with their vitality depleted and lamps burning out, leading towards destruction.

2. In fact, the most superior health preservation is to maintain the balance of the life ecosystem. Nature has an ecosystem, which can self-regulate and remain in a balanced and stable state as long as humans do not destroy it. The human body is also an ecosystem. As long as it is not actively destroyed and remains in a balanced and stable state, it can maintain health and longevity, and live a natural life until the end.

4. The Yellow Emperor asked his teacher Qi Bo, "In ancient times, people remained strong and healthy until they were over 100 years old, with flexible limbs, clear thinking, and passed away peacefully at the age of their destiny. However, nowadays, people experience various health crises before they reach 50, and their lifespan is also not long. Why is that?"
5. A sixteen-year-old girl, with a light and graceful figure, beautiful and gentle as water, carries an invisible sword at her waist, slicing through the lustful individuals of the world. Although the sight of heads falling was not witnessed, her beauty and charm have deeply imprinted on people's hearts, leaving them unable to resist, with their souls wandering. Such an obsession with and indulgence in carnal desires can drain your body, rob your spirit, exhaust your energy, and seriously damage your physical and mental health.

Unity of form and spirit means keeping the mind joyful and achieving harmony between the body and the mind.

They "maintained regulated eating and drinking, regular living habits, did not engage in excessive labor, and kept their body and spirit in harmony." Today's people do exactly the opposite, which is why such outcomes occur.
15. Lasciviousness is the greatest consumption of life energy, and without restraint, it will inevitably lead to self-destruction.
