1. 一个人痛苦的根源，就是精神内耗，内心太纠结，太焦虑，太紧张，导致自己惴惴不安，神思恍惚，烦恼不断。

2. 不要羡慕别人有权有势有地位，其实他们背负着很大的责任，也没有足够的自由。得到什么就要付出什么。我们虽然一事无成，普通平凡，但可以从从容容过日子。
