修行之道:锤炼内在,锻炼身心,驾驭欲望中英文

在漫长的修行之路上,心犹如一座深藏的宝藏,等待着我们用心去挖掘。锤炼内在,敲打身心,驾驭欲望,引领心灵,向着梦想的彼岸,踏歌而行。

On the long journey of cultivation, the heart is like a deeply hidden treasure, waiting for us to dig with our hearts. Refine the inner self, strike both body and mind, control desires, guide the soul, and walk towards the shore of dreams with songs in our hearts.

1. 外在的努力是相,投影源是内在意识的提升,是频宽的拓展。

1. The outer efforts are the form, while the source of projection is the enhancement of inner consciousness, which is the expansion of frequency bandwidth.

2. ​出了社会才发现,没有关系寸步难行,有关系也行不通,你还得花钱。”

2. It's only after entering society that I realize that without connections, you can't get anywhere, and even with connections, it doesn't guarantee success; you still have to spend money.

3. 我们在三维空间所有的创造唯一的意义是,验证内在本自具足。

3. The sole significance of all our creations in three-dimensional space is to verify the inherent sufficiency of the self.

4. 瑜珈哲学认为,有形的身体只是内在的存在或灵魂的载体。比它更重要的是“微妙”的身体(pranayamakosha),它通过许多气脉和能量中心,包围着有形的身体。瑜珈哲学认为练习瑜珈可以激活身体的功能。

4. Yoga philosophy holds that the tangible body is merely a carrier of the inner existence or soul. 6. 兽性、人性、天性、灵性、神性这五种能量每个人内在都有,只是分配比例不同。我们每个人内在投影源里这五种能量的分布比例,决定了当下和未来的生活状态和发展趋势。

6. Within each person, there are five types of energies: animality, humanity, nature, spirituality, and divinity. These energies are present in everyone, but the distribution ratios are different. The distribution ratio of these five energies in the inner projection source of each person determines their current and future life status and development trends.

7. 少能刺激内分泌系统,维持内分泌平衡,对内分泌的一些疾病如:糖尿病、甲亢等也有较好的疗效。

8. 至善是指向N维(N趋于无穷大),至纯是颠覆和超越所有的杂念。

8. The ultimate perfection points towards N dimensions (where N approaches infinity), and the ultimate purity refers to the subversion and transcendence of all杂念 (杂念: distracting thoughts or desires).

9. 在各个角落都有醒来的身影,快到山顶的时候,该遇到的人都会遇到。

9. There are figures awakening in every corner. As you approach the summit, you will meet the people you should meet.

10. 我们所有的烦恼来源于匮乏感。我们想得到,就会起烦恼。本自具足的生命根本不需要从外面往里拿,本自具足的能量是取之不尽、用之不竭的,

10. All our troubles come from a sense of scarcity. We become troubled when we desire to obtain something. A life that is inherently complete does not need to gather from outside to the inside, as the inherently complete energy is limitless and inexhaustible.

11. 我们不能用自己的身体去换取其他的身外之物,也不要为了放纵欲望的快感,肆无忌惮糟蹋自己的健康。

11. We cannot trade our own bodies for other material possessions, nor should we recklessly spoil our health for the fleeting pleasure of indulging our desires.

12. 道德规范:道德首要。没有道德任何功法都练不好。必须以德为指导,德为成功之母,德为功之源。瑜伽道德基本内容:非暴力、真实、不偷盗、节欲、无欲。这是瑜伽首先要求修持者遵守的道德规范。

12. Ethical Norms: Ethics as the Priority. Without ethics, no martial art can be practiced well. It is essential to guide with virtue, virtue as the mother of success, and virtue as the source of power. The basic content of yoga ethics: Non-violence, Truthfulness, Non-stealing, Moderation, and Non-attachment. These are the ethical norms that yoga practitioners are first required to uphold.

13. ​出社会后,大部分的关系都是相互利用,关系的长久,取决于价值长存于多久。

13. After entering society, most relationships are based on mutual exploitation, and the longevity of a relationship depends on how long the value persists.

