When death approaches in an irreversible manner, we face death with a serene attitude, accepting what will be as it will be, and avoiding negative emotions that could lead to deeper suffering.

2. 一个人来到这个世界上非常不容易。佛说，人身难得。科学告诉我们，几十亿颗精子冲锋陷阵，九死一生，只有一颗能够胜出，得以与卵细胞结合，才产生的生命体。

2. It is very difficult for a person to come into this world. Buddha said, "The human body is rare." Science tells us that among billions of sperm cells fighting their way through, only one can survive and win out, manage to combine with an egg cell, and thus give rise to a living being.

3. 言下之意，就是我们和死亡不会同时存在，死亡不会影响到我们，我们只管过好活着的每一个日子，不要去思考关于死亡的任何事情。

13. 没有谁的人生是容易的，很多人都是一边努力奔跑，一边拼命擦眼泪，不要遭受一点委屈，就觉得人间不值得，不要受到一点挫折，就觉得承受不了。我们要以最好的心态，状态，和姿态活下去，活出自己想要的精彩和诗意。

13. No one's life is easy; many people are running hard while trying to wipe away tears with all their might. Don't think that life is not worth living just because you've suffered a bit of injustice, and don't feel that you can't bear it just because you've encountered a bit of setback. We should live with the best attitude, state, and posture, and live out the wonderful and poetic life we desire.

14. 生活中总有这样的场景，在某一户人家举办丧礼的仪式上，一些头发花白的老人坐在那里神色悲伤，一是对死者的吊唁，也是对自己即将死去的畏惧。

14. There are always such scenes in life, where at a funeral ceremony held by a family, some elderly people with graying hair sit there looking sad. This is both to pay respects to the deceased and out of fear of their own impending death.
