1. There are 10,000 possibilities in a person's life, but if you don't try, don't strive, and just coast through, your life will only have one possibility. Life is very tiring; if you're not tired now, you will be more tired later. Life is very bitter; if you're not bitter now, you will be more bitter later. Only by experiencing exhaustion can you enjoy leisure, and only by enduring bitterness can you truly appreciate sweetness.

2. 主动吃苦的人，苦难是暂时的，熬过一段最黑暗的日子，背后就是五彩云霞，光芒万丈。被动吃苦的人，快乐是暂时的，此后就是漫无边际的痛苦，一生的平庸，不可救药的落魄。

2. Those who actively endure hardships, their suffering is temporary; after enduring the darkest days, there is a resplendent array of colorful clouds and rays of light behind them. Those who passively endure hardships, their happiness is temporary; thereafter, it is an endless sea of pain, a life of mediocrity, and a hopelessly destitute downfall.

3. 唐僧文文弱弱，既不能文，也不能武，但他最后却能取得真经，做到了普通人无法做到的事情，为什么？因为他敢想敢干，敢于行动，敢于坚持，敢于死磕，千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东西南北风。

3. Tang Sanzang was weak and delicate, neither scholarly nor martial, yet he was able to obtain the true scriptures in the end, accomplishing things that ordinary people cannot. Why? Because he dared to think and act, dared to take action, dared to persist, dared to struggle to the end. He remained resolute after countless trials and blows, unfazed by the winds from the east, west, south, or north.

5. 吃苦未必就能成功，但不吃苦一定无法成功。吃苦不是成功的所有逻辑，让他一定是成功的底层逻辑。尤其是我们作为一个底层人，除了吃苦，还能有什么样的本钱？

5. Suffering does not guarantee success, but not suffering certainly does not lead to success. Suffering is not the only logic for success, but it must be the foundational logic. Especially for those of us who come from the bottom, besides suffering, what other capital do we have?

6. 如果唐僧瞻前顾后，畏畏缩缩，担心这，害怕那，他能够成功吗？如果唐僧在决定取经之后，考虑的东西非常多，害怕路上的风险，害怕随时可能发生的不测，他能够成功吗？

6. If Tang Sanzang hesitates and fears, worrying about this and that, can he be successful? If, after deciding to obtain the scriptures, Tang Sanzang considers many things, fears the risks on the road, and is afraid of unforeseen events that might occur at any time, can he be successful?

7. 尤其是我们出身普通，没有背景，关系，资源，人脉，渠道，凡事只能靠自己，那么我们更要撸起袖子加油干，咬紧牙关往前走，敢想敢干，雷厉风行，风风火火，在这个惊涛骇浪的人世间，搏出自己的一方天地。

Especially if we come from a common background, without connections, resources, contacts, channels, and can rely only on ourselves for everything, then we must roll up our sleeves and work hard, grind our teeth and move forward, dare to think and dare to act, be decisive and efficient, and be vigorous and passionate. In this world full of turmoil and chaos, we must strive to carve out a piece of our own territory.

8. 主动去接受生活的挑战，既要有菩萨心肠，又要有金刚手段，既要慈眉善目，也要霹雳如火。在某一个领域死磕，只有成为某一个行业的高手，才能凭借实力在这个社会上立足。

8. Actively embrace the challenges of life, with both the compassionate heart of a bodhisattva and the iron will of a diamond, with both benevolent eyes and fierce determination. Only by being an expert in a certain field can one stand firm in society with their strength.

9. 不是万事俱备才去行动，而是先行动，先上路，一边探索一边准备，一边坚持一边完善，一边努力一边克服，如此，才能成为生命的强者，从而成就一番了不起的事业。

It's not about having everything ready before taking action, but rather about taking the first step, embarking on the journey, exploring while preparing, persevering while refining, striving while overcoming. In this way, one can become a strong individual in life and thus accomplish something remarkable.

14. Striving is hard every day, but it becomes easier year by year; not striving is easy every day, but it becomes harder year by year. Capable people do not argue over emotions, but only take their work seriously; incompetent people do not take their work seriously, but only argue over emotions.

15. 学习很苦，有人主动奔赴学习，埋头学习，夜以继日的学习，争分夺秒的学习，最后，取得优异的成绩，考上最顶级的名校，拥有了能够促使自身快速发展的更高舞台和更多资源。有人在该学习的时候偷懒，朝三暮四，好吃懒做，嬉戏打闹，最后名落孙山，一蹶不振，一辈子都碰不到良好的发展机遇。

Studying is hard, and some people actively pursue learning, immerse themselves in studying, work day and night, compete for every second, and finally achieve excellent results, get into the most prestigious top universities, and obtain a higher stage and more resources that can promote their own rapid development. Some people are lazy when they should be studying, change their minds frequently, are greedy for easy pleasures and lazy, play around, and finally end up failing, unable to recover, and never encounter good development opportunities in their lifetime.