14. 在这个时空点,每个人每时每刻都在选择。2020,对有些人来讲,是越来越美好的状态;对意识还没有调整过来的人来讲,将是一个巨大的挑战。

14. At this point in time, everyone is making choices at every moment. For some people, 2020 is becoming increasingly better; for those who have not adjusted their consciousness, it will be a huge challenge.

15. 一定要努力沉淀自己的价值,提升在某一领域的专业技能和能力素质,让自己对更多的人有用有益,如此,才能成全自己,取得想要的成功。

15. It is essential to strive to accumulate and solidify your own value, enhance your professional skills and quality in a specific field, and make yourself more useful and beneficial to more people. Only in this way can you fulfill yourself and achieve the success you desire.

16. 这个世界贴上“我”的标签的事越多,自己的挂碍就越多。

16. The more the world is tagged with "I," the more hang-ups one has.

17. 我们内在投影源决定了外在世界呈现的相。越内观,越能观到更深层的高维智慧,这个内在的高维智慧能引领你的生命。

17. Our inner projection source determines the forms presented in the external world. The more introspective one becomes, the more they can perceive the deeper multidimensional wisdom, which this inner multidimensional wisdom can guide your life.

18. 例如:在长期观察猫科动物后发现,它们透过耸肩、胸部贴地等动作,使得肩、背、腰、臀的肌肉得到充分地伸展,牵扯、按摩肺、胃等内部器官,刺激了腰椎周围神经、肌腱、骨骼、肌肉等。由这观察,人类领悟出在意识力的支配下进行这一整套的动作,将可治疗腰部酸痛、强壮肺、胃,并可以清除多余脂肪一美化腰部曲线。

For example: After long-term observation of feline species, it was found that they extend their shoulders, flatten their chests to the ground, and through these movements, the muscles of the shoulders, back, waist, and buttocks are fully stretched. This action also stretches and massages the internal organs such as the lungs and stomach, stimulating the nerves, tendons, bones, and muscles around the lumbar vertebrae. From this observation, humans have realized that performing this entire set of actions under the control of consciousness can treat lumbar pain, strengthen the lungs and stomach, and can also eliminate excess fat to beautify the waistline.

19. 冥想、静定状态:只有通过实际体验去加以理解,难以描述。

19. Meditation and the state of tranquility: It is difficult to describe and can only be understood through actual experience.

20. 上士闻道,勤而行之;中士闻道,若存若亡;下士闻道大笑之,不笑不足以为道。生命的觉醒是让我们知道生命每一个当下法法通道,术术含道。

20. The superior man, when he hears of the Way, diligently acts upon it; the median man, when he hears of the Way, is as if it exists and as if it does not exist; the inferior man, when he hears of the Way, laughs at it, and it is not worthy of being called the Way if it is not laughed at. The awakening of life is to let us know that in every present moment, every method and every skill contain the Way.

21. 修持者进入“忘我”状态:即意识不到自己的肉体在呼吸、自我精神和智性的存在。已进入了无限广阔的宁静世界。

21. The practitioner enters a state of "self-forgetfulness": where they are unaware of their physical breath, the existence of their self-spirit, and their intellectual being. They have entered an infinitely vast world of tranquility.

22. 余生,沉淀价值,锻炼身体,降服欲望,我们才能找到自己的价值感和幸福感。

22. In the remaining years, we must condense our value, exercise our bodies, subdue our desires, and only then can we find our sense of value and happiness.

23. 最后二个阶段,是高层次修持,进行冥想、静定阶段。

23. The last two stages are of higher-level cultivation, involving meditation and stages of stillness and tranquility.

24. 建立自律和纪律性:当你每天或者每周定期完成某项任务时,你会建立起自己的纪律性和自律能力。这不仅有助于提高你的工作和学习效率,也有助于你在日常生活中保持稳定和健康的习惯。

24. Establish self-discipline and discipline: When you regularly complete a task every day or every week, you build up your own discipline and self-discipline. This not only helps improve your work and study efficiency, but also helps you maintain stable and healthy habits in your daily life.

