1. 不要为过去的事情而耿耿于怀,不依不饶,只会画地为牢,不要为未来的事情而焦虑不安,预支烦恼,毫无意义。我们只用认真经营好当下的日子,让生命的每一个瞬间都诗意盎然,精彩绝伦。
1. Do not dwell on past events, holding on to grudges and relentless pursuit, as it only confines you within a limited space. Do not worry about future matters, preoccupying yourself with unnecessary troubles; it serves no purpose. We should only focus on carefully managing our days, making every moment of life poetic and incredibly wonderful.
2. 人生短短几十年,我们对世界上的一切事物,只有短暂的使用权,没有所有权。什么都不属于你,你也不曾属于这个世界。
2. Life is but a short span of a few decades. We only have a temporary right to use everything in the world, but not the ownership. Nothing belongs to you, and you have never belonged to this world.

Some people are now talking grandly, perhaps they will collapse instantly, unconscious. Some people have achieved success and recognition now, but perhaps the next moment their wealth will dwindle, and they will fall into ruin.
12. 非常喜欢那一首词:滚滚长江东逝水,浪花淘尽英雄,是非成败转头空,青山依旧在,几度夕阳红。

13. 作家琼瑶自杀了,八十六岁的年纪,选择了一个风和日丽的日子,安静的在温暖的书房里离世。她留下遗书:不要为我哭泣,不要为我悲伤,你们应该为我笑,我已经翩然地走了。
13. The writer Qiong Yao committed suicide, at the age of 86, choosing a day with a gentle breeze and clear skies, quietly passing away in the warm study room. She left a farewell letter: Do not cry for me, do not sorrow for me, you should smile for me, for I have gracefully left.
14. 我们管不了死亡之后的世界,上天也不允许我们去干预死亡之后的事,所以,大可不必操心,顺其自然,听凭天意。
14. We have no control over the world after death, and heaven does not allow us to interfere with matters after death, so there is no need to worry, just let things take their course and submit to the will of heaven.

16. 我们不知道死后有没有灵魂,但无论如何,死亡是一个必然会降临的节日,不管愿意不愿意,舍得舍不得,寿数到了,该走的必须走。与其惴惴不安,担惊受怕,不如坦然接受一切,眼睛一闭,两腿一蹬,然后就失去了对这个世界的一切知觉,顾虑那么多干什么。
16. We don't know whether there is a soul after death, but in any case, death is an inevitable festival that will come. Whether one is willing or not, whether one is reluctant or not, when the time of life comes, one must leave. It's better to accept everything calmly rather than be worried and fearful. When you close your eyes and stretch your legs, you then lose all sense of the world. What's the point of worrying so much?
