13. 在黄州，没有地方居住，他就亲自动手搭建了一所茅庐，取名“雪堂”。没有经济来源，他就垦荒种地，自给自足。买不起市面上昂贵的牛羊肉，他就买来相对廉价的猪肉，变着法烹制，发明了“东坡肘子”“红烧肉”。

13. In Huangzhou, as he had no place to live, he personally built a thatched cottage and named it "Snow Hall." With no source of income, he cultivated barren land and became self-sufficient. Unable to afford the expensive beef and mutton available in the market, he bought relatively cheaper pork and cooked it in various ways, inventing "Dongpo Pork Leg" and "Stewed Pork with Brown Sauce."