25. 现在的时空变幻非常快,我的感受是每一天都不一样,天天遇到的人都像是惊喜,又像是久别重逢。

25. The changes in space and time are very fast now, and I feel that each day is different. The people I meet every day seem like surprises, yet also like long-lost friends meeting again.

26. “所 有关系,实力为尊,利益为先,别抱幻想,感情不值钱。医院,先交钱,后看病,导致很多穷人,放弃治疗。

26. "All relationships are based on strength, with benefits taking precedence. Don't harbor illusions; emotions are not valuable. In hospitals, you pay first and then receive treatment, which leads many poor people to abandon their treatment."

27. 增强自我认知和自我价值感:当你坚持做某件事情时,你会更加了解自己的兴趣、技能和价值观。这些自我认知和价值观对于你的人际关系、职业和个人生活都有重要影响。

27. Enhance self-awareness and self-worth: When you persist in doing something, you will get to know more about your interests, skills, and values. These self-awareness and values have significant impacts on your interpersonal relationships, career, and personal life.

28. 瑜伽相对而言可分为智瑜伽、业瑜伽、信仰瑜伽、哈他瑜伽、王瑜伽、昆达里尼瑜伽六大类组成,还有一些瑜伽体系并不占有主流所以不进行介绍。

28. Yoga can be relatively divided into six major categories: Jnana Yoga, Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga. There are also some yoga systems that do not occupy a mainstream position, so they will not be introduced.

29. 当你能发现所有的人、事、物,都是应用题,这就是「觉」。一天中你发现有几道题,你就觉了几次。如果你读懂了这道应用题,这就是「悟」。悟也有不同层次,和终极智慧关联的「悟」才是彻悟。读懂了题目再去做题,这叫「行」。

29. When you can see that all people, things, and objects are application problems, this is called 'perception'. The number of problems you discover in a day is the number of times you perceive. If you understand this application problem, it is called 'enlightenment'. Enlightenment also has different levels, and the 'enlightenment' associated with ultimate wisdom is true enlightenment. Understanding the problem and then solving it is called 'action'.

30. 控制精神感觉:精神在任何时候都处于两个相反的矛盾活动中,欲望和感情相纠缠,其次是同自我相联系的活动。控制精神感觉,就是抑制欲望使感情平和下来。 集中意识于一点或一件事,从而使精神安定平静。

30. Controlling the Spiritual Sensations: The spirit is always engaged in two opposite and contradictory activities at any time, entangled with desires and emotions, followed by activities associated with the self. Controlling the spiritual sensations involves suppressing desires to calm the emotions. Focus the consciousness on a single point or thing to bring about tranquility and peace in the spirit.

31. 所有的轮都用莲花来表示,每一片花瓣都象微身体或精神的某种特微。天顶轮有一千个花瓣,比其它七个轮的花瓣都多,代表智慧和统一。

31. All wheels are represented by lotus flowers, with each petal symbolizing some characteristic of the body or spirit. The crown wheel has a thousand petals, more than any of the other seven wheels, representing wisdom and unity.

32. 瑜珈是一种帮助我们协调身体和精神的行之有效的传统科学。它还能用于预防和治疗各种身心相关的疾病。

32. Yoga is an effective traditional science that helps us coordinate our body and mind. It can also be used for the prevention and treatment of various diseases related to both body and mind.

33. 七个轮chakras从梵文翻译过来是“轮”和“圈‘,它是把微妙身体与有形身体相连的能量中心。脉轮储存人所有的能量或生命力(prana),通过呼吸来控制能量的释放。每个轮与某种体能或情感相关联,通常也与一种元素相关联。除了天顶轮以外的所脉轮,都有它们各自的咒语。

33. The seven chakras, translated from Sanskrit, are "wheel" and "circle," which are the energy centers that connect the subtle body with the physical body. The chakras store all of a person's energy or life force (prana), controlling the release of energy through breathing. Each chakra is associated with a certain physical ability or emotion, and is usually also associated with an element. All chakras except the crown chakra have their own mantras.
